721  Other / Politics & Society / Re: War is a crime on: February 12, 2016, 09:38:57 AM
We are civilized humans not savages. Although we are civilized, we still fight wars like savages. War is essentially stealing. It's stealing because you are taking another's land, money, and resources while killing thousands of people in the process. It's immoral and unfair. The people who steal this way are not penalized for their wrongdoings instead they are treated as heroes.

If someone steals from someone else they get punished, if someone kills someone else they get punished. However if a group of individuals (country) plunders, murders and destroyes another group of individuals...they do not get punished. There is no authority to punish them.

The sad thing is, war has become somewhat like a game. We even have RULES for war  Cheesy this is total madness. It's like making rules for stealing, it does not make sense.

War itself should be illegal it is a crime like any other crime. The fact that we wage war over each other reflects the evil in the collective human psycy. We are civilized but we continue to act like savages. What is the use of technological, and societal development when we cannot even be good to each other.

What do you guys think?
Is war justified?
war is a game,is played with a smile,if you can't smile, grin. if you can't grin, keep out of the way till you can.

The internet of things: how your TV, car and toys could spy on you

http://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/feb/10/internet-of-things-surveillance-smart-tv-cars-toys

<< Can your smart TV spy on you? Absolutely, says the US director of national intelligence. The ever-widening array of "smart" web-enabled devices pundits have dubbed the internet of things [IoT] is a welcome gift to intelligence officials and law enforcement, according to director James Clapper. "In the future, intelligence services might use the [internet of things] for identification, surveillance, monitoring, location tracking, and targeting for recruitment, or to gain access to networks or user credentials", Clapper told the Senate in public testimony on Tuesday.

As a category, the internet of things is useful to eavesdroppers both official and unofficial for a variety of reasons, the main one being the leakiness of the data. "One helpful feature for surveillance is that private sector IoT generally blabs a lot, routinely into some server, somewhere",said Lee Tien, a senior staff attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation. "That data blabbing can be insecure in the air, or obtained from storage".

There are a wide variety of devices that can be used to listen in, and some compound devices (like cars) that have enough hardware to form a very effective surveillance suite all by themselves. There are, of course, legitimate and tightly warranted reasons for law enforcement surveillance, and there are also companies that take hard lines against turning their users over to the government. But hardware manufacturers often default to crummy security, or don't offer a choice, and consumers often make themselves more vulnerable than they should. >>

not relize that this thing can be happen, but as long we dont have any that must be keeping tight,we dont have to worry, more worry if we have share anything in social media, its must be concern.

This is the debate topic.  Is Islam a Religion of Peace?  I am not starting a poll, because I want the matter determined by clear logic, not by numbers.  And not by quotes of old books.

Thank you.

724  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Proof that God exists on: February 12, 2016, 09:07:07 AM
After long and secular debates about atheism, the need for a separate topic about God's existence has arisen.
There are amongst us a group of people who believe that while there is no proof that God exists, there also is no proof that He doesn't exist.
Please share your argument in a logical manner and abstain from saying things like "I'm right because I'm right".
I know that this, in the end, is a philosophical discussion so only logical are welcome.
even charles darwin was believe that god exist, universe is can't be exist without creator, and some scientist believe that universe is made by God.

726  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: February 12, 2016, 08:54:53 AM
Reading the responses to the recent topic titled, "I would sell all my bitcoins if…." has left me concerned.

The kinds of responses on that thread reveal a deep misunderstanding of bitcoin and the current monetary system in many of those who are speculating. Let's consider the scenario in which bitcoin reaches $1000 or let's say $10,000 per bitcoin. Many have said they will cash out if bitcoin reaches this point. Why??

If bitcoin reaches $10,000 it will have to be because the fiat currencies of the world are tumbling to worthlessness via a hyperinflation type scenario and bitcoin is the safe haven, which if you know anything about the current monetary systems of the world, you know this is inevitable. (there have been 3800 fiat currencies throughout history and EVERY SINGLE LAST ONE has crashed to worthlessness; a value of zero) Why would you then sell all of your sound money (Bitcoin) for a bunch of fiat money that is inevitably becoming worthless? I don't understand the logic in doing that.

