6981  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that in near future BTC would be connected with mobile number? on: August 27, 2017, 09:39:28 AM
Hi guys and girls.
What do you think will they ever make BTC connected with our mobile numbers (so we could pay with it)?  Cool

That may be possible and can be used for contact less and digital payment. However, it may carry some significant risks where the bitcoin is still not legal. If a country legalize bitcoin, then it won't be a problem. But if bitcoin is not legal in a particular country and a person whats to use bitcoin with his/her mobile number, he/she may face a regulatory trial.

Otherwise, it is a good idea to make and receive payment. It will be easier and also less time consuming. It will increase the convenience of using bitcoin to a higher standard.
6982  Economy / Economics / Re: How to make money only with BTC on: August 25, 2017, 10:32:35 PM
I hear many saying they don't mess with altcoins...how do you make money with btc?

Just buy the dips, sell for usd (or other fiat), then buy back in...rinse and repeat?

I'm not talking about long term holding but about how to build up your bitcoin without touching alts.

Thanks

You have already stated the only method of earning profits only with bitcoin without touching the alts. Buy at dips and sell at peak. There is no other way to earn profit from bitcoin without touching the alts. I mostly use BTC to USD pair and that's the most profitable one if you have enough time to track the market.

However, it is a good habit to start buying alts because you never know which altcoin can become big in future. I have already started buying ETH in a very small amount. Also planning to buy NEO, Ripple, Dash and litecoin very soon. I will not go all in, rather I will start buying in small quantity at a certain interval.
6983  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price by December? on: August 25, 2017, 10:12:10 PM
How much do you think of bitcoin price by December?

For me, I think the bitcoin price is going to be worth anywhere between $8k - $10k

Share with us how much do you think the bitcoin price is going to be worth by December and why

As per my speculation, bitcoin price must hit at least $5.5k USD by December this year. The way market cap of bitcoin is increasing and the way positive vibes around bitcoin is increasing, 5k USD is the worst case scenario. It can hit up to 8k USD as well.

However, hitting 5k USD is not a big thing, that can happen anytime soon. The challenge will be to sustain this price for a decent period of time. Otherwise traders will make a huge profit and exit from the market. To sustain this price, people around the world should stay invested for more. Then only the price will sustain for longer.
6984  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Cuban Backs $20 Million Dollar Cryptocurrency Venture on: August 24, 2017, 11:12:05 PM
I am sure they are not the only one who has invested so heavily in the ICO or in crypto currencies. Crypto currency has created a parallel economy and lots of institutional players have invested in to it for good. ICO is an easy way to enter in to the market. It is very similar to a startup business in real world. If a venture capitalist sees potential in to it, they will invest in to it. Same thing is happening with ICO as well.

But I believe these are good news which keeps small investors like us motivated. This kind of news brings positive energy in to the market which is very much needed. I am sure, we will be able to hear a lot of such news in coming future.
6985  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is instant way to get rich ? on: August 24, 2017, 10:59:36 PM
what do you think about this topic?

Bitcoin is not an instant way to get rich unless you invest a huge amount of money in to it. So to become instantly rich, you will need a huge seed capital. otherwise, you will have to accumulate bitcoin from the beginning and start like any other normal people do. Bitcoin is not a magic wand to make anyone rich. However, with hard work, dedication and time, anyone can make it possible.

So finds ways to earn bitcoin and start getting in to those methods. Like trade, gamble and earn for services. Accumulate what you are earning now for at least few years, then only you will see the reward. You can make a huge profit out of it.
6986  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would Bitcoin ending up like Yahoo in the future? on: August 24, 2017, 10:55:55 PM
Yahoo was the first (?) search engine at the time when Internet started.  It was the pioneer in its field.  In the late 90's its market cap reached to a high closed to $120B.   Three and a half years after Yahoo started, Google came out and gradually took away market share from Yahoo.

After 22 years, Verizon bought it for $4.8B.  Would Bitcoin ending up like Yahoo in the future and got beat up by new competitions?

What do you think?  Please provide your reason(s) to support your view.

That time will tell but it is not impossible at all. Bitcoin can be replaced by another worthy crypto currency in future. But I don't see that coming anytime soon. Bitcoin will be available till 2023 for mining. So till that time, no other coin will have the power to overpower bitcoin in any way.

However, after 2023, it may be possible that ETH or any other crypto currency to take over bitcoin using its technical superiority. But they will still have to cross a long way. Specially bitcoin is backed up by public trust and a lot of people have invested a lot of money in to it. Till the positive energy around bitcoin will be high, no one can take down bitcoin.

