Taxation for me is necessary, without it any country will have no funds to make progress. The bad thing is that some government officials wastes our money because of corruption. We always buy or pay taxes but where does it go? It's only a crime when it is used for personal pleasures of any government official.

As a Filipino I find it difficult to truly appreciate President Duterte. Yes, addiction on drugs should be stopped and discipline is a must but killing people immediately is immoral. We are cleansing our nation but we also affect other people the good ones, some police officers killed innocent children for being inaccurate in shooting the drug user and that's totally wrong. I do feel that the people who we trust most for our country are the real hypocrites. We really don't know what do they do, the most powerful people are the abusive ones, they seem to careless and irresponsible. Do they really care about the people who they serve? Being vegan is a partly a healthy lifestyle, but for me I wouldn't enjoy food that much if I limit myself. I do feel that it is not a crime to eat animals and as long as the production of these animals are still good I think we can still add it to our meals for we gain a lot of nutrients that we need in our bodies. I just feel that substituting all  the food that I need would be really hard especially on baking because it's very hard to find the right consistency in pastries.

Our society do change all the time, it goes and comes back. To be prepared for this changes I think se should maintain discipline in ourselves so that when the authorities gets more strict with their laws it wouldn't be too  hard to adjust. Let's just be optimistic towards our society so that we can still enjoy it whatever the government may be.
