701  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why don't people realize the problems with cloud mining? on: February 01, 2018, 02:35:44 AM
I fail to understand how it's hard to notice that people aren't just going to give you access to their rigs and ASIC miners and pay you profit from it (without it being a scam) or that these lifetimes contracts are actually going to lead to profits, as companies like gensis mining are only going to pay out if its PROFITABLE FOR THEM AS WELL.

What's so hard to understand here and why are people, joining into this cloud mining scam?
They only want fast money and fast success yes cloud minng is profitable but before that you need to sacrifice a lot of money to achieve that profit goal,of course it is time consuming and if you stop working on it it became a scam because you fail to maintain your mining rigs and bills to pay. Unfinished contract can benefit the mining company your woking for only them can hold your progress after all you've done.
702  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best cloud mining site on: January 31, 2018, 11:03:50 PM
Hey miners

www.antminecloud.com is the Best bitcoin cloud mining site.
They offer a solid platform. Low min. Withdrawal and best of all, they offer good prices.

If you are into promoting, they also offer 15% affiliate bonus + 5$ Sign up bonus.

Right now they give all new users 50 GH/S for free.

Give it a look  Smiley
You are only giving yourself a hardtime and headaches "Cloud Mining" is obviously not profitable i prefer trading than cloud mining plus you can identify a ponzi scheme if you see some shady free or bonuses that seems impossible to generate.  In trading you won't need to invest a large amount of money to join the crowd and still profit but needs to have a smart thingking or training.
703  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what altcoin is suitable for daily trading and long term trading ? on: January 31, 2018, 03:02:37 PM
I am a little confused here to determine what is a good coin for me to buy for daily trading and for long term trading because currently available a variety of alternative coin (altcoin) is very much but there are some coin that is not good and there is also a good coin for that please give me the tips to know how to see a good coin for daily trading and long term trading, I hope this is not just for me alone but it can be for the knowledge for new players who are still confused to determine which coin is suitable for daily and long term trading and why did you suggest that coin? Smiley
Lol if you find one please give some information about it lol just kidding if it was true maybe that coin will be the next Bitcoin considering the daily uptime and the daily pump. The only way to earn more than you bought is holding as long as you can but only pick the solid ones and sure to have good team and look for transparencies.
704  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It seems like Mark Zuckerberg doesn't believe in Blockchain technology on: January 31, 2018, 10:12:47 AM
I don't necessarily think it's that Mark doesn't like cryptocurrencies. I just think there's a lot of scams and fraudulent ICOs that he doesn't want that on his site. Just recently, many people got scammed with BitConnect and there have been many other fradulent businesses. Therefore, I could see why he wouldn't want that on his site. To me, it makes sense. Imagine users on the site clicking on an ad and giving money to one of these scams. Then when facebook actually does implement a legitimate cryptocurrency, people who were scammed would be so turned off by it. So I could see why he would take this approach. The cryptocurrency world right now is like a needle in a haystack. There are many illegitimate coins out there and a few jewels. Picking out the jewels is not that easy. Therefore, to protect consumers and to keep the reputation of cryptocurrencies intact, it makes sense to do what facebook is doing. This is just my opinion.
Indeed involving in such as this might ruin they're reputation and can cause serious damage or many problems in using this Technology. The Reputation along blockchain technology is not that great mark zuckerberg is just being smart. I think mark zuckerberg won't acknowledge this as a good method to use in their business.
705  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you trade? on: January 31, 2018, 05:48:59 AM
How do you trade? Do you still follow the buy low and sell high? Are you still looking on the charts to predict the future value of the coin? Or Do you just use your instinct and trade base on the volume?  Some people are still panicking if their coins go dip and just sell it before they lose greater sum of money. People whose enemy is their own emotions. For me I am studying the charts of the coins which has a high potential to pump even though I'm not sure if it woll really pump. If not, I'm just holding it until it does. I am controlling my emotions and think calmly so that I can resuce the mistakes that I may done with my decisions. How about you?
It is either the fame or luck why?  Because if the coin you invested has higher fsme than normal it might be a good idea to add more in their ICO now luck and fame has similar effect, it has a high effect towards your tradings if you got lucky and invested you got lucky on the active coin team that is capable of handling their ICO well expect a good impact to their coin then.
706  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: the most profitable coin if invested? on: January 31, 2018, 03:22:48 AM
I am eager to invest for now. But, I am still confused which coin should I choose. so much of his coins are good to invest.
I just want to get the best coin among the good ones to invest ..
please me, give me feedback.  Huh
You should be eager to invest on BITCOIN well if you want to be a trader that's fine too and definitely would go on BITCOIN if i have enough funds for thsu month. BITCOIN is the best but not for now well it might be for some other time but would definitely pick BITCOIN if i have some extra's so choose BITCOIN while it is low.
707  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why so many bitcoins have been mined. on: January 31, 2018, 12:37:13 AM
I am yet to fully understand how the bitcoin or any crypto, works entierly and if someone does not mind helping me clear a few thoughts that cross my mind.
if there's only 21 million bitcoins to be mined by year 2100+ , why is that the majority have already been mined in such a short amount of time, why has it been so "easy" ?
My understanding is that the miners are the ones that keep the blockchain alive. Now, that it will get harder and harder for them to mine, they will be less and less miners in the blockchain.
If they will make income of just the transactions, wouldn't that make up for higher fees? If so, doesn't that go against the whole idea of having small fees, compare to what the current banks offer.
At the end of the day, crypto its a good investment or opportunity for people to make money but when theres no money to be made, then what?
Thanks .
Miners will not decline only the users are the one that declines. Some big people really put up their money in Bitcoin Mining imagine a while factory like warehouse being filled with mining rigs and gear sure mining is hard but if you keep mining and farming for txid in this forum you'll get probable some rewards after sometime but is discourage those who mine with only 5 or 7 gpu's in their mining business mate that's not enough for competing a large number of miners all over the world.
708  Economy / Economics / Re: It's happening: U.S. Regulators Subpoena Crypto Exchange Bitfinex, Tether on: January 30, 2018, 09:45:09 PM
It sucks that crypto has to go through this progression but we always knew scams like Bitconnect and this one would end. Good thing they are looking into it now at the very least, stop the scams people.

