701  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does Bitcoin stable ? on: February 10, 2018, 03:55:17 AM
Bitcoin is not stable in the fact that its value continues to rise and fall unpredictably.  Is it going to disappear anytime soon?  Not likely.  There may be more stability as more people and entities accept bitcoin, but when that will happen is unpredictable.  Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
702  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: February 10, 2018, 03:41:20 AM
Never invest more than you are willing to lose.
703  Other / Off-topic / Re: If bitcoin goes to zero on: February 10, 2018, 03:07:55 AM
Cryptocurrency is here to stay. If bitcoin goes to zero it will not be for a long time and it will probably be because an altcoin has taken its place, but that is something we can't know for sure.
704  Economy / Economics / Re: It's Not Over Yet on: February 09, 2018, 02:35:47 AM
Despite the FUD, the crash will normalize, and cryptocurrency will continue to have significant speculative value. As blockchain matures, the world needs to look beyond just the currencies and carefully consider the actual utility, usage, and growth of blockchain-based platforms.
705  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is bitcoin dangerous ? on: February 09, 2018, 02:13:35 AM
Bitcoin is not inherently dangerous.  It is the user of the technology that makes it dangerous or uses it for good.  The technology is just a tool wielded by the user.
706  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: February 09, 2018, 02:04:00 AM
China won't kill bitcoin, but if bitcoin were to die someday it would be a death by a thousand cuts.  A regulation here, a country ban there, or a better blockchain tech that speeds up transactions.  At any rate bitcoin probably won't die, but may evolve into a completely different form from what we see today.
707  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the bubble bursting? on: February 09, 2018, 01:28:41 AM
If there is any bursting of the crypto bubble or at least a bit of the air getting out, it will normalize and reduce the speculative craze, and hopefully result in more diligence on the parts of investors and regulators. Hopefully, an increase in scrutiny will not only reduce scams and frauds, but also allow actually viable, valuable technologies to succeed.
708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: February 08, 2018, 07:01:07 AM
If it's worth investing your hard earned money, it's worth reading the whitepaper along with any other research you can do.
709  Other / Politics & Society / Re: what is the definition of success? on: February 08, 2018, 06:41:38 AM
There is no one size fits all definition of success.  It is different for everyone.  In the end though, happiness should play a big part as well as achieving your goals whatever they may be.
710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't panic! on: February 08, 2018, 02:37:19 AM
Be smart and never invest what you can't afford to lose.
711  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Going Up - Good News Apper on: February 08, 2018, 01:22:54 AM
There are so many factors involved in bitcoin highs and lows, like ocean waves are affected by the sun, moon, wind, boats, people etc.  Chaos theory
712  Other / Off-topic / Re: activity that takes all your time ? on: February 08, 2018, 12:19:17 AM
I wish sleep took up more of my time.  That would be nice, but currently what takes up most of my time is keeping up with the latest developments in blockchain and crypto.  Lots of articles to read and info to absorb.
713  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin too complicated for ordinary folks? on: February 07, 2018, 11:57:16 PM
Bitcoin and blockchain understanding on a high level isn't difficult.  There are plenty of sources out there to gain more knowledge no matter what level you are at.  It just depends if it is something that excites you enough to drive further into it.  Understanding on a deeper level will take some time, but if it's something you enjoy it shouldn't feel like work.  People don't necessarily need to understand the tech in order to use it, but of course, a deeper understanding will perhaps remove some of the stigma associated with crypto by those less informed.
714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long do you think will the dip continue for? on: February 07, 2018, 02:30:59 AM
No one can say for sure, but things seem to be looking up now.  Those who invested at a high price will need to build up their trust again also all the recent negative news doesn't help either.  All in all, things will move back up, just a matter of when and it looks like that is starting to happen.
715  Other / Meta / Re: Merit system is not working, failed! on: February 07, 2018, 02:22:34 AM

716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: COINS TO Invest Before Market Recovery on: February 07, 2018, 02:16:13 AM
Make sure you're making the best investment by reading all the white papers, reviewing the history of the team, and any other necessary due diligence.  Also, that coin should have an actual utility.
717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Airdrops Profitable? on: February 06, 2018, 10:52:31 PM
Airdrops are free, so if you have done your due dilligence and you like the project and are sure you aren't being scammed it is worth it.
Always do your research first.

719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shall I buy BTC? on: February 01, 2018, 09:51:50 PM
Hmm looking at the market the past few days, I hope you haven't yet. The market this month has been taking a huge tank and will continue for awhile and then it will once again go back up. So wait it out if you can then buy when it goes even lower. There's a lot of outside variables that want in low so it will happen, just be patient.

720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will 2017 gains ever happen again? on: January 30, 2018, 02:59:09 AM
Eventually the actual utility of some of the technologies will catch up to a point where usage and value generated approaches the speculative value of the token, resulting in stabler longer term cryptocurrencies, or so we hope! I think we will start to see that trend slowly emerge late in 2018, but anything is possible!
