Do you have any issues with the US-law? As far as I know there are some issues currently with participants from the USA
I had a look on their team and I dont see any lawyers. They can always consult of course, but lately I have been seeing in some ICO's that team members sometimes include lawyers. I don't think that they need full time lawyer in this project. Consultants services should be enough  |

I admire the concept of the project, but we must not forget that in every restaurant business, success depends on how well a restaurant can offer superb dishes alone.

3 or 2 months ago Utrust team can hit hard cap easily with this project. But now people lost faith in ICO's , we will see what is going to happen with Utrust hard cap.
It's more like that now there are too many ICOs (and a big amount of unuseful ones) and people don't have infinite money. And only God knows how many ETH are locked in projects which held an ICO in the past You would be suppressed how much money people are willing to invest if they see fast profit opportunity so im sure we havent seen everything yet. Do soma has any agreement with their angel investors that they can't sell their share before some time? Like 6 months or 1 year?
I think it would be appropriate if the shares of angel investors have a lock in period / frozen state for at least 6 months up in order to boost investors confidence. I would suggest team members share should also be blocked and released in intervals if necessary. It's called vesting and this is great idea! This will prevent sudden dumps of soma tokens |

Miners already has those rigs So nobody has to buy anything. Miners will make much more money for providing gpu power then when they are mining with the gpu's. Don't forget that it will not only be GPU power, the mining rigs will look a bit different than some top ETH and BTC miner rigs. I'm pretty sure that you will need a decent CPU and a lot of RAM also to get this working well. They will probably need some adjustments to their machines but can be done It's very interesting how this is going to work. And how much revenue can you get Sure it can be done.. I hope they will soon release a Whitepaper on how to build these machines I'd like to be a part of this. I could be wrong but I think that it would be possible to use one CPU and couple of gpu at the same time |
