701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Finally, i find way into crypto trading on: February 03, 2020, 05:44:30 AM
Don't really like the idea of such trading but it's better than trying to daytrade using technical analysis anyway. I prefer using crypto as long-term investing instrument, storing money in bitcoin and top altcoins.

This kind of strategy works best for those who doesn't have enough time to monitor their funds. Actually this is a good idea for those who have also work and can't completely watch the charts. For me I do trading if I have free time but also I have work and cannot really focus on trading alone. But there are signal in our group who are doing trading and they just telling us when short and long time though I can't check for myself I trust them since its been a long time since I started to join them. Anyway we have different opinion and the style we do work for ourselves in different point of view.
702  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Justin Sun and Corona Virus on: February 03, 2020, 05:05:57 AM
IMO this is a hype but also his concern on his own countrymen. We can't deny that he is a Chinese like CZ and for those who think that this is just a show then sometime we are barking on the wrong path here. How can you easily judge someone who just wanted to help. The social media thing is not new to showcase what is he doing. This era is different and social media is the most gateway of such issue. I dont mind his doing that for the hype but at least make it a real one. As expected on the social media king of cryptocurrency. Justin Tweet.
703  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why not we donate some Bitcoin for corona virus? on: February 02, 2020, 06:31:52 AM
In this state of crisis nationwide. I think is more best if you can somehow rely on your Government action. This is a national problem but each country has their own ways to show and help those who are indeed needed some help.

People around thr globe are now wearing masks for protection and the most places affected is Wuhan China. The Government of China knows that they can repel this, and regarding funds, I dont think a big fish like them needed extra one as the whole world I think has debt with them due to their growing economy. They can surpass this IMO. No need to use some of your btc in the process.
704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How To Spot a Shitcoin? on: February 02, 2020, 06:19:49 AM
When it comes to spotting shitcoin, I think its way easier to do a full blown background check first such as:

  • Team profile and authencity
  • Project objective such as usefulness in the real world
  • Any funds to develop the project or if not, do they have partners and legit joint venture to expand the project OP
  • Fundamental aspect whether the team has any plans and if these plans have been pursue
  • token metric and economic usage of it.
  • Liquidity and community support

There is a lot of things to consider and some can add to these list I added. More or less, the project can be identify as shit if those abovementioned weren't on place.
705  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this Right Time to buy Some ALT coins? on: February 02, 2020, 04:44:53 AM
Wait for a good entry point. Dont just by easily because they are telatively low. Some altcoin pumps due to whale manipulations. If I were you I head over Binance exchange and check which coins have the most market volume.

These coins even at dump price can easily move fast if the volume still huge. Find low supply tokens with relative to average market cap. If you found a good one then expect some ROI. But if your a passive investor or trader just stay on btc or eth and wait for the right time to sell.
706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin SV Could It Reach All Time Highs? on: February 02, 2020, 04:19:05 AM
Based on trading charts. BSV is obviously in the long as it still keep increasing but some other day it dump so hard. So I dont think a volatile project can easily approach and outperformed a proven market for btc.

No doubt that bch and bsv are the two closest fork that has huge marketcap but as you can see, many people arent in favor of their projects. Especially those pioneered people with experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency.
707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to survive if you lose more than 80% of your Capital? on: February 02, 2020, 03:36:35 AM
Maybe the best recommendation is to rest for a while and have a break. It's quite frustrating to lose more than 80% of your funds. It's not easy to recover if you really wanted to break or get it back then you must learn and understand the market movement. I think that's not the case for everyone as being a trader isn't also easy to do. I am also lose sometime  but what I can do the market is very volatile and lack of accurate result even the charts seems favor on your course.
708  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: SEC vs Telegram Group Inc on: February 01, 2020, 06:12:10 AM
So if SEC insist pushing that grams are security tokens but the Gram stipulated on their platform that their tokens served as a utility on their telegram network then they are lying to us? Then if that's the case they arent allowed to list it on major exchanges such as liquid and okex since there are none regulations yet set for security tokens that allowed them to formally listed on market. I know some security tokens but their provisions arent tight unlike this one.

The results of the filed case might not favor gram if such accusation is proven and discussed by authority. I am looking forward what action gram will take on this matter.
709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Exchanges closed down in 2019! on: February 01, 2020, 06:00:21 AM
There is not much choice by these exchanges. As you can see an exchange platform can be closed if no liquidity or profits gain from trading fees and that's normal. I remember cryptopia and idax as biggest exchange amongst the list. Ive using these two before but stop due to rumors of closing especially Idax. But as far as I know they arent closed yet as rumors sometime might be wrong but for the sake of keeping funds dont use it anymore cause the funds might be gone in an instant.
710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hottest alts of 2020 on: February 01, 2020, 05:15:56 AM
The hottest altcoins on my list aren't showing any sign yet while other altcoins are already adding Good value to price but i am very sure that the coins im holding is no nonsense coin, Apollo, veil project, magic, harmony, tron, etc

Apollo? maybe its hottest due to its hype but this coin is considered as scam already might leave out of this shitty coins. Veil project is indeed choking now the price is very cheap. The only one I like is tron on what you mentioned. Their project seems to expand with a lots of series and more partnership. Tron might not seems to be dependable but when it comes to dApp I think it can win over eth platform in the future.
711  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin may hit 27K USD in the next 180 days! on: February 01, 2020, 04:42:18 AM
If you estimated it 6months from now with its current price 9.4k I think the prediction is almost near the target if the upward trend will continue for the following days. Yes halving is almost close to its date but we can't expect it to just simply happened in a blink of an eye.

