Newzealand is still playing with 138/9 and hence the match will get over soon. It was a one way game all the way where India's win was assured in the start and I'm extremely happy for Ashwin and Kohli who made us win with ease. All the best to both the teams.

India have won the match with a day to spare. New Zealand will be disappointed with the 3-0 scoreline.
India looks like they deserve to be world number 1 in test matches.
722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: October 09, 2016, 05:02:03 AM
What keeps me coming back? Simply because i want to have fun and also i want to try my luck whenever i have extra Bitcoin to spare. I'm not that addicted anymore unlike before everytime i have Bitcoin i don't stop until i lose them all. Now i just play for fun and experiment some strategies.

As long as you are only gambling your extra bitcoins, you will be fine.
You have fun and are entertained, and you pay a small price for it.
723  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest your bitcoins. on: October 09, 2016, 05:01:00 AM
Bitcoin in my purse this is an investment. I am sure that at the moment it is the best investment strategy

That is correct, but make sure that your coins are in cold storage and safe from hackers.
You wouldn't want to lose your entire investment, would you?
724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: October 09, 2016, 04:59:40 AM
India is batting New Zealand out of the third test match now. They have 2 centurions - Kohli and Rahane.
They were always favourites, but I don't see anybody betting on New Zealand now.
725  Economy / Economics / Re: Implications of a Hillary Presidency: Non-Traditional & Hard Assets? on: October 09, 2016, 04:57:57 AM
Would it be a positive for emerging market assets?
Given Bitcoin's transferability, it should benefit from any demand for offshore assets.
726  Economy / Speculation / Re: $BTC Market is Getting Ready to Make a Move... on: October 09, 2016, 04:55:55 AM
yes we are expecting it for last few months, and hope that this time it is not going to stay at 800 USD or 900 USD, i am hopeful that this time the price of bitcoin is going to cross the all time high price at the end of 2016 or just in start of 2017.

I hope it isn't a replay of 2014, where we bounced off lows, reached $600 and then slowly went down.
Forget all time highs, we should be happy if the trend is upwards.
727  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: October 08, 2016, 10:05:20 AM
No I do not think that if the bitcoin was stable that it was grown so fast because of the instability the bitcoin was growing so fast, people knew they could make some nice amounts due to this.
but i think if the price of bitcoin remain stable it will become more and more popular, people will then trust on bitcoin and they will then put more and more money in bitcoin. therefore to me if the price of bitcoin remain stable its popularity will increase more.

Stability is a great aspect if it ever comes to happen, but the problem then will be that traders will pull back their money from the market. And exactly this money is needed to keep the market liquid. That's why I prefer Bitcoin to remain volatile, so traders have reason to pump their money into Bitcoin.

If the market is not liquid, then it cannot be stable.  Wink
If traders pull their money out, some other class of investors will park their money in Bitcoin, given its stability.
728  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoins true potential on: October 08, 2016, 09:59:33 AM
Do you want to see Bitcoin True Potential? Just wait for next global economic crisis and every bank lover will be buying Bitcoin then.

Deutsche Bank is in trouble and most likely will fall - this would probably bring upon Europe crisis.

Today's scenario is awfully similar to what happened in 2008 after Lehman Brothers fell.

Deutsche Bank.... The German government may not directly save it, but may make some behind the scenes moves to ensure that it does not fail.
No government in the world wants a replay of the Lehman collapse.
729  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: October 08, 2016, 09:57:37 AM
The paper money will keep being used by people, especially at asian country, because i'm at asian country and people still using paper money and even the digital money era come, paper money will keep exist.
I think its better to say underdeveloped or developing countries rather than only asian countries. Few of the asian countries are already technologically advanced and use electronic payment systems however for sure in this under and developing countries will have majority of population who will be happy to use paper money rather than electronic payment systems in future too.
I agree with you dude, Japan and China are both in Asia but they are both developed countries.

