Bump, because the scam section seems pretty quiet of late, and there's still ~180 StakeMiners' Investards that need to ... ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fvignette3.wikia.nocookie.net%2Fdrunken-peasants-podcast%2Fimages%2F8%2F81%2FFrankie_MacDonald_Be_Prepared.jpg%2Frevision%2Flatest%3Fcb%3D20150722210140&t=663&c=hpZnhG2MB7PLmQ)

Since the beginning of his efforts, his trust (NEVER positive) went to negative with nary a comment from myself, nor will I even pen such, while mine climbed as I continue to start more scam threads on my scammy ass to echo Leroy's accusations which, BTW, amount to shit. Oh, and HAHAHA.

after some time reading this thread i would say most people are pissed but see "Big Vern" more like the little "me" of Marky Kay aka "Mark Karpelès"
The MtGox case showed it will take years to solved this. invest your time in more constructive things instead of creating virtual voodoo dolls of little vern
Life is short (try to) enjoy every minute of it, as it could be over before you know it ........
Crypto is about "changing the world as we know it" but we have to overcome the greed and this will take some time
so we just shrug it off and get on with it? Come on!! That will encourage more people to do the same. He needs tracking down and putting in jail. Not for us to all start praying for his soul and forgiving him. We never forget... an all that. Here Here never give up, never surrender, activate the omega 13 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9fdcIwHKd_s![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fvignette1.wikia.nocookie.net%2Fbigbangtheory%2Fimages%2F4%2F4d%2FVlcsnap-2011-11-19-23h50m27s5.png%2Frevision%2Flatest%3Fcb%3D20140129105715&t=663&c=uIkXGdlJQ5mzjg) "Cryptsy will self-destruct in 40... 39... 38..."

From the desk of Leroy Fodor: https://allcryptotalk.com/index.php?/topic/265-how-is-every-obtaining-their-bitcoin/&do=findComment&comment=2965He is correct, to word it like "Selphie" is not good most places ask for a picture of your face with your ID next to it, which still is questionable to be honest becasue you are giving them an ability to make a complete illegal replica of your identity.
I am not a borrower at any BTC lending place BTC Jams, or other places who demand a Picture of my ID, and a picture of me with my ID next to my face. That is a pure and clear invasion of privacy in my book and you are handing them your Identity for them to take and replicate as they wish. One of the biggest features of Bitcoin is its anonymity, and demanding Identity Information fomr people in a business deeply involved with Bitcoins is against something Bitcoin stands for. What "tier" level was Leroy Fodor at Cryptsy which allowed him to enter and exit it sans issues unlike others who had major issues who were tier levels above #1?

Bump because this thread needs more posts to show the world that I'm a scammy piece of shit according to the venerable Leroy Fodor whose StakeMiners Ponzi is damn near out of funds unable to satisfy its ~180 Investards. Film at 11.

Bankruptcy due to unexpected taxes or legal fees is the ideal excuse. In this case I wonder if the legal firm was a friend of the family and perhaps a clever way to extract money, removing cash from a failing company is a jailable offence otherwise afaik
Reminds me of Lehmans which still operates and may even repay all its debts, its just it might take 30 years
Rest assured that the legal firm was not a friend of the family... I stand corrected after I Googled Vleisides law firm Kansas.

is the bad man Vernon's having roots in China through Long's mother too thin a premise to warrant tracking Marshall's relatives in China? my dad knows someone who lived on the same cul de sac as Bush Sr. so if we need to track anyone down give this post a thumb's up
Your dad may know someone who lived on the same cul de sas as Bush Sr., but I'm probably the only person on this forum that physically has been in the house. The keyword being "Post". Simply ask, and I'll provide quasi-proof of claim.