The real problem is that they didn't publish their financial statement!

Scams should be stopped or at very less halved. If the government is here because of that let them do it. But the real problem is that the government is looking into matters that are presenting some kind of threat to them even it is not a scam.
That's right! Actually why they don't bother telling the public? Maybe they have a secret agreement of the terms of the rules to regulatr the abnormal money circulating around it. It is a legal exchange it is expected to happen sudden changes is only the beginning we might be even facing larger problems from here on out.
709  Economy / Economics / Re: CRYPTOCURRENCIES as the centralized TOOL to CONTROL the WORLD on: January 30, 2018, 03:09:26 PM
Right now everyone is excited about the cryptocurrencies thinking that it will be the future, and surely they are right, but what kind of future?

It is not a secret for those who want to realize that the control of the world is centralized in powerful and influential families that can control the economy of even a continent, and with capitalism, controlling the economy you can control any sector.

What if, with the globalization of cryptocurrencies, they obtained the key they need to solidify their centralized control over the world? And if in reality someone knew how to hack the blockchain?

And that we were all wrong, thinking that we are decentralizing the economy, when in reality we are contributing to the creation of what could be the perdition of our liberty.

(I used google translate since I do not fully master English Wink )
Woah said it is in the future Bitcoin cannot last long for maybe about 20 years or more well bitcoin will still be fully functional what i meant was it maybe has no value and it has been banned for everything and Banks doesn'ylt let you convert to BTC. Well atleast we can earn as much as we want we'll just need to work hard and keep learning and earning.
710  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where are you trading? on: January 30, 2018, 01:24:40 PM
I am interested in trading lesser known Cryptos, XRP, XEM, DIM, etc. I wonder what exchange you guys are using? I will be in and out trading on momentum. I love the charts Hitbtc has. And they have a large number of Crytos available, and they seem to have a lot of activity, but it seems everyone is always complaining about not getting their purchase credited, etc. To go in and out the purchase needs to go into the account instantly so it can be sold.

I have Bitcoin and Litecoin to deposit, just not sure if I want to go into Hitbtc? If anyone is trading at Hitbtc, would love to hear about it. There is no phone to talk to anyone there. Any insight / experience on Hitbtc, or other references for other exchange options is greatly appreciated.
Normally is use Bittrex for trading but as of now im slowly studying on Binance. All my trades are coming from Bounties and other airdrop thanks to my Bounty money i can trade it all for another coin. So much for that as for now im currently holding XRP and ETH i know it's not that much but im just getting started for another session/shot in trading and im feeling lucky this year lol.
711  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Top reasons that leads to fail in trading on: January 30, 2018, 11:07:33 AM
Top reasons that leads to fail in trading

Being emotional. It's hard to control your emotions especially once prices go down and you see all your money go down the drain. The panic seller's attempts to cut losses has only hurt them more in the process and makes them end up losing even more. Unfortunately, FOMO takes over and this is what kills the newbie traders. Using your emotions will probaly lead you to lose everything..

