ok grazie il mio plot è di 1T. Prego!

you have not update your wallet! just look the op! when you updated , it should output baseTarget .... Right! I was looking at the block number and the time, but yes, you need to update your wallet before block 2700!

Same here! It's right! Just wait for the next block!

How do I know that the id file I generated in my miner program is tied to my wallet account? I haven't seen anything that solidly states it is. When I open the localhost:8125 now, it opens to the correct BURST account number, but if I find a block how do I know I got it? How do I even tell if I have found a block?
CGminer and SGminer had the Difficulty / Best Share numbers so that made it easy to tell.
if you login into web wallet localhost:8125 and click on NRS a pop up with all data appear... difficulty information too. Difficulty is currently 329.7 TRILLION. Is this supposed to encourage me to mine? No, obviously! In fact i'm asking myself why you are still here.. Don't you think that maybe your words aren't the best for someone that is helping you? People like you, spreading shit everywhere, must be ignored. The how-to is in the first page, lot of us was able to set up everything without any trouble, wallet is working, miner too and every 4 minutes someone find a block, so read, study, try, test and stop mucking up this thread.

E' la prima moneta PoC, Proof of Capacity!

can i copy and paste a plot file that i created in one machine to another machine?
Yes, but you can use it with only one miner! Mining on the same plot with 2 pc it's a waste of space! So I understand that Burst is mineable solely with hard drive space. So is it better to get a very large traditional 7200 RPM drive or is it better to get an SSD? Does using an external drive (USB 2.0 or Firewire) affect performance? Can the drive be hooked up to a low performance laptop?
I'm mining also with my laptop! After generating plot, doesn't matter if it's a low performance laptop.. You need only HDD space! I've found 5 blocks so far with my laptop and its 571 GB plot! On my home pc i'm using also USB HDD and I've found 45 blocks so far! Wow, 45 blocks on how much HDD space on that external drive? 2788 GB! But I'm mining since launch, now i'm going down in the richlist because I've no more space to plot!!

The update to 1:02 worked well. Nice that you have to back up any files. I raise even plots, soon I'm at 25TB. 25 TB, where do you need that for? .. Now do you understand why you cannot find any block!??

I'll try it at 500. When I click the run.bat file in the wallet folder, it'll scroll a few paragraphs of numbers and end up at "Burst server 1.0.2. started successfully", then it'll sit there and do nothing else. Delete most of my id file from your post.
And why isn't it accessing the web page successfully?
Last lines of my wallet window say: 2014-08-17 22:17:23 INFO: Started peer networking server at 0.0.0.0:8123 2014-08-17 22:17:23 INFO: Started API server at 127.0.0.1:8125 2014-08-17 22:17:23 INFO: Burst server 1.0.2 started successfully. 2014-08-17 22:17:24 INFO: nxt.apiServerEnforcePOST = "true" and nothing more from yestarday, and it works! When I open http://localhost:8125/ I see the login page. Is it like your? Try to generate plot with my cmd, without all **** near the parameters and tell me! Copy it exactly as it is!

Here's my run_generate file (with the pause command included at the end):
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\java -Xmx1000m -cp pocminer.jar;lib/*;lib/akka/*;lib/jetty/* pocminer.POCMiner generate *134299XXXXXXXXXXXX07* *1* *80000* 1000 4 pause
(I put those 12 X's in my id file on purpose for this post, and I set it to 80000 to use 20 GB of hard drive space)
And trying to open the 1.0.2 wallet's internet link, it says the page cannot be accessed, localhost:8125 is unavailable. It tries to go to http//localhost:8125/ for the web address.
I even Copy and Pasted the wallet and miner folders right into thr C: directory on my hard drive, from being in the Users / Computer /Downloads folder, and that didn't help.
The pause command in run_generate shows this this in the command line window: Exception in thread "main" java.lang.numberformatexception. For input string "*134".
My generated id file starts with 134.
Try this: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\java -cp pocminer.jar;lib/*;lib/akka/*;lib/jetty/* pocminer.POCMiner generate 134299XXXXXXXXXXXX07 1 80000 500 4 And before open the web page of the wallet, have you started run.bat in the same folder?
