701  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can somebody make a successful career in gambling on: October 10, 2023, 09:30:57 PM
As the gambling industry is evolving, I think innovations would have kicked in that can make someone create a career from gambling. I do not know how this can be achieved but I feel it is possible.

Making gambling a full time job might be seen as risky but I still feel one can make gambling full time job and a career.

What do you all think?
I think that's one for the lamest thoughts you'd ever wanna bring into reality bruh.... It's gonna drain you and weigh you out till nothing is left of you... don't even try to think twice!

How can you plan on making something that's definitely gonna pay less than what you wagered with as a source of income?? Cus if you can analyse properly, gambling pays atmost 19% outta 100 without intended returns - it's set to operate that way and doesn't have any specific person in the picture... What's the probability of anyone taking gambling as a job to be among the said percentage of paid people for everytime they wager?? Think!!!!

I have created a pdf of this rule for me which I am sharing with you. I hope you find it useful.
  • Maintain a sensible approach. Avoid chasing excessive profits that could lead to a complete loss.
I just wanna talk about rule one ...
You seee, alot of times, peeps have been making speculations technically, and at the end of the day, it cuts! Let's say they wagered on 5 games and 4 came forth - initially, the potential wins for the 5 games was like 5 grand but on the cashout, it'll definitely reduce to say - 1900... Now someone in his right sense should make good use of the cashout button..but no! They gonna wait for the game to produce completely 5 grands....now, what if it doesn't?? cus, mostimes it doesn't!
I think this is basically for peeps of this Calibre.

Women don't really have that shock absorber to handle losses... I think I've said that in one of my post already... They can begin to blame everyone and get upset for losing over a trifle.
They'd also likely feel they've been cheated, or they won't even see any need to have invested in such games. If she did cried, then she didn't even overreact..lol cus, some peeps can even go as far as requesting for a refund.

704  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Violence and anger could be a sign of gambling addiction in youths on: October 09, 2023, 09:56:12 PM
I don't really think it correlates at all .... I feel it's more about individuality...
Anyone could choose to be violent for reasons best to them... Maybe peer influence, drugs and narcotics, political reasons etc...
Addiction has everything to do with how the person reacts, how he's unable to abstain from stakes and speculations of games, offline and online and all of that... Whatever happened in this context has something to do with Thier personal reasons.

705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If we lose in gambling, what do we need to do? on: October 09, 2023, 09:35:14 PM
should we do if we have lost a lot of money on gambling? Do we keep gambling to win so we can cover up previous losses? or stop and work normally and leave gambling? Or do you have other suggestions?
What's the point of looking for means to rejuvenate cash just to gamble again when the easiest thing to do is just stop gambling?.. what's the sense in that?.. how efficient do you think gambling is?? What's the chances of earning something tangible without spending proportionally on gambling?

I'll suggest that any gambler that wants to make much returns or say - revive himself after a major loss should just find a way to be really comfortable in winning on mega speculations... That's it. Anything outside that, you're losing!!

706  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do I need to Trade My Coin on: October 06, 2023, 08:26:21 PM
No.
You don't need to trade your coin to have it increase in value.... You can easily buy and store your coins (BTC) in non-custodial wallets...The value increases spontaneously, along side with the current market price - This process is called "HODLing" ... Now, in as much as the market has a positive impact on the value of your coin, it'd definitely have a negative or retarding impact too.

do well to also store up your keys privately in your treasury - your keys are your coins, never let 'em out!!

We've been saying this overtime in here... Getting involved in any investment platform of any sort isn't advisable for peeps that don't really know the differences between something genuine or not. It's an opportunity to be here - to learn and adopt the risk management system.

way-back at time when FTX, a platform operated and owned by bankman fried was still in existence, people gave in too much trust that they left Thier funds heavily stuffed in there - forgetting that it was absolutely in another person's control and could disappear in a twinkle of an eye.

708  Other / Meta / Re: ? Trust Score Not Shown In Bitcoin Discussion Board? on: October 06, 2023, 07:41:47 PM
Because theymos believes it's not relevant there and shouldn't be relevant to discussion. It's not shown in Politics or this sub either.
seriously?? Is that the reasons he ain't making 'em trust scores visible on these boards?? I've been observing that too - especially on the gambling board.

I feel that somehow, he doesn't wanna make anyone's reputation define them on those boards - since we've got alot of traffic in there and peeps would wanne be skeptical about seeing an OP with 'em red tags all over.
And dammit, that's as far as my fatigued, pea brain got in cerebrating on the topic at hand.  If I had to weigh the points I made above I'd have to say it's better to keep it like it is.  The less unnecessary bias the better, I say.
ain't no way, chymist! Dear, is there gonna be a time you ain't complaining about getting fatigued/ having a pebble brain? ion even know why 'em gurus be buttering themselves under this unusual disclaimer all the time.. I don't.

Staff: Employees of the forum. They interpret the rules and will definitely relate often with Theymos and LoyceV about the forum.
Huh?

Hi LoyceV, how is the forum going ? I just wanted to let you know that I will be a little late with my weekly report Smiley.
I dunno why I find this really funny ....lol
Hal really needed to smack your ass with that sarcasm... I hope you get to learn alot about answering questions like this....y'all just type whatever comes into your head at that point just to complete your post count... HTF does loyce become a determinant over a staff legendary in this ??
I think you misunderstood my question. I wanted to know the capabilities and limitations of Staff, Moderator and DT.

