It's very simple rule, don't invest money you can't afford to loose and also diversification.
So, don't invest everything in crypto but also in other markets, like stock market, Forex, or in other business projects.
It's the best strategy to minimize your risk in investing.

Honestly, when btc price jumped very high last year, I was really afraid that it will not last long and that trend will change eventually.
Price in any market depends on supply and demand.
When price is very high, many experienced and big investors start to sell in order to earn good profit.
After that, price usually go down and the same investors buy again and circle start over.
This year, it happened that also many bad news and rumors started at the same time and recovery period is prolonged.
Still, I believe that soon we will see good and positive changes in bitcoin price.

I can understand.
We have here many very young and inexperienced investors.
They never invested in any market and don't have realistic expectation.
So, when price go up they are very inspired but when we have long price drop they feel depress
Unfortunately, many of them just give up and sell in panic, without any profit.

For me, bitcoin is just another investment.
I always follow 2 golden rules, never invest money you can't afford to loose and don't keep all eggs in the same basket.
So, the best strategy here is to invest for the long term, and just leave your funds here, wait and focus on other things.
You can't influence result so don't stress yourself to much.

If you read media articles or even some posts on this forum, you will think that bitcoin dying every day
Any way, from the btc history we know that we had many times btc price drop but bitcoin recovered every time so I don't worry much.
I'm here for the long term.

In my opinion, because of many bad news, rumors and also because of many inexperienced and young investors.
Such people act based on emotions, not logic and sell in panic when they see btc price drop.
Smart investors understand market reality, that sometimes prices going up, sometimes down and they just ''hold'', don't sell.
I think that recently to many people tried to sell, and when you have so many selling, it's inevitably that price will go down.
Supply and demand, very simple.

I hope this is a sign that big investors are coming back.
They probably concluded that the price of btc reached the bottom and that the recovery period starting.
We had very big and long btc price drop so it's really time to see change of trend in the market.

I also heard news about criminals in my country, using bitcoin to buy drugs in the dark web.
Police find them when they tried to sell it.
So, it's obvious that criminals like btc and crypto and using it on regular base.
Because of such news many people don't like bitcoin or have negative feelings.
We should change it.

For what?
In my country I don't know any store owner who accept bitcoin.
I can only buy some staff online, from abroad.
So, until situation improve, I will continue to use bitcoin as investment only.

When you watch news or read newspapers you will find a lot news about bitcoin.
So, average people already heard about bitcoin.
We need now more people, specially business store owners, to accept bitcoin.
Also, we should receive clear guidance from the government regarding paying taxes.

1 year is to short time that current situation in the crypto market can change so much.
Bitcoin is still main entry point for many new users in the crypto world.
Also, mainstream media mostly report about bitcoin.
So, most people will still invest first in bitcoin and value will remain high.
In the long term, let's say 5-10 years, I believe that is possible that we will get new crypto world leader.

In current market nobody can predict when trend will change.

I see btc as long term investment and don't worry about btc price on the end of year.
