7281  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why did Craig Wright say that bitcoin can't reach $20K? on: December 31, 2019, 11:09:25 PM
Do you think a competitor will be happy seeing his opponent winning the battle? of course not! and that's why he have said this thing which he knows possible to happen. He has his BSV and he wants to clog the path of those bitcoin believers into his coin. Just ignore whatever he says.
We will get back there, no certain answer when but we will.

Exactly! And who is he to dictate the fate of bitcoin? Just because is the owner of fake bitcoin? I don't think people are believing his thoughts anymore. Trying to create another drama?
Honestly, it's not worth to waste your time looking for the words and thoughts of CSW. It is no longer amusing if he's starting to create dramas that will be favorable to him. He's just getting the publicity that he wants if you'll entertain him.
7282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many ICOs you know launched their product and are doing well? on: December 31, 2019, 10:48:10 PM
I'm surprised with QTUM as I have followed their thread for a while.
Accusations back and forth, and yet, they thrive.
But, the number of successful projects is very little as compared to failed ones.
I only know few projects that really deliver their product and are doing well.
I missed the run for QTUM and it's true that only few projects became successful with their products. While the rest are baseless and were just brought through the hype that it had before because of the very good marketing they had.
1. NXT — 1,265,555% ROI
This is surprising, 1 million percent for ROI. That's huge phew!
7283  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why did Craig Wright say that bitcoin can't reach $20K? on: December 31, 2019, 10:28:49 PM
but why would he say something crazy like this?

7284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Sinking ship or Sleeping Giant? on: December 31, 2019, 10:07:27 PM
It's not a sinking ship but it's no longer a sleeping giant. Let's admit it that we've expected much with ethereum but mostly it became a failure to most. I'm still have my last ethereums on hold and willing to wait until I can see the price becomes acceptable for me to sell.
ETH is the king of Altcoin.
no ship sank, There are no sleeping giants. ETH follows the trend of the Bitcoin price if Bitcoin goes down ETH will also go down. Let's wait for some surprises that will be present in the market later, Especially for now the price of ETH is still too cheap, I make sure you all have some ETH for future investment.
Turning into it and let events on 2020 be the one that will push the price of it higher.
7285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Bleeding on: December 31, 2019, 09:05:23 PM
Being safe is always to bitcoin. I know that many on the top 30 are good coins but it's not all of them are considered to be good. We have our own description of what safety is for altcoins but I don't think that it's a good idea that you'll turn to altcoins if you want safety.
Look to bitcoin and it's becoming stable to $7,200 - $7,300 after going down last time but it's always the attitude of it so going to the preferred safe haven, it would always be with bitcoin.
I think Bitcoin is the only option that makes us safer when participating in this market and certainly 2020 will be the most developed phase of the entire crypto market so we can hope for a new era. Currently, the price of $7200 to $7300 is a very good price for you to consider investing but also need to be careful because the market is very volatile.

Of course, I don't want this market to decline but everything is very much dependent on investors so during this time I will continue to sit still and wait for new improvements.
It is. We have no other choice because it will always be bitcoin. With the said prices, just now bitcoin's worth $7,170 so it's more than the better price of buying you've mentioned.
Everyone wishes to see the positive side of the market, despite of all of these bearish run and bull traps that we've got we're still here sitting and waiting for that perfect moment that won't last longer.
7286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Before 2019 ends, crypto addicts should check these! on: December 31, 2019, 08:43:43 PM
You may not how huge it will be in the future but as long as it's free and you think that it will be trade-able soon, take it as you wish. I ignored Brave Browser before with that free BAT upon usage but now I'm using the browser itself even without the rewards. Coinbase has a lot of micro task which will give you a good deal of crypto as reward, everybody should see it.
7287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many coins does it need for a masternode on: December 30, 2019, 11:51:59 PM
Everything is written on this website of how much capital you need, how much the masternode coin cost that you want to have and the potential ROI within the period of time.
You should tell what's the coin that you want to run a MN so that if somebody sees you here and is also running the same MN, he could give you an advice.
7288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Bleeding on: December 30, 2019, 11:30:27 PM
Altcoin is not increasing for so many days. New money is not coming in market. So Always invest in good Top 30 Altcoins for being Safe.

Others have heard about it but I haven't but if you've got a gut feel like, you better stop looking into it and stop your interest of potential investing to that project.
You have already set a standard and that must be followed no matter what the project is if you want to protect your money as an investment.
7290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Justin Sun dump 33 billion TRX on New Year's Day? on: December 30, 2019, 07:46:14 PM
I'm not a TRX holder and never liked this coin just because it's pretty obvious that all the marketing stunt he does is for publicity and to gather attention from investors. But I acknowledge his achievements and successes how he delivered those marketing and announcements he did and bought huge names like bittorrent. There is a possibility like what you all are thinking about dumping. They are developers and they have to make money out of their creation just like what Vitalik did.