Japan would qualify as a developed country, but China?
China is a large economy with one of the highest growth rates in the world... and that is because they are transition from a developing to developed economy.
730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: October 08, 2016, 09:53:11 AM
England made a breakthrough and got succeed to pick 4 quick wickets. 5th wicket add 118 runs and it looking Bangladesh will win this match but Adil Rashid delivered magical bowling performance there. England is very close to win this match there.

Finally, England won this match by 21 runs. Bangladesh gave a very good fight in this match, they got all out in 47.5 over for 288 runs but if they could have played all 50 overs then they had a chance to win this match. Bangladesh last fiver players just added only 9 runs and that cost them this match. If those guys added few runs then match would have ended in other way.

This is the risk of betting on Bangladesh. They seem to be cruising home and then suddenly implode.
Bangladeshi fans will be devastated by this loss.
731  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would u still use Bitcoin if u were a USD multi millionaire? on: October 02, 2016, 07:32:01 AM
I would still use it, but I would not hoard it.
My objectives of using Bitcoin would be vastly different from what they are today.
732  Economy / Speculation / Re: Deutsche Bank: How long before it crashes now? on: October 02, 2016, 07:27:33 AM
Germany has publicly said that they won't bail out any bank.
But if Deutsche Bank really looks to be collapsing, they will look at alternative means (other than bail out) to prevent its collapse.
733  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: October 02, 2016, 07:25:51 AM
i think its a bad idea to sell out everything as not only because you have to pay higher money if you bough them again but also because you have some memories with those old stuffs and you have them in your privacy and comfprt zone which you will not get back

Besides memories and emotional bonding with the coins, you will be in loss of profits if you sell them all at once and later on the price grows higher, and then as you said you will also have to pay more if you want to buy more.

You will also regret your decision. It is very tough to deal with regret.
This is an emotion which is stronger than fear and greed in the financial markets.  Smiley
734  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks' private blockchain initiatives and public blockchains on: October 02, 2016, 07:24:10 AM
I was reading about the Hyper Ledger project, a project that is overseen by the Linux Foundation and is supported by the likes of IBM, Intel and other known banks all over the world. Then it occured to me that it could lessen the chances of Bitcoin's adoption to the mainstream because the banks' clients which is comprised of the people who are productive to society would be diverted to their private blockchains instead of using Bitcoin directly.

Bitcoin is lucky to have first mover advantage so it just happened to become somehow competitive and gained a following because of it. Now here is my question from all this. Is the ticket to gain massive adoption for Bitcoin or some other cryptocurrency project possible only thru the banks? But how is that possible when they do not want anything to do with them and are already supporting the development of private blockchains?

I believe Bitcoin will live on because it has a solid foundation but the same cannot be said with altcoins.

This is more to do with adopting blockchain to their banks existing systems - settlement of trades in stocks, bonds, etc. This in any case could not have been done with Bitcoin. Will all these banks implementing blockchain tech, the negative aura around crypto in general has lessened.
735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: October 02, 2016, 07:22:06 AM
Good start for NZ . The two batsmen are building up good partnership , I think NZ will be able to score more than 200 . If they manage to score above 250 , there is a chance for them to draw this match .
Going for 200+ bet @1.36 -> https://directbet.eu/BetStatus.cshtml?BetID=12Jifq4GLqr3WtAV7C5umdUqsebrrpxG8s , looking good as NZ already scored 177 .
New Zealand got all out for just 204 runs, and Now India started his second innings 4/0. India lead by 116 runs. Superb bowling from Bhuvaneshwar Kumar. Picks 5 wickets in this innings. Shami also picks 3 wickets. The last match the pitch was supported to spin bowlers. In this match, it is supporting speed bowlers. Let's see how India will play in the second innings.
India are ahead in this match by a long way.A 116 run lead in this first innings is a big lead as looking at the pitch it doesnt a good batting wicket so NewZealand is in some trouble now.But still jetan patel innings given them some score of 204 or they were looking like that they will get out on 170 runs.
I think slowly the pitch is started supporting to bowlers. Because Indian Batsman is also struggling to score in the second innings. They lost top 3 wickets just for 42 runs. Now Kohli and Rahane is playing. Maybe this test match will end with a surprise result. So I will wait for some time, and I will place my bet. Now India lead by 154 runs.