If bitcoin ever reaches $10,000 per bitcoin, you will NEVER see me selling for fiat paper money. You may however see me having a shopping spree at Overstock.com or TigerDirect.com or NewEgg.com! I will be buying things I want with my bitcoin profits DIRECTLY WITH BITCOIN, not selling my bitcoin for paper fiat. Hopefully by then there will be many more options, perhaps even Amazon.com will be accepting bitcoin for goods and I can have my shopping spree there.

Point being, selling bitcoin for dollars seems counterproductive. Why convert your paper fiat currency into sound value storing superior bitcoin, only to sell all of your superior bitcoin back for worthless antiquated fiat currency again? Why not just spend the bitcoin itself to buy what you want instead of taking a loss by converting back into dollars which will inflate away eventually anyway?
i just think why we should never sell our bitcoin because we must wait for more price increase, just it.

730  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are so many cryptos good for the world? Or is it better to have only a few? on: February 11, 2016, 11:42:30 PM
Hi Guys, since the day I have entered in to the world of crypto currencies, I was shocked to see the numbers of available currencies.
According to Coinmarketcap website, we now have 674 crypto currencies of various types which is more than the numbers of fiat.

Every now and then I am seeing a new currency is being introduced. I think this way we are harming the security of crypto currency sector. If this continues, government will have to intervene someday just to stop the free distribution of money (power) in to the society.

Also I see that the total crypto currency market size is 6,823,585,068 usd as per the above mentioned website and this huge amount of money is getting divided among these 674 currencies. The more people are moving to newer currencies, the lesser amount of money is getting circulated in to the established crypto currency trading, which in turn is decreasing the price of those currencies.

I think around 10-12 currencies are better that having 674 different currencies and it will not threaten the existence of crypto currency world.

What do you guys think?

i believe that good cryptos is just few in this world, they must be really consistence and life long, also have good volume over the year.

732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: February 11, 2016, 05:22:34 PM
It seems that experts say that Bitcoin 'Here to Stay,' But Banks Could Disappear.

"TheStreet: How do you think FinTech will impact the way banks operate?

Frank Schwab: Banks either react on, or they will disappear. Anyway, the consolidation of the banking industry accelerates as the behaviour of people changes. Some banks will benefit from [FinTech], some will be pushed to the back end, and some will disappear."

739  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where to Buy BTC in US? on: February 11, 2016, 03:44:55 PM
I made this list while looking for places to buy >1 BTC per day at or near cost. I am in the US.

I currently use Circle and Localbitcoins (Moneygram).

Circle.com - The instant buy limit is $300 per week but can be raised to $3000 per week (max). Limit increases are slow.
Coinbase.com - The instant buy limit is extremely low. Normal buys take up to 9 days to arrive. Limit increases are extremely slow.
Snapcard.io - Allows instant buy via CC @ 4.5%. $50/day max. Verification can be slow, contact support.
Payeer - Fees vary for adding funds. ~3% to withdraw as BTC.
Digatrade - Got verified. Problem adding CC card. Contacted support.
Gemini - Verification for address is hard because they do not accept bank/CC statements.
Cryponit.net - Exchange. Add fund instantly with CC. There is no trade volume.
Kraken.com - Recently started allowing buys from 37 US states. Wire transfer only.
Bitfinex - Wire transfer only.
Virwox - Very high fees
ANXBTC - They do not allow deposits from US.
Coinimal - They do not allow registration from US.
Bittylicous - They do not allow deposits from US. Fees are high.

Others
BTC ATMs - Most are anonymous. I have never used one.
Craigslist - There are a few people in my area that advertise cash deals.

If any one would like, I can add other countries to list.
why are you never use BTC ATM?i think its more simple, easy and fast, same like you take cash money from regular ATM,i am interesting to use it.
740  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin better or paypal? on: February 11, 2016, 03:33:14 PM
I have been told that don't accept payments via paypal, is that right?
Because when buyer will have his bitcoins then he can claim back money from paypal by saying that i haven't received desired product.
dont said like that,i know so many people use paypal, and they comfort to use it,but they just dont know that using bitcoin is better than use paypal, let them know by their self.
