Lots of us are already trying to do proxy sales like this. It's hard as hell. Better off waiting for a WTB [something on Amazon that can actually be bought with gift credit] and pouncing on it.

It is self-evident that guns make it easier to perform mass killing.  Guns are tools designed to kill, possibly at a distance.  Far more effective than a knife, by design.

It is also self-evident that history has shown time and again that disarming all citizens makes oppression and slavery much easier.

Pick your poison...

If you have a decent virtual reality simulator, go into a crowd with a knife and start killing people. See how much longer you're able to kill silently than if you have a gun and open fire and everyone who isn't deaf or dumb starts running, either as far away as possible, or just far enough away that their position is good enough to return fire from. Some will take a concealed position, some will go for hard cover, a few will just draw where they stand, and fewer still will rush you either unarmed or wearing badges and body armor after minutes have passed since the 911 call was received and tons are dead because nobody could defend themselves.

A pre-existing phone number can be a free DID from IPKall.com that you point at a free pbxes.com account (and login with a SIP client).

Check with the closest person anyway. Not all ads have all payment options in them, and I don't understand the min/max amounts anyway; what if you don't even have that much left to sell?

Plus it's not like he/she says "I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE TRADE FOR ANYTHING BUT WIRE TRANSFER. SCREW YOU IF YOU HAVE CASH THAT YOU WANT TO GIVE TO ME IN PERSON!"

If you have a gun free zone the police shouldnt have guns either.

If you read the CT's law (not that I expect you), it isn't a gun free zone. Anyone with a proper license and the approval of the school could have a weapon on the school's ground.

Wow.... It's amazing.

Connecticut denies those licenses on a nearly 100% basis, and if they didn't, schools would deny approval on a nearly 100% basis (allowing only active and possibly honorably-retired cops) and claim sane, law-abiding adults background checked, psychologically evaluated, and trained up the wazoo, are too much of a liability. This is the case wherever gun control reigns supreme. If you support "gun control", it's time to stop rejecting reality and substituting your own.

What's your postal code? Put it in http://localbitcoins.com http://btcnearme.com and http://tradeyourbitcoin.com

Would save days of waiting if you met someone and did a cash exchange like I've done 2x in the last 2 days.
6871  Other / Meta / Forum bug: board email notifications not 100% sent on: December 20, 2012, 10:07:43 PM
I have notifications enabled for https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0
I'm getting barely any for new topics. Not even in my spam folder. Is the BCT email server the same one that LocalBitcoins uses for notifications?

Payments sent as gifts from PayPal verified accounts tied to bank accounts can still be chargebacked up to 6 months later.

Even if you could prove anything you claim, the criminals' utopias achieved outside of the U.S. (and even some in the U.S.) by "gun control" (making sure only criminals, and many minutes-away cops have the most effective tool for self-defense) cannot be justified by having allegedly lower murder rates (especially if government criminals redefine justifiable homicide in defense of innocents as "murder", and summary execution as "suicide").

Mobile bitcoins! Get a mobile cash register/safe, rig up a car with a computer, printer, QR scanner, and so on, maybe a professional scale for exchanging precious metals...

JROTC shooting programs are being eliminated partially because of the anti-war movement. But what they don't seem to realize is a well-trained unorganized militia, by the military, active, reserve, and/or veterans, but explicitly not FOR recruitment, should help to eliminate the perpetual war/police empire the U.S. has become. A rifle behind every blade of grass needs to be in the U.S., not being dragged all over the globe, part of Team America World Police.

If I ran a private school, I would want to train:
how to recognize Newspeak and other dystopic elements purporting to be the best parts of society, non-violent dispute resolution, what REAL charity is (volunteering, donating and auditing their causes, not being taxed to death), money management, civics, survival skills, marksmanship, the mindset to save innocent lives, ideally without self-sacrifice unless absolutely necessary, and Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps could be reformed into Junior Samaritans' Training Corps. When everybody graduates, they are given the imperative to cast out far and wide, and show that being pro-liberty isn't a selfish unattainable ideal, it's a way of life that is antithetical to having a standing army, taxation, or really any government at all.