6988  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep buying? on: August 23, 2017, 10:38:08 PM
Bitcoin price keeps increasing. Price is x10 considering last year. Even 25k-50k-100k is predicted.

Are you adding more bitcoin by buying with cash? or you trade or invest in ICOs & altcoins in order to increase the amount you have?

or do you just hold what you have?

Bitcoin has a lot of potential left and I am still adding more and more bitcoins as my ability permits. I did say ability because I mostly earn my bitcoin from the trading activity in weekends. I hardly put my salary income in bitcoin. Hence I accumulate bitcoins as per my ability and not as per my pocket.

However, I would love to add even more bitcoins from my salary income because I believe the dream run of bitcoin is still in it's nascent stage and has a lot of potential left. If I hold it for another 3-4 years, I will be able to sell my bitcoin at never before imagined price. That can be anything from 5k USD to 15K USD.
6989  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best coin to buy today? on: August 22, 2017, 11:05:39 PM
What is the best coin to buy today?  So many good coins.. sometimes I have hard time thinking what's the best coin to buy.

While tracking the market today, I was shocked to see the price of Ripple. The price was increased by 42 percent while tracking the market earlier today. I am not sure about the reason behind the surge because I have never tracked this coin earlier. However, it seems like a good investment destination as of now.

Just wait for the price to back in normal and then start buying it. It is now trading at 0.2355 USD per ripple. Wait for it to come back at 0.19 level and start buying heavily. I am probably going to do the same for a short term trade. I will sell off all ripple during the next surge to book the profit and look for another similar opportunity.
6990  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Prices incline below $4000 to Hit 7-day low on: August 22, 2017, 11:00:22 PM
The bitcoin price is back below $4000. According to a period of high records, declination on average prices across global exchanges at the start trading on August 22. It was already dipped more than $150 from the day’s open. At the time of writing article, bitcoin was trading at $3861.87 as it was its lowest price since April 15.

Yes, it did went below 4k USD but it is back again to 4K USD regimen. So I will consider it as a little correction and higher trading activity. A lot of traders have booked their profit from the higher price which was showing stability at 4100 USD level.

However, the re-surge in price shows that positivity is still round the corner and people are willing to pay that much prices to buy bitcoin. I believe, bitcoin will reach at least 4500 USD by the second week of September. The way people are buying and trading with bitcoin and also the higher market cap shows the upward trend at least for now.
6991  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will bitcoincash / BCC price be equal to bitcoin / BTC price? on: August 19, 2017, 06:31:42 PM
When the first opening will be how much the rate / selling of bitcoincash / BCC, will it be equal to the price of bitcoin and can BCC survive in the market?

What do you think about this?

BCC is bitconnect coin. I believe you are asking about bitcoin cash, so it will be BCH. I am sure BCH will survive in the market and increase in price as well. You can check the recent surge and increase in market cap as well. It indicates that people can also invest in BCH for long term to get good amount of profit.

However, I doubt it will ever become similar to bitcoin itself. Bitcoin is the king of crypto coin industry and enjoys the highest market cap till date with over 50% dominance. So BCH taking over bitcoin is probably not going to happen ever. But yet, BCH also has a good prospect and I am sure that the price will appreciate over time.
6992  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: EU companies buying/selling Cryptocurrency on: August 19, 2017, 06:22:13 PM
Hey!

Maybe someone had similar necessity.
I am trying to figure out the most legitimate way on buying crypto from my company acc and upon necessity selling it and transferring the funds back.
I understand that this forex exchanges, there is a legal steps which can allow trading currencies. Since crypto is more of an digital "goods" than investment, is there a way around it, so company can use its funds to purchase it?

Thanks!

That entirely depends on your local laws and regulations. I suggest you to hire a lawyar who is specialized in international trade and take advice from him. I doubt this community will be able to guide your properly.

Even if some exchanges will allow you to open an account in your company's name, but the funds transfer will depends on your local laws. No one other than an experienced lawyar can help you with the right direction in this matter. Instead of beating around the bush, hire a lawyar.
6993  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Game of Throne hackers Demands Ransom be paid in bitcoin on: August 18, 2017, 11:05:08 PM
A group of hackers who call themselves "mr smith" has hacked a file from the HBO servers, the hackers are said to have compromised HBO of over 1.5TB internal data that hosted documents, movie scripts ,unaired shows ,high profile emails/contacts and other vital things.

Continue Reading => https://zycrypto.com/game-throne-hackers-demand-ransom-btcoin/

It's really sad that happens to HBO and since hackers have asked ransom in bitcoin, it damages the reputation of bitcoin. Common people will think bitcoin is bad and the currency of the hackers. however, the fact is, the majority of the bitcoin users are simple common man who just earn some extra bucks in bitcoin or invest in bitcoin thinking about future appreciation.