Surprisingly, it is aiding the fast bowlers on day 3. The spinners will also be able to make use of the variable bounce.
India's big lead will help them. If they set a target of 250+, I think they will easily win this match.
736  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2016-09-29] Spain Wants to Tax Bitcoin Miners 47% on: October 01, 2016, 10:52:45 AM
Government officials are identifying Bitcoin as a threat that is why they are taxing the coin.

Have you noticed that Bitcoin is an opensource software? Have you noticed that Bitcoin is getting taxed even while it is opensource...?

Their game is almost finished.

There is no connection between opensource and taxation. Taxation is on profits / wealth.
Governments will continue to tax whoever/whatever they can.
737  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1BTC = $600USD, now a good time to buy? on: September 29, 2016, 12:43:31 AM
a lot of improvemnts arer coming to bitcoin
the next time the price jumps ,it will happen rapidly
600 is probably as cheap as its going to get
get them now if you want to be on the train when we pass 1k again Wink

That is true. Positive news just keeps adding up, but that is not reflected in the price.
It is probably the lull before the blast off.
738  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoins safe? on: September 29, 2016, 12:41:20 AM
You can be sure bitcoin is safe. But the unsafe part is in your hands. Your funds can get stolen very easily. Recommend you check out wallet security measures more precisely and work on getting a hardware wallet. Dont keep more than what you can lose on online wallets.

But still it is risky to put all your assets and all your earning here in bitcoin wallet, It is secure but not like the banks and if you loose your money from bank you will get your money back and bank are more safe to put your assets and bitcoin wallet is not safe someone scam you and stole your money from your wallet and no one whom you claim for your money.

There are 2 ways you can handle this
Cold storage - So that nobody can steal from your wallet
Calculated Risk - Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.
739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 29, 2016, 12:35:11 AM
That is huge victory by Afghanistan because it needed much to win against more teams, Bangladesh fought so well and at a moment it was looking it is going to win this match on its home ground but Afghanistan played so amazing and snatch this victory from Bangladesh.
After losing 3 wickets back to back great come back from Afghanistan. Middle order batsman played superbly. This is must need win to Afghan. Bangladesh players shocked to see Afghan performance. They never expected this type of result in this match. Finally, Afghanistan won by 2 wickets congrats.
This is superb innings from Afghanistan. They played fantastically in both bowling and batting side. One point of time the game is a favor to Bangladesh, I thought Bangla would win this match. But Afghan batsman played superbly in the last few overs. Especially in 48th over they scored 9 runs in that 1 six. This will help them to win this match. Congratulation team Afghanistan.

Afghanistan managed to make this match tighter than it needed to be.
They looked to be cruising towards a win and in the end managed to win by 2 wickets in the last over!!
740  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: September 29, 2016, 12:33:20 AM
The governments want to get rid of cash, it is predicted that around 2020 we will see a clear, mainstream-announced goal by governments to get rid of cash in the future, so by 2025-2030 cash usage will be minimum.

By then, your question should have an obvious answer.
Where did you get the information, how the hell would the government would get rid of cash when they are making money from the taxes in every transaction from every businesses and its people in a certain country.

Well if he will be right, then we are all fucked up. The tax will now come to bitcoin and we will have a lot of problems regarding that. If people are ready to accept bitcoin as their currency then are we as bitcoin users ready to be taxed? It is now the other way around problem.

It is obvious he is just trolling. That or he is living in a different dimension. Governments will never get rid of fiat. It is a representation of them and how rich their country which they govern is. Bitcoin is an option to get around inflation. It is a choice. And I do not believe it will replace any currency.

There are governments which have given up on their own currency and started using the dollar in their countries.
For such countries, Bitcoin may be an option.  Wink
