701  Economy / Speculation / Re: The reason why it is stable on: September 21, 2018, 03:06:37 PM
I guess the reason why bitcoin has a stable price is because miners are mining sometimes or even stop mining at all. The supply of coins freeze and the price would definitely freeze to. Correct me if im wrong but i really believe mining and the price are linked. If one stop moving then the other one will follow.

Small miners would stop to mine if they find it no longer profitable to them to mine but not a big miners.. they look for a long term perspective and they can not stop mining. Because if they will stop digging, they will have more minus than long-term digging.
702  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto Market Will ‘Absolutely’ Grow 1000x and More on: September 21, 2018, 02:56:14 PM
All people can openly express their thoughts anywhere and anytime, so Changpeng Zhao did so. And he is correct saying that crypto still has room to grow, but I personally don't think that bitcoin can rise that much. So it is sounds like another speculation
703  Economy / Speculation / Re: I expected a price flop with the recent news. on: September 21, 2018, 02:51:16 PM
I really think that there is no need to worry of that anymore, Theymos had confirmed that there is no risk, so this means that everything is already well-groomed and well-organized.
704  Economy / Speculation / Re: Tom Lee, from bitcoin bull to bitcoin bagholder on: September 21, 2018, 02:46:12 PM
@timerland. But $20k - $25k is only 3x - 4x away from bitcoin's price today and if you take its volatility during time of excitement into consideration, Tommy Lee's prediction might still be possible. If the bulls come back on middle of November, I speculate that it might still also be possible.

Yes it could be like you said , but in part this is a very small opportunity for that it would be great if price will reach 15k .
705  Economy / Exchanges / Re: DO NOT allow trade API unnecessarily 6 BTC gone in a hack on: September 21, 2018, 10:37:02 AM
Sorry for you loss, I  hope poloniex team will solve this issue, my suggestion for future , if you rarely checking account, just disable API access .
706  Economy / Speculation / Re: Settled at ~$6400 for now? on: September 20, 2018, 07:27:32 PM
ignoring the highs. if you concentrate on the lows. and see where the lowest price of 3-6-10-12 month
you will see that bitcoin has always been on an upward movement

2016:  >$300
2017:  >$900
2018:  >$5,800

people need to realise the bull-bear switch over is not something that happens hourly or daily.
bull and bear are the longer term directions.

maybe what the financial buzzworders should use is
short term up = Calve (young bull)
short term down = Cub (young bear)

bitcoin has been bull but does get occassional calve and cub events
True. I see that most of the people here compare the current price with the ATH. Instead of this they should be comparing it with the lowest point of the year. Changing the perspective will change the way we trade. If you look at it this way then we can realize how much bitcoin is growing  over the year.
Expecting the bull run to return soon the price of bitcoin may rise soon.

Its because there are still a lot of newbies thinking that bitcoin will always go on. parabolic rise. They forgot to realised that this market is very volatile and prone to manipulation. Year-to-year bitcoin is still up ($4000->$6500) so there's nothing to complained. Regarding bull run, might be next month or next year. My point is nobody really knows, if one way to find out is just to stick in the market and see how it goes.

Very well thought out, I almost agree with everything you said. The only thing that is different in my opinion is that I believe that Bull market will start faster than after one year.

I can provide screenshots and addresses of the payouts. The account has around 385k euros in action so far this month.

708  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price in the Market on: September 19, 2018, 12:19:06 PM
Most of the time, I rely on collecting news and analytics project plans to analyze coin trends, but this only applies to one coin, not the entire market!

And even after analyzing the information gathered and having all the news, you can not be 100% sure, The final steps are made only by trusting in yourself and your opinion.
709  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin again $18000 mark in this year? Definitely may YES on: September 19, 2018, 12:13:51 PM
I think not this year because the prices are unable to rise from a very long time.

Can be but there have few more up coming news in this month, you may also know it like, Few EFT are pending for approval.
Specially for Direxion ETF and SolidX ETF.

Another point BTC Dominance: 56.0% last few month all time high. This point also can be sign for another bull in this year with bitcoin price.
Yes anything can be happen in cryptro currency market

ETF will only hurt bitcoin. I do not think that this will bring real benefits to the community.

