701  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling Paypal for bitcoin on: January 12, 2017, 02:38:47 PM
As I have mentioned in other posts, I am happy to sell you BTC in exchange for you paypal, but I will only do so if you are willing to wait 180 days to receive the BTC so you can't charge back.  Let me know if you want to trade.

180 days by that time it's half a year I would have even forgotten I sent you my money, hell I could be dead for all I know.

I think this is the right time to put this out there only interested in quick escrowed exchanges.

I am doing full amount on Saturday so I'm looking for someone to buy all 945$ paypal.

I will send as good and services(India's paypal can't send friends and family).

If this helps I can open a dispute for one hour then close it. I've seen this technique be used by an exchanger I used to know. Apparently it doesn't effect your account to do that and also paypals rule is after you open a dispute and mark it resolved you can no longer open a dispute for that transaction.

If you are using Indian PayPal then you are not allowed to use your PayPal balance for sending to anyone else. You can only and only withdraw it to your bank.

yes you can actually just ask them to send you an invoice and you pay it. mark it as received item

Go ahead, try it. It's RBI which prevents PayPal from allowing users to use their PayPal balance for anything other than withdrawing it to their bank accounts. PayPal can't go against RBI rules.

Hello guys,

I will soon be paid out for a few projects of mine and I'd like to trade it all into bitcoin. I can get paid in Payoneer and PayPal.
about paypal you don't have to worry the funds come directly from the source which is a popular company so you don't have to worry about charge-backs. the volume I'll be needing is somewhere between 6k- 11k USD. If you think you can provide me this service please PM me.

This will be done with escrow as any member could turn scammer with these amounts.

the deal will take place begin to mid of February.

not only that you will have to go first, but you will also have to prove that the account is yours
otherwise - try the online exchanges but you will take 20 - 50% hit
paypal is a nono in general - too high fraud risk

There's no risk really.. I give you my email you add to paypal and when the money gets sent it gets send to you.

second option would be I send to your payoneer address and you give me bitcoin.

also to answer the other question about why I don't just load to a payoneer card. I can but I don't want to my countries limits per day is 150$(in my countries currency which I don't want its very unstable) per ATM imagine how long it would take to get 10k off. also If I send to a bank account sure I can get USD notes but the bank here is low on USD so they would ask me to come take it in 3 or 4 halves which would be across 6-12months time.

Which country is this where bank can't arrange 10K USD notes & that country's currency is more unstable than bitcoin itself?
704  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I would like to buy with PAYPAL > BTC Is this possible? on: January 10, 2017, 09:23:40 PM
My account is Premier and I have more than 75,000 on my balance.

Good, you're a rich guy but can't find any way to buy bitcoin.
705  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I would like to buy with PAYPAL > BTC Is this possible? on: January 10, 2017, 09:16:01 PM
I don't use Bank, I don't have Fiat, ONLY PayPal Balance.

It means your PayPal is Unverified?
What did you do to get this 3000 EUR in your PayPal a/c?
706  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Have 39Eur SKRILL Want 34 worth of btc on: January 10, 2017, 05:38:00 PM
Hi. After a lot of work trying to buy btc with pokerstars, I decided to try skrill. I have 39euros. Only trusted.

If you can fund your Neteller account with your Skril balance then I can help you.
707  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I would like to buy with PAYPAL > BTC Is this possible? on: January 10, 2017, 05:36:38 PM
Sorry but I don't want to withdraw any funds of my PP Balance to my Bank.
I would like to buy BTC directly from my PP Balance.

then wait for 180 days for someone to send you BTC as PayPal can easily be reversed for up to next 180 days & you don't have enough trust on this forum for anyone to believe you.
708  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I would like to buy with PAYPAL > BTC Is this possible? on: January 10, 2017, 05:33:06 PM
Anyone knowing any safe exchangers to buy BTC with my PayPal Balance? Cheers.
I have looked at PayBis but they have very high fees (about 29%)
Also Cryptonit is very complicated regarding registration.
Virwox has high limits as well.

Withdraw funds to your linked bank account & then register at any exchange which works in your country.
Then deposit the money to your account in that exchange (the money which PayPal would have sent you as per your withdraw) & then buy btc on that exchange.

Simple & Easy!

$ 0.5 really is not worth cheating
but I'm wondering, how do you recognize that he or she can use the VPS or proxies?
I do not think you can distinguish it

I can't but the owner of the site can and then he will ban the user using VPN/Proxies.
