Yes ICOs should be regulated by governments. That is not a scary thing, you should know the reasons behind a regulation before criticising it. I think the only thing ICOs need now is regulation.

I think you should check your computer with 2-3 expert people, you probably can't recover your funds but you can enlighten how could it be done. I think keystore files are very unsecure as a malicious program can easily detect and transfer them.

I think Aventus is the best ico in september which everyone should invest in. The crowdsale will last for 7 days but I think it will be end in one day.

These ICO models really do not work any longer. It's just impossible to get into them in time. Many like me failed at getting on Bancor even though the ETH was sent in good time, it eventually came back as transaction failed.
I had the SONM ICO countdown loaded 8 minutes ago and when it hit '0 seconds left' the entire site went down, and now refuses to load. The Telegram channel is 50% goons trying to swindle people into sending ETH to a false address, and the other 50% is people complaining that the site isn't loading or the real address isn't working.
Fuck every ICO.

It may make x10 always even now but it is really difficult anytime soon. I think it can be above $10 in december, for x10 it needs more time but I fully believe in waves, it will make x10 but I cannot predict the time.

I am not sure it will be $2-$5 within a month and $150-200 within a year. Remember the first year of ethereum and people's thougts about it, reaching $150-250 price range is quite difficult, tezos is good project, but in name only.

I think it is a coin that is considered important by only miners and traders. I can't find any reason to invest in bitcoin cash long term.
