81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to move to BTC on: September 05, 2018, 07:57:25 PM
I think to have a bull market up-coming is the best way to move all the money that you have in altcoins to bitcoin, because with market dominance of Bitcoin the market will go green, and the bull run with start, as far as I am concerned from the previous experience of the bull run more than 55% bitcoin was dominant in the market.
Suggestions?
If you want to be e on the safe side, it is better to keep your portfolio in Bitcoin because for sure there will be a bull run this year end. As for altcoins, it is very risky but also very rewarding if the coin you hold is a potential coin with good project and active  team and developer.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Finally I am Victim Now! Myetherwallet got Hacked on: September 05, 2018, 01:13:10 PM
I don't know how I Explain my feelings. I Just lost all of my savings money. I was holding since January, I have been Holding to make again a good amount of Money. But at the end, my holding's output is, I lost everything because of my ETH wallet got hack! Almost 5K USD Stolen. All of my hard working money. I Don't know how can hacker hacked my wallet. Because I Kept very secure my private key, My friends are telling that hacker hacked my wallet by my email address. But how can someone hack only by an email address?

I Got a security alert from Google that someone has your password after then I changed my password immediately. Then after some time, I was checking my wallet to check new Coin. And then I Shocked! I Just want to give up, can't think what should I do  Cry
I think you are a victim of phishing. My guess is that you don't have a bookmark of a legit site of myetherwallet. Cryptonite by metacert helps you identify if it is a legitimate website link or not.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEX - NEO based token for decentralized exchange :o on: September 05, 2018, 09:29:01 AM
This ICO I will be waiting for. Cheesy

https://neonewstoday.com/development/city-zion-announce-neon-meta-exchange-nex/

Canesin, founder of City of Zion, announced in the latest CoZ weekly development report a new project called Neon Meta Exchange (NEX).

Neon Meta Exchange (NEX), is a decentralized exchange project, founded by four CoZ Council members – Canesin (Founder of CoZ), Ethan (Neon wallet creator), Luciano (NeoScan creator) and Fabian (fabwa).

From the update –

“NEX platform is built on a completely new protocol developed within the NEO ecosytem, utilising the best features NEO platform has to offer. NEX will consist of a reference exchange application, which will make it easy for developers building exchanges and payment services, to integrate with the NEX protocol. This project will possess a high level of innovation, building upon research done by Erik, on superconductive exchange technology.

NEO Council will be investing in the token sale of the NEX utility token that will occur at the end of this year, or at the beginning of 2018. In order to execute this token sale, we will be developing a brand new token sale system, that will be open-sourced with a MIT license, and donated to CoZ. This token sale system will include frontend, backend, and smart contract implementations.”

City of Zion are also working on publishing joint research articles with Loopring on developing cross chain protocols, with the goal of allowing execution of ERC20 and NEP5 token trades, across LRC and NEX.
This is a good news for NEO holders because now they have their own decentralized trading platform like Etherdelta and Forkfelta. This news will make the price surge like last year bullrun.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the safest and most reliable altcoin? on: September 03, 2018, 04:47:43 PM
What for you is the safest and most reliable altcoin that any beginners of cryptocurrency can buy and invest in to? Because bitcoin is unpredictable I wonder if I can start buying altcoins instead, however, I do not want to buy an altcoin that will just be a waste of money. Any ideas?
It would be safe if you buy Ethereum or NEO because this two altcoin has a potential to make at least 200% or more on the next bullrun that could happen this year. Base on chart they are already stable and have a huge support on the price that they stock right now and there is no other way but to climb.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum a threat to bitcoin on: September 03, 2018, 02:26:53 PM
Ethereum is a threat to bitcoin? Yes it is. We all know that ethereum was created by a russian programmer on 2013, and it was launched on 2015. After 3 years it is next to bitcoin in terms of popularity and value.

Let me show you some NBA perspective on this, bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency right? same as LeBron as the king of NBA. But here comes ethereum the prince of cryptocurrency just like Ben Simmons as the prince of the NBA. The prince will dethrone the king on the eastern conference finals same as ethereum that will dethrone bitcoin in the next couple of years. Wether we like it or not the king will reach its limit. Mark my word. Trust the ethereum process!
Cryptocurrency is not a basketball league so please stop comparing it to basketball player. The two coins have their own market and goal. It's like comparing an orange to an apple. Bitcoin cannot be replaced by any altcoin even Ethereum.
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think we don't get quality Bitcoin users anymore? on: August 30, 2018, 10:41:54 PM
Maybe I'm wrong but I have the feeling that with Bitcoin price growth we have got a lot of new users who are not honesty and passionate interested in Bitcoin but only in fast, instant profit and if they don't get it they got disappointed and give up. Some of them don't even bother to get some basic knowledge about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general. That is also the reason why we see so much panic selling when the price dumps. Is that only my feeling or do you think that also?
Even if there are many new investors in Bitcoin, the goal to become a new currency in the future will still go forward. It may affect the price but it is only temporary. Bitcoin already experience that scenario many times but it always overcome the obstacles.
87  Economy / Speculation / Re: The value of Bitcoin is rising again? on: August 30, 2018, 05:08:44 PM
The value of Bitcoin is rising again, can we expect a significant jump in Bitcoin value by the end of the year?
I guess there would be a significant jump for Bitcoin price this year. As you notice the support in $6000 is hard to break and even if it breaks it always bounce back where it should belong.
88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the world’s 6th largest currency on: August 30, 2018, 12:37:57 PM
only time will tell when will Bitcoin to become the main currency in the world because even the government in the world prevents it from happening. Even the central bank don't want it to happen and they will do in their power to prevent it.
89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can be a national treasure. on: August 30, 2018, 10:14:42 AM
Bitcoin is truly a treasure for someone who achieved even a single piece of it. Its value transcends that of a precious gold dust, proven that most people spend most of their time and effort to gain one bitcoin atleast. One can say that a bitcoin can replace everything; from salary, currency and that of a treasure. A country with its citizen having much reserve of bitcoins can be a powerful economic advantage.

