Oh you can launch a bot on this forum and let him post in a pre-specified interval? That is annoying like hell, can't that be prevented somehow?

Why would this coin be the first ever private equity coin? Can't almost any coin sold during an ICO be considered a private equity token?
Private equity here means that the funds raised during this ICO will be invested by an investment Fund - the Lowestoft Private Equity Fund - created by the experienced company www.finlescapitalmanagement.nlinto the real world operating companies and instrument - typical investment types include corporate lending, mezzanine finance (loans and equity), p2p lending platforms and other specialist instruments, e.g.: page 23 of the White Paper https://finles.capital/white-paper.pdfI see, but does that really come with a benefit over traditional investing?

Will message it to you in 3 weeks. Please keep posting during that time so I can see whether you are still active and interested in distributing it. Should you reach 2000 posts in 3 weeks, I will give you the white paper.

I understand the system, gamifying the shopping experience while distributing the discounts. If this takes off then it will be huge.
In your whitepaper I found the words "chance" and "win". It has an element of lottery, which is a game of chance. Therefore, considering the various gambling laws across the world, are you planning to get licenses?
Its not a lottery, its just auction. Ebay also gambling servece? I dont think so... This is not correct. On eBay, price is the sole determination factor, which has nothing to do with luck. In snapup events, there is a PIN that ensures the luck factor to be introduced into the drawing. It is a lottery after all.

this is actually a very valid question, since there clearly is a lottery aspect involved. As lottery is at the core of the concept and not just happening on an irregular basis, they might seriously need a license. Curious about that, too.

I love website design. Demo is simple, but that's enough for this phase of development ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Yes I hope the full platform will have more features. Demo is also cool though ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Yeah thats a really neat demo app. The future of most of the crypto coins is adoption based. By seeing the support for SnapUp demo it will be likely to see more and more people getting into the venture. Just two more hours to go for the Q&A session. I agree. It will help to get people on board. Playing around with it and seeing how it works will help convince people.

Woohoo, iCEy's back!!!!!!!!!!!! Bullish!!!!!!!!
hahaha, so funny, our indicator is iCE's fud iCE is not FUDing with the same conviction now. I find it difficult to follow the argument about the instamine, as if anyone can plan anything in the Crypto space. Ah ok, so it's still the instamine. Not really worth the effort to mention it over and over again, but back then - to be honest - it made a single actor pretty rich. That is a fact. Anyway, time goes on. I don't know if that is all .... However, I don't believe instamines are a negative. Wealthy holders have more capital and incentive to promote, and even if they dump, that increases the distribution. Wealth distribution in fiat money is very uneven, and the richest are not always there on merit. Competent wealth owners usually benefit the economy, and incompetent ones often redistribute their money. You make a valid point of course, but instamines in crypto are to be seen negatively for good reasons I think. In most cases they get abused for dumping. If there was a huge instamine, being transparent about it would have helped a great deal maybe. But yes, as you said, we are all asking for equality, but then again it nowhere exists anyway.

Well, maybe he is ok with his head, but not with his belly! Introducing some incentives to lose weight is great, isn't it? ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Wouldn't you be better advised here if you started a moderated thread? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

There are many fitness FREE apps available to use. And if someone wants to get a good shape or lose weight they could easily search for a weight loss diet or workout. Never seen more useless coin announcement.
I don't agree. I think this project is meant to introduce a reward mechanism. Now the question is how good will that mechanism be? But the general idea in such a shape or form does not really exist as a ready to use application.

Ok I see. But there are many other factors important, for example that the original asset holder is mentally healthy right in that moment when he or she specifies an inheritor. How is that going to be handled with? Or when typos happen or other minor things that often times can lead to a lot of trouble. Would DigiPulse be involved with that in any way?
That is a really good question! I am not so sure whether you will get an answer as the devs seem to not care too much about the questions asked in this thread. Ok. Anyway thank you for the info! The idea itself really seems to have a nice angle. Maybe we will get some answers

Ok this sounds completely different from what you said before! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Offering my organs in exchange for an iPhone sounds not so optimal!

You know what the most funny thing about your OP is? You advertise your new coin called "FAT coin", but you wear a signature that advertises "Slimcoin", haha! Good one!
lol forgot I still had that... Anyway, we'll have a signature bounty soon if you're interested. Hehe ok, well, I just signed up for another campaign. For how long will your campaign be going and when will it start?

As long as you have fun doing that, keep doing that. I seriously don't want to know where you are sitting, what you are looking like and how you feel...

So how long will it take until you think you have a fully working product? Or are you rather functioning like a consultancy, producing tailored solutions on demand?