7292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: blockchain for beef traceability on: December 30, 2019, 11:23:32 AM
Beef track ability? I thought that there's sort of meaning about that word but it seems that it's the real world application for blockchain.
As what we always say, there's a lot of use case for blockchain but not for the tokens that are using blockchain as their front end to collect money.
7293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Central bank coins vs crypto space coins on: December 30, 2019, 10:49:56 AM
1. These new Central Bank coins are they going to be stable coins or not?
It is likely that they will. The central banks wouldn't go for something with currency that is unstable.
2. What will happen if they are not stable coins? If holding them will be profitable many will leave crypto space and focus on these new coins?
I don't think so, they will not have that urge to make a decentralize coins. They don't have a control with if if they does, we know how bank works and they wouldn't get on it if they have unsure results.
3. Maybe people will just use them as a plus since it's from the government?
It could be, as long as there's an approval from them.
4. Will regulations still come after this? I think other coins will be neglected and regulations will only be for coins from government?
Everything that will be related to cryptocurrency will shall be covered by regulation if they have made rules to regulate it.

7295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What can make more profit ? on: December 29, 2019, 10:24:08 PM
Day trading has giving me much profit , I buy after token listing and I do monitor market before I buy, it's a risk game but once one gets used the the market it's profitable.
It's really a risky kind of strategy and you have to be monitoring that token all of the time because it can be dead at any time that you don't expect. Investing into IEO early this year was good but the latter became just part of the history. Trading is still the best to make more profit but experience is what you need and acceptable amount of capital, good choice of coins and luck too *I guess.
7296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi - decentralized finance on: December 29, 2019, 10:02:46 PM
I've been hearing this lately but it seems that the explanations here made me understand it quickly.
You give Ethereum tokens as a collateral - locked in smart contract and for this you will get loan in DAI tokens (USD stable coin). So you can buy more Ethereum tokens with these DAIs. If Ethereum grows, you are in a bigger profit, but if Ethereum falls, the situation is worse for you.  Cheesy
If this how its system works, it's almost the same as leveraging in bitmex right?
Yes, pretty similiar, here you lend coins from Bitmex (traders).
This is a decentralized way how to leverage your position. Also there is a way how to hedge your position, good for miners for example, that want to secure their profits.
Platforms like this are secured from any intruder? since it's decentralized, we can't say what are the hackers thinking since there's a huge sum of money deposited.
We like decentralized platforms like this because it can't be manipulated by the owners as they do with centralized but, the question and concern still lies with the security.
7297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the best telegram channels for bounties ? on: December 28, 2019, 12:36:37 PM
You don't need telegram channels to know if there is new bounties. Just visit in the bounties section in this forum there are many bounties here than those telegram channels.
I've seen that each manager has their own telegram channels to make their participants updated from their past and future bounties from time to time. This might be the reason why some of them wants to follow through those channels inside of searching through the Bounties.

7299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gold and Crypto on: December 28, 2019, 10:57:39 AM
There's a comparison that bitcoin was being called as the digital gold but it's still different from gold which is tangible. Two are good store of value these days but they'll never be the same if you're defining it as comparative resource. Bitcoin will remain as is and it is us that will make the demand which will determine its worth.
7300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Run is coming! on: December 28, 2019, 10:29:06 AM
And at this time of posting it's now $7280 and that escalated quickly. A week isn't enough to show that expectation of yours, we might see that bull run by 3rd or 4th quarter of 2020 or by 2021. Think outside the box and more of the possibility that we might get into another bearish market for the time being.
It's okay to be stable at that level, bitcoin going down below $7000 is bad IMO.
Maybe at the remaining days we will see a surge, probably bitcoin will reach to $8,000 and that's good enough despite of the struggle recently.
It's bad and even more if it goes under $7,000. We don't want to see it happen but we can't do anything once it happens. I don't expect a surge for the last few days of the year.
That's only happened with bitcoin and not for another coins. When you are seeing altcoins and you will be seeing the opposite trend that they are getting dumped caused by loosing the value in the bitcoin term. Is there something that make it an strong opinion if bulltrend will come 3rd or 4th quarter?
There is because everyone is comparing to the bull run of 2017 which happened around those quarters.
Simply because halving effect takes long time ,we have seen same thing in the past specally 2017 when we hit the $20 thousand value and this is what we expect to happen.

Anyway for me $7k level is enough at least for this December and hope it will not dump again to 5-6k$
$7,000 - $10,000 are the safest level for the majority and halving will come few months from now but effect won't come immediately.
December is always a difficult month, so I am not surprised that the price drops slightly. However, I think that this is the end of the bear market and we are already in the period of accumulation, which will last several months. As you wrote, the new bull run will probably start in 4rd Q 2020, or early 2021
Actually it's not, we're just still in the slight bearish that's why the price didn't surge as many expected to happen. Hopefully we're at the last line of the bear and we're actually entering again to the bull run but bitcoin already hit $13,000+ and everyone said that we're out of the bear.
