Oh well, it has been confirmed already by the CME group. So indeed this is another milestones in bitcoin history. The price is again picking up at $10.5K. Final date is December 18. So its more than 2 weeks from now but I  think we can surely see a spike down the road specially as we inch closer to the date.

But for me, those well known personalities are still divided, whether bitcoin is a bubble or not. But now that the CME group is joining in the fray, I still don't know if they can still call it a bubble. LOL. There will be ongoing debate, drama's, name callings etc. But I don't think that bitcoin will be deterred by all of this. Its just another day at the office.

What I don't like though is that it CME will offer a regulated trading platform. But I may be wrong in my interpretation here.

Are you here when the Chinese fakes news or whatever happened in September? Bitcoin drop at a rate of more than 30%. And I don't know about the alt but I'm sure that they have been affected as well. If you were already here I'm sure you are all going crazy that time seeing the price plummeting to the floor after enjoying all time highs specially bitcoin.

Pick any one from the suggestions above. When I was just starting, I will just go walk around the neighborhood to take my mind to what's happening. You should do the same.  

As you continue your journey in crypto you will see a lot of bleeding along the way, this is not the first. But you will learn how to react with this kind of scenario when you mature enough. And if someone is manipulating, it will not last and only be temporary, they can't manipulate price when there is a lot of investors who already poured their cash in the market.

Yes, bitcoin have demonstrated in the past that if its value has drop, the next thing that it going to happen is that the price will rebound and can achieve even greater price as its previous all-time-high, so all of us should not be disappointed to see the price going down.

On the contrary, this is really a good buying opportunity. I learned this the hard way when I was just starting. I will panic sell and push the button whenever I see the price dipping. And soon I realized that I'm making the wrong move. I should be buying in this dip instead of selling. I guess all of us experience this kind of anguish and apprehension before.

And it you look at the market right now, its not only bitcoin who is bleeding, but the rest of altcoin as well. So maybe there is some serious corrections that we are going to see in the next few days. Just hold and don't sell. There's is no point of dumping today.

Never experienced buying one from them. What do you mean sounds OK? what don't you just buy items from bitmain itself? A lot of scam sites are out there and don't be another statistics for the scammer. If you are willing to go to mining then I advise you to put out a good amount of investment. Its better to be safe here than lose your money here.

I'm sorry for you lost mate. You are another unsuspecting victim and fall for this scammers. As for the OP, learn the mistakes of this member. At least he gives you a fair warning so stay away from that site. As a advise, just order them to bitmain for your security. Although it will take some time to be delivered, at least you know that you can't be scam by the manufacturer itself.

So that's smells a scam site. Be very careful. A lot of scammers is out there to take advantage of cryptocurrency popularity. My advise, stay away as it is a potential scammer.

From the very beginning I already suspected that BitConnect would likely end in a scam. Fortunately for me, I have put funds in there but as I recheck everything the returns is not that good so I immediately pull out my funds like 5 months ago. I'm happy that I made the correct decision and seeing how the news came out, I wouldn't surprise at all.

Actually I also have a friend, who I enticed to join, however, I already told him to get out and not fall for the trap. He added and then reinvested again. I don't know how much he already invested but our last communication, he say's its .5 BTC already.

Pardon me, I didn't know that you have a ICO and I thought that this is just another group for pump-and-dump. Another question though, I'm sure that you already know that crypto markets operates differently as compare to "traditional" financial markets, so what might work on traditional market might not be applicable to crypto.

There are a lot of Telegram groups out there. What makes you think that people should join? What can you offer that other telegram groups don't have. Do you consider yourself as pump-and-dump groups?

What is your basis for making your forecast and predictions? What is our forecast results accuracy? You using certain algorithm? or develop your own in making your forecast?

And I think as more people are buying bitcoin for storing their wealth, the more bitcoins becomes more of a investment platform now. That's why I believed that we should not hoard bitcoin but at least sell some so that the coins can go back into circulations. However, its not even the case today. So I consider it most as a investment, partly a currency or money.

You can't blame anyone though for being a bagholder. Just imagine at the start of this year you bought 1 bitcoin and hold it till today, your investment is now returning a massive 900% or more. No other investment platform can give you that kind of returns in less than a year.

If you already made millions then at certain point in time you needed to convert it to your local currency. So as to not raised any suspicion from the government, you can't just withdraw everything is one day, you need to cash it out bit by bit and in small amounts. That would be the best strategy in my opinion.

