just like when it fell from $1000 look whos right there manipulating the books!!!  $250 bets? hmmmm They are pretty steady calling bull---- on the rest of the market. Anyhow, one of two things will happen... either Bitfinex will flash crash and we'll see new lows OR... we'll stop short around $445 and then get a bounce back. We can't get a true bounce, though, until we confirm a bottom. Right now, the matter is borderline untradeable. I am temporarily taking my ball and going home. I got whipsawed enough over the past couple of days. I'll buy back in when I am not so much out of my depth (and I realize that this is a surefire sign of capitulation which means I should do the opposite... except I thought the same thing several times this week). the thing is that BTC will probably survive and maybe even "change the world", but for now it might be just way overpriced at the eyes of traders investors and the masses.
Some people say "the blockchain is understructible", " long term fundamentals are too good", "amazing news lately", but that doesn't change the fact that maybe BTC needs a total "price reset", and it doesn't necessarily mean it will die.
Maybe China pumped and dumped too hard during the last bubble, maybe Markus and Willy (the bots) really had a big impact on BTC price, who the hell knows.
Well good news according to whom? The fact is that the majority of traders doesn't see bitcoin as a currency. So it's irrelevant. It's been in a bubble since 2013, now its finished. This is a normal market reaction to something that was vastly bloated in price and value. The truth is that there is no reason for people to use bitcoin to spend or own (except to make a quick buck). ... no there is much reasons... look around not everyone is privy to world reserve currency backed by team america world police Where are these phantom creatures of the night of which you speak? You think bitcoin will make the world a better place for africans? Sorry bud, but its not like that in the real world. i'm saying it already is. |

Anyway, be really careful of a possible double bottom at the same price both at bitstamp and Bitfinex at $442 when we will get there. Trade accordingly to what happens then, if we bounce or we go through (ouch). If it's a double bottom might be a good rebound (whether real or just a bull trap).
Will be a little moment of truth right there.

Bubble isn't going to happen... probably never, but it's certainly going to be a long time at least. People cutting their loose now, Much better places to stick your cash for the next 6 months while we wait to see where this goes.
You registered here two days ago. Forgive me if i take every word you write with a pinch of salt. If it isn't going to rise again, why do you want to buy in lower? You can trust me because I bring forth an outsider's view of bitcoin. For the past year, people here have been brainwashed by the echo chamber, they have no ability to think rationally anymore!
