it would be a small chance only if the house edge is huge. but with small house edges like less than 1% you still have a pretty good chance of beating the house. for example in dice on a 2x multiplier you can beat the house with ~49.5% chance and i wouldn't call 0.5% difference in chance a big difference! Ha ha. Actually there is no chance to bet the house because we the players are too many to bet in the house gambling site. I am not rich in gambling and i also dont see anyone who became rich on gambling .truth is so many people addicted to gambling i know gambling is for fun and have some time to hangout with friends ( as i use to) but getting addicted to it and losing money is a bad thing . It is a good rating for him eventhough he has a controversial issue in his war on drugs which is now treding worldwide. This means Duterte is a very effective leaders all over his country. So is that hitler for you? No I dont think so many things has change in the Philippines that the international community did not see it. So I guess people around the world will notice this change in the future.
I failed to see why those people satisfy to the new rules the president brings. probably it's because I didn't see the effects yet because I'm living outside Philiphine. but I think we will see whether the change will be good or not. Yes for the meantime we are all here to say opinion. This is not the time to judge but as for my feelings. There is a chance to succeed this government because the filipino is willing to change this no matter how rough is the path to see what theyre want in the future. The president is just an instrument of all filipinos. Love, hate and everything about what is happening in the country. Yes I agree with this we need to wait a little to see the effect of this campaign. If this campaign will succeed other nation will praise the Philippines for this excellent job in his country. All I can say is that I am neutral about this topic. I wouldn't say that I agree with Duterte's methods since it involves killing, etc. of drug addicts but I also wouldn't say that I disagree with him since it somewhat made the surrounding here in the Philippines safer. Ill just monitor what he'll do next and hope that it would take Philippines to economy or safety improvement not war, chaos etc.

Yes i experienced that i start from 0.003 bitcoin then after 5 hour for my continuing play in dice game i won a unexpected amount.
