It's a bit frustrating that we still lack decent volume. It seems that the ongoing bounty campaign didn't help much. Maybe after the web wallet release this situation will change.

Yeah and here I thought cryptopia would take us to coinmarketcap. Cryptopia is good exchange no doubt but it didn't bring any volume (except first two days).
6942  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ACC] [PoS Token Standard] Accelerator on: August 03, 2018, 03:34:11 AM
We apologize for not being very active in this forum.  You can chat with the dev directly in telegram and we update twitter often.

90 days until staking inflation switches to 100%, making ACC more rare.  It will be interesting to see the results based on that change.

Expansion is underway, there will be a lot of developments in the next few months!
Glad to read something from you guys here! It would be great if you could post here more regularly (once a month would already be enough!) or update your website with a news section. I am not using telegram and just try occasionally to get some more information about the project.

I agree. They should post important news here/twitter/telegtam pinned message. Posting here will also bump up the thread.

They posted in Twitter that accelerator exchange will shut down, but nothing in telegram pinned message or here.

Hello Lauda, why I haven't got stakes for 4th week in signature campaign? (trashcan: 42, final sheet: 19).

Awaiting your response.

Probably exchange your crypto for your country's local currency instead. This depends on what your country is though. If Coinbase supports your country[1], then that MIGHT be your best bet. At least I would probably trust Coinbase more than USDT as I personally don't trust USDT too.

[1] https://support.coinbase.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1392031-what-countries-are-buys-and-sells-available-in-

Unfortunately, coinbase doesnt support my country, so i have a choice between high fees to cash out or take this insane risk for USDT

There are alternatives to USDT — Dai, TUSD, Nubits.

And to convert crypto to your local currency you can use localbitcoins.

Hello Lauda is bounty over?

It will end today or tomorrow.
6947  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung: Smartphones are the Most Secure Device When Using Cryptocurrency on: July 30, 2018, 03:52:28 AM
Some points: You should not root your device, you should not give accessibility and Device administrator service to unknown apps, don't install shady apps, regularly check for updates.

Then you should be fine I guess Smiley
6948  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WARREN BUFFET says Bitcoin won't end well on: July 30, 2018, 03:46:26 AM
No one actually know what is going to happen, Warren has always been wrong with technology. I don't think Bitcoin is going anywhere in near future.
6949  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if Satoshi came back suddenly on: July 30, 2018, 03:38:03 AM
If that happens that will be written in golden letters, government agencies will try hard to track him down and there will be biography of him couple decades later.
6950  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung says that smartphones are the safest way to store cryptocurrencies on: July 29, 2018, 07:49:19 AM
Samsung Electronics, a giant of the Smartphone manufacturing industry, recently commented through its official blog that cryptocurrency wallets based on mobile phones are the safest option for the short and medium term storage of cryptocurrencies.

The post explains that smartphone-based cryptocurrency wallets are a very safe place to store digital money, at least the equivalent of the amount we could store in our physical wallet. To save long-term cryptocurrencies, Samsung recommends creating multiple backups of the private key associated with the wallets.

The Smartphones producer commented that private keys should be stored offline to maximize their security, which means that they should not reside on a mobile phone or any device that connects to the internet regularly.

The blog post comments that mobile phone cryptocurrency wallets are the best place to store "spendable" money due to the phone feature called Trusted Execution Environment (TEE).

The TEE runs its own execution independently, which means that the RAM and storage of the phone are separated from the main operating system of smartphones.

Because of this, the Android operating system can not directly access the TEE, even if the operating system is hacked. In this sense, you can only access the TEE through an application programming interface (API).

It could be useful that smartphones can be use to store cryptocurrencies. But what about if we lose that phone what will happen? And are we safe with the hackers trying to hack our phones?

Take coinomi mobile wallet as an example. As long as you keep mnemonics secure, you will be able to retrieve your funds. And for transfers user need to have password.

6951  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Better you can do in times of market crash on: July 27, 2018, 03:44:42 AM
I have one more. When in bull market, take your capital back and put your profit in stable cryptos (Dai is my favorite) then when dip comes buy promising cryptos with it. Easier said than done.
6952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀 [ANN][TWIST] TWIST : Revolutionising Blockchain Accessibility 🚀 on: July 27, 2018, 03:33:05 AM
When twist web wallet is coming? If I remember correctly, it was supposed to come in last weeks of June. Then after Cryptopia listing it got delayed and we were told that it is coming in first two weeks of July. We have been speculating ever since.

6954  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin Taxation: Major Challenge on: July 26, 2018, 03:33:49 AM
It would be indeed a challenge. Recording every single trade so you can show your sheet to CA, it will be pain. However, government should only tax when user converts crypto to fiat. I believe this will be better for both parties.
6955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🚀 [ANN] Sandblock – Decentralized consortium of brands & customers 🚀🌟 on: July 26, 2018, 03:00:08 AM
When is the stock exchange? It's a project I've been waiting for so long. I do not want to wait anymore.

SAT yesterday got listed on Gatecoin and Coinrail, there are no sell orders and dirt cheap buy bids. They should have promoted SAT listing on forkdelta so there could have been some hype before listing on centralized exchanges.
6956  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is better than banknotes on: July 25, 2018, 02:33:57 AM
Because Bitcoin's supply will always remain 21 Million compared to unlimited supply of bank notes.
6957  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Analyst say bitcoin will Obsolete one day. on: July 25, 2018, 02:31:43 AM
No one can predict the future accurately, everyone assumes, instead of assuming why not just go with the flow and let future reveal itself? It's been a fun ride anyway.
6958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is keeping your money on Coinbase really that bad? on: July 25, 2018, 02:29:55 AM
First rule of cryptocurrency, don't hold your crypto funds where you don't own the wallet's private keys.

I hope PRN will get some more exposure, voting all this time has been fun and it will only get better the bigger it goes.

PRN has come up with one of the best use cases of Blockchain, immutable public rating system. Idea, product is good, hopefully it will go mainstream.