Drifting through the wind. chasing the ones that are already pumping, which is very risky. You bought when the price is still high then price dropped and you are holding a bag of expensive coin.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Diversity. Diversify your investments so if one falls, other investment may help you to recover.

For best in the trading field you need these 5 things to be added in your check list, as all these five things are pillars of success here in the trading.
1) Solid Trading Strategy
2) Trade Plan
3) Money Management Skills
4) Reasons for Entries and exits.
5) Journal, News

P.s
I have quote some people words from my last topic

News can be frustrating it can cause a panic selling to happen widespread everywhere trade plan is everything and you must always have reserve for each of your trades keep a planned amount and be that labled as untochable cause maybe after you loss a coin also lable it as done it might be a problem if you don't remember the last wrong commitment you've done.
712  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Someone Just Transferred 40000 Bitcoins on: January 30, 2018, 04:44:48 AM
Someone just moved 40000 Bitcoins. And the best part is the fee! LOL

Just imagine the paperwork you need to go through if you are going to move 400M USD from one account to another if you are going to use the banking system.

https://blockchain.info/tx/92785a57f6e9e9eb9d37a00e6e8be7f888376f65fa2b8f868db261cbf6cca7b0
Yes it can be a pain though many of it. That is some big investors probably trying or taking advantage of BTC while it is on a dumping state. The fee maybe not that much but the money you've spent on just moving it to bitcoin maybe higher than the fee on BTC. We may seeing a large scale groups of big investors trying to reach the full potential of Bitcoin.
713  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Characteristic of trader on: January 29, 2018, 03:59:38 PM
Hello everyone
I am newbie here in cryptocurrency trading so i can feel what newbie feel when they start trading.
As newbie, one thing we have to do is learning. Learning can be from any source for example this forum, google, youtube or maybe private with expert. You can choose betwen those source to learn how to start trading so of course we do it to get skill which we can use to trade. Skill is very important but there are other thing such characteristic that we can not learn so easy from those source.

1. Greedy
Greedy is first characteristic that can make us ending in loss. If we trade without profit target, this greedy can kill your profit. Try to make target for your trade for example 50% or 100% from your capital in long term or 5% in short term. Sell your asset after touching the target, if not the price maybe go back to bearish.

2. Patience
This is specially very important for long term trader. Dont ever sell your coin in the bottom of buying price. We should be patient waiting the price return back to bullish.

3. Panic
Panic can be solved by choosing the right coin. Becasue if we choose the shit coin then we will sell it in panic if the price goes down rapidly. So panic also very dangerous for our asset value.

4. Confident
Confident is needed when we try to pick the right coin. Without confident, we can miss the big chance of the profit because waiting too long to execute. But please dont over confident.

5. Doubt
Dont ever doubt if you think that is the good coin, just do fast reaction to make good profit. This doubt can be solved by doing good research before picking the coin.

I think all trader have noticed those above characteristic but thats special for newbie like me and other newbie.
I am not expert so i can not explain it well and i hope any expert can correct and add others if i miss it.
I hope it can be usefull for newbie.
On number 3 panic can be handled if you have reserved to add in and compensate for your loss. A good trader is always cautious about his investments the confident and doubt are almost the same. One thing that every trader need to have a considerable amount of patience.

I always asks my friends about every little things to the point that they get annoyed (maybe) lol.

This is why we have the BCT forum, to resolve our queries and get lot of trusted info. ;-)

don't get me wrong even if you studied the pattern, coins are very unpredictable, that is why you are not always earning there is always a loss.

Always look for the data from the trusted sources like #cointelgraph, #coindesk, #bitcoinbullet, these are some of the masters in real time info provider at the twitter. They kind of provide quickies for you and can redirect to trusted sources so that you can analyse the data more deeply.

The whole crypto itself is very uncertain and we can not do anything about it but just keep analysing and hunt for the best data.

You can build your own strategy.

This works most of the time because with that you know yourself very well. Where you can make mistakes, where you can go hyperactive etc. If you overcome the fear of loosing then your own strategies might boost your trade techniques.

Do not rely on strategies made by others because everyone's mind think in completely different way, you may not be applying it the same way they are applying it to their own.