I think that there is almost no chance that ETF will be approved.
710  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the hype starting? on: September 19, 2018, 12:08:40 PM
In current market price of bitcoin We will likely not see the hype this year, because the market is simply too volatile and there is no price recovery. In the second half of the year everything we have saw was small pump happens then suddenly big dip takes place.
Therefore, I was not so optimistic that we will end this year with hype
711  Economy / Speculation / Re: I personally think bitcoin is bullish right now. on: September 19, 2018, 11:54:48 AM
I know people have been saying that since forever. This whole year people have been yelling ''bullish'' every day however, memes aside I truly think bitcoin is bullish. Obviously we are in a downtrend but I just find it funny when people lose their minds because bitcoin went from 7400 to 6700 in a day when in december we had $3000+ moves to the upside. No one was complaining back then huh? Technically speaking when you look at the weekly/daily chart you can see we are basically in a descending wedge which is, technically speaking, a bullish indicator. We have been forming weekly lower highs all year, however if the support area around 6000$ holds again this time, we will be in a really good position to actually break the lower highs, we would only need a 1000$~ move to break it for the first time in basically a year.

Not to mention the clear interest, governments/entities/businesses are taking in bitcoin. ETF's, Nasdq, etc etc, even if they aren't approved.

We are on a bear market (way more than 20% drop from the 52 high) and you say we are bullish? Sorry but it's not a very good way to trade to mix aspirations with reality. The trend is bearish. Don't fight the trend.

I don't agree with any of you, Because we can not say that we are still in bear market anymore. We reach lowest limit (floor) before almoust two months if i remember corectly, when the price reached about $ 5,800, and after that price never fell below that mark.Of course I also do not think that it has now begun Bull market , because price just fluctuates between 6000$ and 7000$.
712  Economy / Lending / Re: Loan Verification. on: September 18, 2018, 08:12:11 PM
This post is for any lender that agrees to loan me BTC.  The loan is for 0.6 BTC.  34 days until payment is due, my Monero coin set is collateral.  Miner Jones should pop in to verify he's acting as escrow and has my collateral in his possesion, thanks.
By Miner Jones you means minerjones https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=346731 ?
What worth your monero? How much interest you offered?

713  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto Mysteries on: September 18, 2018, 04:26:18 PM
I am personally think that for many off us, the most interesting mystery is the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto.
714  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitFlyer the world's largest bitcoin exchange Jan 2017? How? on: September 18, 2018, 04:18:13 PM
I am pretty sure this "No Fees"   is just part of promotion and it's temporary, after a few weeks or after a month, money transfers will be paid
715  Economy / Speculation / Re: Oh My God, What Happened to Bitcoin? on: September 18, 2018, 04:13:11 PM
There is no need to be too surprised, that just another bad news which drastically respond to changes in prices, But like always we just need to be patient and wait till the price pump back again
716  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if bitcoin seems to average about 7500 USD on: September 18, 2018, 03:59:19 PM
I really don't think it's possible that Bitcoins going to be a stable price in a year period, because everybody have seen that this market is very volatile and unpredictable, and even Bitcoin price will be stable about 7500$ per bitcoin, it will still be profitable to mine it. Besides this topic should be moved to the "Mining" sub-forum.
717  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Been scamed by Aleister Crowley( group of other accounts involved) on: September 18, 2018, 01:14:04 PM
Why you're the only lender that gets scammed for such high amounts? lol I feel sorry for you dude.

I don't know who Aleister is but that link in your post shows there was no collateral used in this loan. Did you know him personally or you just give him a loan of 0.07 BTC without any collateral?
"high amount" it was sarcasm? because most likely it's the smallest amount I've been scammed for(by user on this forum).
Alester i don't know personally, but as mentioned in OP, he successfully borrowed multiple time , in the beginning with collateral later without.

Sorry for your loss. Thats why I earlier mentioned to at least put a neutral feedback in profile page when you grant a loan (even the collateral ones). He wouldn't have gotten a chance to scam that account buyer as well (not that I feel sorry for him anyway). Also it is a better way so that other lenders are aware about it and don't end up giving another loan.

I have nothing against this practice, however, it is very little effective in this case,  there are almost no escrow agents who mediation accounts trade, without them usual accounts trade going "blind way", seller does not disclose account name until not receive money...

720  Economy / Speculation / Re: Again BTC going down? on: September 17, 2018, 01:34:14 PM
I think this kind of decline is normal, and this will happen in any investment market, and I think the price of Bitcoin will start to rebound within 2 weeks, breaking through $7000.

It would be great , but it seems that the price somehow can't go high again, it just ranges between $ 6,000 and $ 7,000, and whatever he break 7000$ price mark, the price dropped again
