Bitcoin has proven, that it is works fine, even through times of different attack modes (FUD, spam, patenting, +, XT, RV, CW etc). I don't think we have a pressure to raise the blocksize or to force the mass adaption. We don't need no SegWit to make Bitcoin great again, because it is already. Give this baby time to grow, folks.
Like every technology, even bitcoin has to get updated in order to grow. I don't see segwit as a danger for the bitcoin environment, but rather like a good update to the system to ensure that the possible growth will be backed up by a stable system (with less fees and quicker transactions). Whoever says otherwise is just scared for the possible temporary drop in price. Segwit is a positive improvement or upgrade for bitcoin and segwit will make the bitcoin transactions faster because there will be a split on the chain so it will be more space for the bitcoin network and the transactions will not get stuck again unless if the volume of users will increase so high like what happen a few months ago. |

I saw my fellow filipinos getting lives better with BTC. Thats why I joined here too, Its a best source of income to add your existing. Specially knowing that the BTC's price goes higher and higher. It may became your main source.. or you can even quit your job  but for now not suggesting that. Just keep them balance.  Quitting your job for the sake of bitcoin is not a good idea because bitcoin is still risky for these days because the price of bitcoin is not yet stabe and the market has no stability also so we can expect fast price changes. Bitcoin can be really a major source of income but it is not enough for us to quit the current sources of income that we currently have. |

tbh i first heard about bitcoins from some kid flexing about it on xbox around 3 years ago haha.
from then i became really into making money so i started a hf account and learnt more about bitcoins.

To me I think we can get rich by the help of bitcoin such as if we invest high amount of money in bitcoin due to its price will goes to increasing and in future after five or ten years I think the bitcoin price will be 5000$ or 8000$ ,so this way I hope we can get rich. The only reason that i know that is very important for me is to earn a lot of money or be rich with bitcoin. If you will have some bitcoins in your investment portfolio then after at least 10-15 years you can encash it to purchase the necessary things or to buy your dream items like house, cars and different things that we don't expect that we can buy.

I already made a few withdrawals of bitcoins to my bank account using an online wallet in our country and all i can say that it is possible because you just need to link your bank account to your online account in bitcoin then you can easily do some withdrawals. You can try coinbase which is the most common type of online bitcoin wallet but in terms of credit cards, i am not sure about it.

There is no way that the government will shutdown the internet because if they do that, the people will got mad and there will be a big protest and people will against the government. The government will collapse
internet nowadays are part of people primary needs , just like clothes, eat and any other primary things. could you imagine what happened when government decide to ban people to eat? to wear clothes? , it's same thing when op throw his thoughts about shutting down internet , it's a strange thought lol. Yes, I believe yes the internet now is an essential part of the life such as food clothes and shelter. The internet is playing a high role in running almost all the activities of daily life, for example if you want to deposit some balance into your bank account you need the internet for it or making a police complain is online, if you want some rescue services you can use both the phone and the online application and also most of the government departments are linked with the internet so there is no such option with the government to shutdown internet. I am agree with you guys, such an optoin that the governments will shut the Internet down will not happen because the governments are still needing the Internet to do a lot of things related.