I have already read that thread many times. It just says colors and symbols and others of those positions. But not any comparisons.
Dude, whatchu looking for ?? That's exactly whatchu need to know...do you really think there are hidden capabilities that they don't wanna let you know about??

I'd agree if you say we've got tech geeks in here, buh that's also another motivation - it's either gonna create some kinda exposure to peeps and could possibly make them develop interest in programming/coding, or it'd help the enhancement of the forum's website domain....doesn't mean it'll guide against meagre scams..
The supposed impartial forum has tolerated so many projects without proper scrutiny... I think that's Also a great factor to oppose your motion.

You're correct.
You seee, it actually looks very insensible to allow your coins to read down bellow, believing that it'll definitely go up...that's where hope plays a vital part..
Sometime in the past, I use to ask questions like; what if it doesn't go up anymore? What if this is just manipulated to suck up the world's investment and die in a twinkle of an eye?.. at the end, I decided to dig deep, investing my time in personal tutorings ECT...

I've grown to discover how wrong I was.

This platform is to enlighten the society that there are real investment platforms and also people earn bitcoins for a living,
I'm not in doubt about getting paid via Bitcoin but, this platform isn't an investment platform... Correct that mindset of yours. If by any chance, anyone is found illegally impounding selfmade rules just to squeeze out funds from anyone, that account will be tagged and banned if it persist.

I understand the fact that some peeps are Afraid of buying and HODLing BTC... Don't tryna compel anyone; refer them to sound lecturing about the whole process and allow the shallow minded ones to freekout all they want.

713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are some good, trusty casinos that support crypto as payment? on: October 04, 2023, 09:59:15 PM
I recently got into online gambling and would like to ask for some recommendations of trusty crypto casinos (and perhaps those to avoid Smiley ).
reduce the pressure on looking for something genuine... You're actually gonna end up with the wrong one. It's good to ask questions like you just did buh, it's better to lookout on those casinos listed to know if Thier Ts/Cs matches your needs...like, bonuses, less withdrawal limits and fees for starters..etc
I think I can recommend all the casino I've read so far on this post.. I've already realized that most of the OPs that listed these casinos promote them too...

If you're using cables, there are options to evade such incessant ad,... Privacy for Children can solve that too.
How long we gonna hide what from them?? Have you ever explained what shows on TV set to your children?? That's absolutely unnecessary. You seee, children are really sensitive especially over the things they see, talkmore of explaining anything to Thier understanding.
The solution is; if you don't gamble at all, they ain't gonna be any chance for them to learn. You should be a major role model for your kids yeahh?

Making your success from a platform that can reduce you to zero 20 times it's value, just after building you up to 1 is completely insensible.
Except anyone would totally back out from gambling without a second thoughts, then I don't consider this as a success.

back to your topic: a gambler could actually be successful without being an addict... But again, that's conditional and Thier interest might change as time fades.

I feel it's more about the casinos that issued this bans... Maybe they don't wanna be a victim of bankruptcy just by a single stake.. anyone can decide what they want for their establishments.
You see, alot of strategies to bypass 'em casino's systematic manipulation has surfed the internet and, anyone would wanna try them on different casinos to see Which one cuts,..that exactly might be the problem at this point.

Experiencing mega losses in gambling is something that's happened to everyone solely into gambling... It sometimes slows the process, lessens hope and serves as a deterrent to gamblers - most of the times, we get addicted to things because we've been given a privilege to explore gainfully; ofcourse, anyone would wanna stick to such proceed... That's where the urge piles up and becomes an addiction regardless of whether we lose innit.
I'll do the same thing... Just, take a break for sometime and, I think that'll go a Long way.

Alot of strategies for that question have been suggested several times already ...The search engines would do alot of good . Buh, I feel it's really about how Much prepared an individual is, to guide himself strictly, not surpassing the stake limits no matter how good 'em speculations would be.
Edit: I think at some point, people should get know what works for them and stick to it.. every knows how hard it is to make a 100bucks, and equally how easy it is to spend it.

This is actually one of the lamest questions I've ever read in here... It's obvious that the funds cannot be refunded for any reason; the casino said that for more clarity already...so what's the point of asking insensible questions ?? To me, this post has no quality at all and should be put down. if you were really keen about writing on this, then there'd have been a better way to do so...

gambling shouldn't be presumed a way to make money; only a few have made it through that route randomly...so I feel it's not worth the time, stress and anticipation... To y'all out there still below the age of 18, avoid gambling away your funds!!

720  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gender in Gambling [differences between Women and Men in Gambling] on: October 03, 2023, 09:46:24 PM
In my experience you'll find a lot less women if you enter a casino and there seems to be a multitude of reasons for that. They generally would not enter by themselves like a man who has more common exposure to gambling venues.
Women are more careful on Thier spendings ; y'all been created in a way that spending your last coin ain't really mean nothing to y'all, buh a woman can't do such unless she's been hypnotized badly to the game - in a way that she ain't gonna be freeing up that easily.
Most married certs are presented to women in court...do y'all know why? Yeahh, that's exactly the same fucking reason!!  Men are made with a more powerful shock absorber.