In the recent past, "Ransonware" shook the corporate world and now this. In both cases, bitcoin was the preferred currency for them which is really sad. We need to understand that bitcoin is not bad, only some people associated with bitcoin are bad and using bitcoin is a wrong way.
6994  Economy / Economics / Re: Anyone who bought coin under $18,000 BTC, will look like a genius soon on: August 18, 2017, 10:56:25 PM
Wait till this really starts to go up we will all look like genius.

18k USD per bitcoin price is a long term goal and not going to happen anytime soon for sure. I have a target of 10k USD price per bitcoin and I will probably sell out a majority of my bitcoin holding it it reaches that price. My target in another 4-5 years. I believe, bitcoin will reach at least 10K USD by that time. However, 18K USD seems a bit too high.

can you tell us, on which ground you are talking about this price? have you got any particular indication of it happening? I'm sure, 18K USD is not going to happen very easily and will require a huge market cap cumulatively more than the GDP of few countries. So please let us know your thoughts.
6995  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Trading platforms on: August 18, 2017, 10:41:37 PM
And where do you trade? Interesting are not top-end exchanges. What attracted you to them?

I have no fix place for trading because I trade mostly on weekends and I do a lot of arbitraging. means I buy bitcoin from one exchange in a slightly cheaper price and sell the same amount of bitcoin in a different exchange where the price is little higher. Since the price difference is less, I invest a lot of money to see a good amount of profit.

I mostly use C-cex, novaexchange, bittrex and few others. Also I don't hesitate to open account with a new exchange,, if I see a significant opportunity there. So try to have more than one exchange in your kitty and don't park a big amount in any exchanges.
6996  Economy / Speculation / Re: How MUCH will the FINAL BTC be WORTH? on: August 17, 2017, 09:49:28 PM
Asked before I'm sure.

What ya think?

The time hasn't come to answer this question. Bitcoin can be mined till 2023 and I see a lot of potential in it. That is the reason why I am still buying bitcoin as per my pocket. I believe, bitcoin will be worth more than any other investment asset of the world within few years. So I am investing with the good hope.

the market cap of bitcoin is increasing constantly and it is also enjoying the public trust worldwide. So I think bitcoin will be priced for more than 10k within few years. So stop thinking and start investing in it. No other investment will fetch you that much return like bitcoin does.
6997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🔥 BITCOlN CASH JUST MINED FIRST EVER 8MB BLOCK!!!! 🔥 on: August 16, 2017, 11:05:59 PM
I would rather say that BCH is an altcoin with a good potential. The real bitcoin is what the people have chosen already. 91% of the miners signaled for bitcoin so it really doesn't matter what rest 9% will say. majority always wins and majority is sticking around the real bitcoin whose price is setting up a new world record every single day.

You can certainly discuss about BCH in the altcoins section of the forum. Just for your information I have given the link below:

6999  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why the future of bitcoin is brighter then any other currency in the world. on: August 16, 2017, 09:00:24 AM
If you have notice recently the price of bitcoin is constantly on the increase in the exchange market, today bitcoin go for as high as $3412 and still counting high in some days to come.
So my question is when do you consider the best time to sell your bitcoin or is it better to just save it for a while considering the constant rise in price.

As on today, bitcoin has not yet reached the peak of its price and hence it is not a good decision to sell your bitcoins. Bitcoin still has a lot of potential to go up in near future and the best thing to do is invest as your pocket permits. No other investment asset would be able to give you that much return.

So the best thing to do is invest and hold. Nothing else will give you the desired return than this. Bitcoin is at 4k USd now and I believe a little correction will follow soon. So buy at the dips and hold for better. Just don't loose your patience.
7000  Economy / Economics / Re: Selling Bitcoin = Opportunity loss?! on: August 15, 2017, 10:46:38 PM
Many posts discuss the possibility of exchange earnings with selling Bitcoin (and buy later). Other posts discuss the Bitcoin exchange rate, it seems that many agree there is a strong upward tendency and the volatility is hard to predict. It seems dat selling Bitcoin results in a serious probability of an opportunity loss. Selling Bitcoin can only be motivated by an (partial) exit. Do you agree?

Selling bitcoin is truly similar to a huge opportunity loss at this moment. Bitcoin market cap has hit the all time high numbers and positivity around it is running high. The price may not fall soon as it is showing a very strong upside trend.

If you are an investor, then try to purchase bitcoin from your salary income after certain interval. Let say weekly. If you have 100 USd to invest in bitcoin, make it 4 purchases of 25 USD each. This way you will be able to average out the buying price. This system is known as SIP and works well for long term investment.