Can we consider bitcoins as national treasure of a country comsidering its economic significance?

The government will not allow it to become a national treasure because they don't have any of it. The government will only honor it if they already accumulate more Bitcoin but if other government don't have it either there will be a conflict of interest.
90  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why Bitcoins is the safest system on: August 29, 2018, 06:38:16 PM
Ignorance and negligence is the reason why many people lost their bitcoin on their wallet. The system of bitcoin cannot be hack, but the user of it can be a victim if he didn't learn how to secure his wallet. It is like a home where you need to secure it from entering a burglar.
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe someday there will be clarity about who really Satoshi Nakamoto? on: August 28, 2018, 10:14:58 PM
Please write your writing down, I am very thirsty about information about this.
It is better to keep it a secret. Keeping him anonymous will are Bitcoin more stable and out of politics and controversies. It will also make Bitcoin stable because if Nakamoto suddenly die, there will be a big impact in the price of Bitcoin.
92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will bitcoin become obsolete? on: August 28, 2018, 06:04:21 PM
Analysis : Blockchain, the technology behind Bitcoin, is predicted to be the leading technology in the future, but this technology will become obsolete.

Is it possible that bitcoin will be obsolete in the future?
I think bitcoin technology will not become obsolete because you can upgrade the codes as the time goes by. Like fiat currency where you can add security features if you print a new bills.
93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN PEOPLE - Do you have a business that accepts Bitcoin? on: August 28, 2018, 02:56:06 PM
This is a good help for adoption. I hope your site wi have a great success and can make a huge impact in the outside world because many of them still don't understand bitcoin and doesn't have an idea what is cryptocurrency.
94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just me, or are most of us actually just forgetful, greedy bastards? on: August 27, 2018, 08:27:19 PM
I think no one forgot the history, it is just so happened that many of them are newbies that easily been manipulated by FUDsters. I even known a person that has been in cryptocurrency for long and still caught on this kind of bait. As for me I consider my Bitcoin like my pet in the cage while seeing them growing every year. I don't care about the FUD because I keep it for long term investment.
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it my impression or media is biased towards bad news ? on: August 27, 2018, 03:16:48 PM
Do you think the media is trying to destroy Bitcoin and cryptocurrency ? I think they show 95% of the times only bad news. Why is this happening ?
Yes because they are paid to do it. Mainstream media is a good way to brainwash people to believe what they say. It has been use for decades to mislead the people from the truth. Luckily we now have a choice because of Internet but the content today dominates the mainstream media.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should i quit on joining bounty campaign? on: August 24, 2018, 12:02:00 AM
Joining in bounty campaign is like a gamble, sometimes its a scam and sometimes it is a good campaign. We should not be discourage in a bad experience we had. Try and try until you succeed. Let your mistakes be your guide.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a possibility that ether will reach to 19K USD in the near future? on: August 23, 2018, 08:45:35 PM
Don't get caught on a hype. No one can surpass Bitcoin value because it is the first and most trusted cryptocurrency in the market. As you can see, Bitcoin dictate the price. Every time Bitcoin's value goes up and down, altcoin always follow and sometimes it suffer more than bitcoin.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust ICO Rating sites? on: August 23, 2018, 03:46:26 PM
They seem biased to me. A friend of mine who's doing an ICO told me that they paid 10ETH for 5 quality ratings and that's that! I noticed that some ICOs with good project, team, and good social media presence are struggling with getting good reviews.

With all that said, should it still be a factor to look at when investing in ICO?
I don't trust any ICO site ratings because all of them are being paid to have a good review on their ICO. But you can use it as a reference if you are doing a research in choosing a good ICO that you want to invest.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What cryptocurrency should I buy for USD 1000? on: August 22, 2018, 07:17:50 PM
Dear friends,
There are so many coins available on the market. I want to invest 1000 USD on cryptocurrency. What do you think I should buy? Thank you!
If you want a stable investment I suggest you to put 60% in Bitcoin and 40% in Ethereum. Those two cryptocurrency is also the best choice for long term investment. If you like short term you can try other altcoins like Monero, NEO NEM and EOS.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 99% OF ALL AIRDROPS ARE SCAMS!!!!! on: August 22, 2018, 04:07:48 PM
Airdrop cannot be considered as scam if it given free. Even if they don't give it unless they ask for a task that is hard to do and wasted your time and effort by completing the task. Infact it is not already considered as airdrop, it is already a campaign because real airdrop only need to ask your wallet address and register on a certain site.