IMO, too early to grasp this price at hand. I am optimistic about bitcoin hike this year but I dont want to listen to these overrated prediction by those famous people cause to be honest its not credible.
712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top crypto pairs in which you should invest? on: February 01, 2020, 04:29:05 AM
These are good coins but for my safety I trade only btc, eth, xrp and bch. Yeah its also not safe ground cause these are moving very volatile but at least these coins are the most huge volume. When it comes to trading we must focus on liquidity and reading charts arent easy as those professional says.

The list are consists of potential altcoins next to eth and xrp but as a trader I keeping my funds for trading good coins that has been traded across different exchange. My strategy is more on arbitrary but using exchange such as Bitmex and Binance is also good using margin and future trading.
713  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The real education are not taught at school!! on: February 01, 2020, 03:46:05 AM
Maybe that is because of person capabilities. Yes you have a point there OP. Some millennial teenage nowadays are having trouble coping with the environment maybe because when they grow up they arent bond with some kids that has an instinct on how to do or act on such things so when they become more affiliated with the people like that, they forgot to learn in a different way.

They relying alone to what is learn by the book. What they see is what they get. That's not on our time, natural instinct is always there and we managed to learn things on our own way. But now the era is different, they just relying on technological advance such as internet on which manual or self application isn't implemented that's why they dont learn. School is a learning institutions but outside it there are more stuff to learn with and that is the experience.
714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Lending coins damage crypto? on: January 31, 2020, 11:31:32 AM
Bitconnect I think is the most worst scam project ever developed. Most got hype with this one, I remember my friends inviting me to join their league but during that time I am bit broke and luckily I didn't join them cause right now they are regretting investing on it.

I never heard the other two. But sounds like they also scammed a lot of people based on your post. Many people got lost their money with these kind of projects and we can't stop it at hand cause no authority were able to regulate these kind of launching. Good thing SEC somehow busted those other fake ICO projects that are on the run.
715  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee called BITCOIN as a Shitcoin! on: January 31, 2020, 07:32:03 AM
He maybe a great paid advertiser but every time we bashed him with his useless shilling. He just only gain attention on the mass media whether the publicity is bad or good it still benefit those who viewed his profile for whatever trending it is on social media.

I think many people who doing these stuff are also being criticize but still take a look on their wallet they keeping some huge profits from these word of mouth powers. The prediction he made and dare are obviously an acting so people can get insight on which is to follow but only those who blindly believe him will be affected. But who knows, right? I think everyone here would wanted too to see bitcoin reaches $1million value even its still a non sense dream yet.
716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: That's my 2020 portfolio, what are you opinions? on: January 31, 2020, 07:12:16 AM
I won't advice you distribute your funds equally since all altcoins can't give equal return of investment.

Why is that? You arent familiar with the statement " Dont put your eggs on one basket" there is nothing wrong to distribute it with equal funds. Of course he is asking which is more good for investment. Putting equal amount he can justify easily which one gives him the most profit. The prices are different but the investment is same.

Your picking your own choice too, so let him decide on that part. He is just asking for recommendation which is which among the list.

For me OP, pick Binance coin. It's not that expensive and not that cheap too but the liquidity is surely will rise as this platform focus on this aspect. So there is no way they can easily go down in the future more or less it will pump as many coins wanted to get listed on their platform.
717  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why new crypto enthusiasts have to repeat losses by scammers again? on: January 31, 2020, 06:45:06 AM
Some of those who got scammed are not familiar with a forum like this. Most investors are mostly lurking on telegram and that's where the place most newbies got scammed.

I read many reports on Scam Accusation about being scammed by telegram. The case here is the scammer impersonate most admins of project and they will entertain you like if you need help then later down to asking some payment or whatever.

We should always remind them dont trust stranger and be resourceful to search what the project they are investing. Aside from bitcoin most of the new ones are likely to be scam. So better we must warn them always.
718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gem Coins that is still at ATL in my List on: January 31, 2020, 04:31:19 AM
So youre after the hype too? That is dangerous mate. I know Binance listed only good tokens and coins but seeing their volume on the market isn't that high mate. I like coins with ATL but at least the volume is pretty well build up and stable.

Ive noticed different coin and tokeb pump everyday on Binance are you waiting for these coins to get line up? I think binance somehow help some projects by pumping them, cause it is rarely to see some projects continuously pumping there's always rotation to their gains and losers page.

Never heard about Monitha project what is this all about?
719  Economy / Speculation / Re: I see a dump approaching, do you? on: January 31, 2020, 04:17:29 AM
This is expected mate as series of correction will be made until it find its strong support. Right now, its keep going up, and might able to reach 9600-9800 level as many buy orders are keep approaching. But this will stop, as those traders and whales their cash or gains first. So we should prepare for a dump and make an entry point again but if this continue maybe that's a early bull run for us. Hoping it still fly, cause I'm already 340% gain already planning to dump it on 9650 if target hit. Then find a new level again.
720  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As expected THE LIAR, CLOWN 'John McAfee' backs down from $1M claim on: January 30, 2020, 12:51:16 PM
Can't blame ignorance sometime. Every bit of social medium such as Twitter is very lucrative for these kind of clowns. I remember how Mcafee supports btc as it goes down during the midst of 2018 and 2019.

But hearing that he is now against it and calling btc an ancient technology is a hard foul for crypto enthusiasts. Maybe that's what we can called jumping ship from hidden gem coin into shitcoin lovers.

How many projects did he shill on Twitter for some quick back money? I can't say, but the one I remember is Bob project which is now in the brick of dying. Good luck to you Mcafee hope you can still find supporters for your shitty dex.