As for the crypto not anonymous? Its psuedo-anonymous specially bitcoin. Others used mixing services to cover their track but when you are going to cash it out, of course if someone is following you, they can easily track your address in a trading platform and can identify you.

I understand your point. The only positive things that I'm hearing is that CME rumor, but yes its a rumor that this massive pump if I may see is out of proportion. Is investors really pouring this cash? Is this the anticipation for CME rumor? Or maybe individuals are buying because there are real state properties now that are being offered in bitcoin.

As for for 2018, if we are going to predict $25,000, it doubles the current price. The the growth of bitcoin will be around 200% correct? This year alone we have been growing more than 900% so a 200% perfect growth prediction is a safe estimation I guess. And its a fair estimate so that we can't be disappointed when bitcoin can get that, though its too early to say, a lot can happen in the future.

Looks like he is still waiting for Bitcoin to die again. Unfortunately, bitcoin price is above $9000 and Bitcoin cash is.. I don't know. LOL. No one is shifting to Bitcoin Cash, if there is a shifting, it is Bitcoin Cash to Bitcoin now. Bitcoin Cash time is over now. They really thought that it can take over, however, the community says otherwise. I think that Bitcoin Cash leaders will try to rally another desperate attempt against Bitcoin, but the result will be the same. Bitcoin will remain the top crypto in the next decade or so.

There was a developer's meeting last week and a lot of companies shows interest in using Ethereum Smart Contract that's why it looks like they have somewhat have a second wind and even breaks its previous high. We may see a lot of industries as well took advantage of Smart Contract so its not only Bitcoin has a bright future but Ethereum as well.

Crossing $500 will be the next challenge. However, I think it's really achievable. So much trust and confidence has already been put in Ethereum that I have no doubts that maybe $550-$700 could easily be touched this year. And lest we forgot it, ETH based ERC20 tokens are being offered as investment of most ICO's.

It has hit $9000 already. Another milestone for bitcoin ecosystem. Now the waiting game begins. Its this the new psychological barrier that we need to crossed? It is sustainable? No one can really tell us but time. I'm too was excited to see the price go up today but most position of the member here yesterday that it will cross $9000 and they are correct.

Its not even end of the month and we already got there. December is entering, $10000 will be target at the end of the year. Chances are its gonna be hit as long as the bullish investors remains and no cashing out or dump is going to happen. Beijing is like the center of commerce in China. Its like the Financial District or the Wall Street of China. So I don't think that is the best place to put up a mining farm.

So its looks like the best place is Sichuan simply because its a province. More space to build your mining farm plus you are away from a lot of people and less complains about the noise being generated. And electricity is much cheaper in Chinese provinces. I also read that Inner Mongolia is only a good choice, but I don't know how far that is, or how familiar you Chinese partners with that place.

Note: Bitmain's bitcoin and other altcoins mining farm is located in Inner Mongolia.

I'm sorry to burst your bubble mate but Ethereum would reach bitcoin in the future. Why?

1. ETH is also not immune to scaling issue as bitcoin.
2. ETH current supply is over 90 millions. Bitcoin is capped at 21 million. So bitcoin price will go up because of the limited supply while its gonna be hard for ETH to increase its price because the supply is growing.
3. Bitcoin has a backing of a nation - Japan. ETH has none.

There's a lot of factors that inhibit ETH to really overthrow bitcoin. But I wouldn't worry about it. Because ETH will be the dominant altcoin and ETH smart contract will be its selling point.

Its the website ETH proponent put up in June when ETH was chasing bitcoin in terms of markecap and trading volume. But this so called flippening didn't happened. But is fun to watch it though. 

First, your premise that bitcoin can make Fiat disappear is wrong. What is the reason that you say it so? Banking or Fiat institution has been here and I think they will stay and even though bitcoin has been globally adopted, fiat will not go away. And we should take advantage of both monetary system, Fiat will not be obsolete.

Not all Officials of UN controls a country. As far as I understand, its still the President or a Prime Minister that heads a state and not UN officials. So again your argument is flawed. And no all countries are against bitcoin, do your research and you will see that there's also a lot of nation that is pro bitcoin either by having regulations or adopting it.

And even if a nation ban bitcoin, like China did, their bitcoin community is still thriving, they are still doing trading OTC so it just shows that bitcoin can't be stop.