Do not trade with Pump-Dump groups.
Pump and Dump groups is not that bad you just got to understand what they are refering to you and don't be deceived by their holds and the possible outcome of it. It is probably a scam try to just speculate at tye mean time and learn from them then ask for experienced traders for more tips me? Im still learning too but that doesn't mean i will rely on pum and dump groups as of for now i want to tighten the gap between controlling your emotiins and be mature. Building you own strategy is the certain goal you must achieve. Learn new things about Bitcoin cause there's still so much to learn.
716  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beware of scammers on: January 29, 2018, 05:09:07 AM
Never ever send any ETH/BTC to a wallet given to you within telegram or elsewhere by people pretending to be support/admin!
Proof is everything based on my experience i tend to ignore everything if the service is kind of sketchy never trust anyone with your money before sending anything ask for more informations gather it so you can know if it's legit or not basic resrarch101. Don't be fooled by others if they don't have a clear transparency towards their business or service. There are so many victims because they refuse to learn anything and speculate something,"check before you click"
717  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Exit / Cash out strategies on: January 29, 2018, 12:30:21 AM
Hi folks,

What do you use as your cash out / take profit strategy? Do you even have a strategy for taking profits?

I have been trading for the last 6 months and more than once I have been in a position, which in hindsight, where I should have 'cashed out' a significant portion of my portfolio, but I haven't.

The obvious strategy is to take out your original stake and just 'play' with house money after that. I also read that if you double your investment in a coin then sell half which seems quite obvious. However, I have a long term vision in place (mortgage/house purchase) which makes me more inclined to leave the majority of my portfolio exposed to the market. I use Blockfolio app which makes it easier to track my investments and until recently I was just skimming the profit off successful coins and reinvesting in sleeping giants. This strategy was working well until the price of BTC nosedived by around 50% 3 weeks ago which makes me think a regular profit taking Into FIAT strategy would be far more effective.

I plan to ride the alt train for as long as possible. I follow the market daily which makes me confident to hold fast through the hard times but I feel having some kind of profit road map is a good thing.

Thanks for your input.

Take note don't cssh out a lot of money you might be in jail fot that reason if you don't have the right documents or credentails. Make sure that if you cashout make it atleast weekly or monthly maximum amount of maybe $1000-$4000 a month well if you have the funds. Use coinbase fro general uses they have so many different variations taking id verification? Of course it is.
718  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC/ALT more effect than Dollar/ALT on: January 28, 2018, 10:56:43 PM
The biggest reason that all of the coins are put beside bitcoin is because that is where the trading happens, bitcoin is used to trade with these altcoins and there is no way of stopping that. Bitcoin is the biggest trading pair for altcoins, there is tether is being used as well as well as regular USD but it's not as big as bitcoin trading in the least.

That's just how it works around here, nothing we can do about it. The price doesn't change with bitcoin though, this only happens due to the fact that when bitcoin goes down that is usually a BAD sign for the rest of the alts.
Wait what? You do know you can trade with other crypto other than BTC i'm not saying you are wrong you just missed the point though and other point of view. We act like this because we use BTC as a main reason for  payment to every trading sites or maybe earning as much as they can pretty much everything  but in the end they want BTC in return however if you place yourself in the other coin to trade you'lll see the point. Dont think about the price of BTC when you trade cause it will truly affect the momentum of your trading.

Don't focus on  BTC so much maybe choose ETH for trading sometime and you'll see the result..
719  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: get rid of all bitcoin airdrops/hardforks on: January 28, 2018, 03:47:50 PM
hello

if i hodl bitcoin from 1 year ago, how many sh*tcoins do i have now and how do i sell them securely (not compromising my bitcoin address)?

thanks
Create tons of new wallet addresses divide it into several parts and get help from close friends if you have trouble with id verifications or just lacking some of it. Purchase a hardware wallet if you have too or maybe just buy it for more secure transactions there is no way you're going to be hacked using a hardware wallet. Also get help from this forum to those who are an experienced redeemer of BTC into real money must choose wisely the more the green the better.
720  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can a jr.member still participate in a campaign? on: January 28, 2018, 08:15:12 AM
I just wondering if a newbie like me just joined a campaign recently or i dont know maybe im not yet involved in thier campaign. Do you think it is bad to use thier code when you see your name in the spreadsheet? And what is the meaning when your name is on a violet color ? What does it means ?
What kind of campaign? Even on social media campaigns needs to have atleast obtain the Jr. member rank yet you are here a newbie that's impossible even on Bounties. I don't know what you're talking about that violet color name, i've never heard or seen similar to your case probably your out or not qualified to join yet. Ask your campaign manager what it means or read all the campaign manager posts i just think you didn't read it all.
