The reason why your transaction is not showing up and will not show up in ethplorer or etherscan is because Ethereum Social is not listed there. What you need to do is open your wallet to confirm if the balance is there. I haven't tried this, but if you will use MEW, try changing the Network to ETSC (ethereumsocial.kr) - the dropdown is on the upper right corner of the page.

I think no one here could confirm the reason behind, but I doubt it being deleted because of the scammers' comments. They're not so active there anyway, so it's not that much bothersome imo.

For some people it is a more security as they will be more secured from hackers while some people do not like it and for them it is a headache.
How does it help with security?
XAPO is supposed to be a wallet right? Why the fuck would you like someone to confirm the transaction that you are broadcasting from your own wallet? I don't know what type of bitcoiners use XAPO as a personal wallet but the clearly have failed to understand bitcoin.
My advice to everyone using XAPO : Wake up.
Several users used the service before not only because of the wallet but also of XAPO Debit Card. Since they stopped the use of XAPO card plus the addition of incoming transaction fees, they lost many users already. |

I used it before and everything was good. Maybe they had shortcomings, but I believe they are not scamming now. After knowing about the issue, they informed the users about the two tokens coming from different contract addresses here. In addition, they want to make things right by disabling the wallet, stopping the trades and refunding the users funds that were spent on buying the said token ( source). ~ Btw, they also posted updates about this in their twitter accountIf you have contacted them at https://mercatox.com/support about it, just wait for their response. Personally, I will not try it, aside from what I mentioned above, I'm also into checking the reviews first before using such services. Since this site is new, there are no reviews to based on as well. Consider checking other exchanges before deciding if you will try this one. In the end, it's still up to you. |

It's requesting TFA which doesn't seem to be google authenticator. I can't log in.
Have you enabled Google Authentication in your account and you can't log in using the codes generated by google auth app or you didn't but the site is asking you for it? Yes, I have. Usually it does, but not now. I trade on about 10 sites and this is the only one with a TFA problem. Before making a ticket, try these 2 options first: 1) Sync your Google Auth app Time - Go to Menu > Settings > Time correction for codes > Sync now. Log in your tradesatoshi account, if it didn't work and you have your back up QR code or Key, proceed to option 2 2) Ready your 2FA back up - Go to your Google Auth app, long press the code for tradesatoshi then delete it. Scan your QR or input your Key in the app to generate new 2FA code. Try to log in your tradesatoshi account again, if it didn't work as well contact the support. Why should anyone have to do this for one small exchange that is having problems? Problems occur regardless if it's a small or big exchange. If you are not that type of person who tries different ways to solve a problem, that's okay, you are not forced to do these steps. Just do the same like the last time you encountered the problem, if you just waited, then do so now. |

I don't think messaging them on twitter would be helpful because afaik they only focus on support tickets, but you can try. Just use the freshdesk and wait for the reply., it won't be an instant. |

Hi I tried to send from myetherwallet to coinexchange but get a red message at bottom saying insufficient funds  Do you have enough Eth in your wallet to pay for the Gas (transaction fee)? Remember that you should have atleast 0.01 Eth in your account to make a transaction. If you have less, add more first then proceed with the withdrawal. |

This bot is no longer working. It was working fine till May 23 and then stopped giving notifications. Please fix it if possible.
Mine was on mute so I'm not sure about this, but everytime I open my app, there are few price updates on the coins I followed. I think the dev stop updating the bot. I have a request before about seeing the BTC price for alerts, he said it will be implemented soon, but no news about it. |

I know Google is banning crypto ads, but not certain about the scope. Is this in general? I mean, including crypto wallets and exchange ads? If yes, then it doesn't seem to be filtered well because there are still such ads showing.
Since there are tons of advertisers who wants to use Google ads, I don't think Google will check each thoroughly to see whose legit or scam. Seeing mostly scams and fraud ads showing first in the search results is not good, so IMO banning crypto ads is better even if it would affect those legit sites who uses the service.

That's a wrong move, the problem isn't solved yet so the ticket should remain open for updates/follow up. When was your exact deposit and ticket filing date? They have suspended EOS deposit & withdrawal starting from May 31 due to Mainnet Token Swap, so if you have made the deposit before that date, maybe you'll get your token when they enable deposits again, otherwise (on or after that date) your tokens will be irretrievable as stated here. |

Afaik the only back up you could have for Google Auth/Authy in Paxful is the QR code. Not sure as well if there's a proper procedure to report this, but try contacting their support via the live chat on the website. If I remember correctly that's what they suggested on twitter recently to the user with 2FA SMS problem, though it was SMS, it's still about 2FA.

Almost June, I hope the exchange will soon be launched.
They said first by Q1 and now we are nearing the end of Q2..a bit disappointed with their slow working process. Releasing now will again have not much impact due to the current downside of the market. Where did you find first quarter? By roadmap Hibryd exchange in Q2. But Q2 still not finished, one month left. I hope exchange will be in this month... Maybe he was referring to the blog. As I've mentioned before, it was stated there that "a first version will be released in march". So far no news. It is true that in their Roadmap, Hybrid Exchange is at Q2 2018, which I think means the official release. Launch or update, let's wait and see until the end of Q2. |

When did you do the swap? Remember in the confirm and submit page, there's a TX ID given, have you checked the transaction? If not, please do so. If the receiving address is correct and the transaction went through, I think you should contact Bela team. I hope you saved a copy of that confirm and submit page (as stated) because you might need it as proof. |