BTW, you'll be hard-pressed to find a pic on the Internet of them two touching lips because Emily Wu is a Vegan, thus her lips won't touch pork. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FY4g6jOP.jpg&t=663&c=6j15Sa_F-5Uhuw) Which begs the question, are Leroy Fodor, Marshall Long, Craig Wright, John Fitzpatrick, Paul Vernon, John MacPherson, John Hammes, etc., all members of Liar's Club Post #147? Edit: I forgot to add Curtis Green, DPR's mod, on the list: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=62129

https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/2uqx7s/can_we_stfu_about_this_bullshit_cryptsy_story_now/coauahn![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FmIKVlVf.jpg&t=663&c=20UptOQK54Zg2A) First off, Marshall Long best have proof that he started with Cryptsy prior to February 4, 2015, because some 3-LA reading this post is making note of this revelation to use against him if such weren't the case. Secondly, when did it become common practice for an underling to publicly announce the private convos of entities whom they represent? Was such announced in the Ball Cupping memo? ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fstatic.tumblr.com%2F032c1a77ce5aafea74a3c26973957e98%2Fd9xypfr%2Fbcmmlgha2%2Ftumblr_static_tumblr_m8l1l42u6i1rrbogso3_250.gif&t=663&c=o072JZ08tXHSXQ) What does the above GIF and Marshall Long have in common, you ask? Both worked for an outfit sans pay. That's correct! According to Marshall Long, his tenure at Cryptsy was por gratas (Translated: for pleasure, and assume it was mutual). Question: How many other no-pay underlings were privy to personal information provided to John MacPherson and Paul Vernon in confidence? ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fscontent.ford1-1.fna.fbcdn.net%2Fhphotos-xpt1%2Fv%2Ft1.0-9%2F11059897_10153035461215946_1189959018602170909_n.jpg%3Foh%3Df41bf9dd559fead9881ed5c47d0ead38%26oe%3D57664AE2&t=663&c=1KRw3aoNJ1EE3Q) Bonus points awarded if you connect the woman above being related to Paul Vernon's paramour. Yes, it's a Long shot, but crazier things have happened pertaining to Cryptsy. HAHAHA

Hello guys. I know you are discussing about big problem. Did cryptsy support read this branch? I have requested to withdraw ETH in december 2015. But coins disappeared from account by "support" mistake, i'm sure . Since january they ignore my tickets. Maybe you suggest something to decide my tiny problem. Thank in advance.
You should assume there is no Cryptsy or support any longer. They might be reading this thread to laugh at muggles but I doubt they would be looking to help anyone. Depending on the size of your loss you might want to consider contacting law enforcement and/or talking to a lawyer and/or writing it off on your tax return. Wait a fuckin' second! John MacPherson aka Horus said that he will be looking into this matter even though no longer employed by Cryptsy, perhaps teamed up with the venerable Leroy Fodor of StakeMiners Ponzi to provide evidence to Lorie Ann Nettles' lawyers. Surely, them two working mano y mano has a chance of producing results over and beyond everything and anything that I can possibly provide, eh?

I've developed a new coin called pitchforkcoin. Can anyone suggest a suitable exchange where I can get it listed?
I suggest you fork the coin and have both forks on two separate exchanges, making sure that on one of the exchanges the code it uses has an 3xploit (see what I did there?) so to later rob cold wallets not connected to the Internet. Such is all the rage here in the cryptocurrency niche. HAHAHA Oh, and make sure that in the bio of PFC there's mention of its founder being a Bitcoiner since 2009.

Yeah that's our Canadian office. Landlord put it up for sale and we only rent the space. Those look like same pics from when we saw it last year and rented it. We since learnt that John MacPherson aka Horus penned the words above located in ... wait for it ... the very same office-cum-residence that he's referencing, having only recently vacated the premises due to the fully-paid-for-one-year-in-advance lease expiring. It's from the same office-cum-residence that Horus banned Cryptsy's clients from chat when inquiring about their moneys while he was spending their moneys via his handsome paycheque-to-paycheque salary having no major overhead (rent, utilities, etc.) unlike those seeking ONLY what was rightfully theirs. Again, it must be a Canadian Freemason thing modeled off the Pennsylvania Freemason charter where Joshua Zipkin of AMT along with his Daddy-O, Harrison Zipkin, were members of a lodge, sucking the dicks of Bulgarian dignitaries when they came to town to flutter their aprons.

Is it normal to assume that it was pronounced Veeta King until I googled it and realized that Vita was short for something else? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) I actually thought it was the bird's name till I Googled it and discovered is the name of the brand of the band with the number designating the bird which may or may not had a name. The bones are still sitting here on my desk and I have grown attached to them for some odd reason. I wonder if the original owner wants them back. He can easily be identified by Vita King.
