741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying houses with BTC on: January 22, 2024, 10:46:09 PM
Buying a house with Bitcoin is not a bad ideal but the area of proving it with an NFT is want I don't really know about.

for getting a house with Bitcoin its only advised to buy any property with Bitcoin under a contract and it's should be carried out in front of a notary for all legalities and in filling out all required forms it should be recorded that the property was acquired with fiat or Bitcoin (any other cryptocurrencies).

It should be carried out under the laws that regulates that particular location.
742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to make Ethereum Arbitrage on: January 22, 2024, 09:08:11 PM
I was just about to read the content of the post when I saw the negative trust tag which practically means you're not worthy of doing business deals with moreover, your just a newbie and nobody wants to do business with some stranger here.

For anyone who will have any business with this person should trade with cautions.
743  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saudi Arabia 1M BTC BUY !! on: January 22, 2024, 09:02:05 PM
There are so many Bitcoin price prediction thread in the speculation board that you can discuss what the price of Bitcoin will be. So for me there is no need of creating another price prediction thread here.

But for the news about Saudi Arabia it's another wise investment that will also increase the Bitcoin adoption over there because more citizens will want to follow the countries decision and invest in Bitcoin (if only the news is true).
744  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Roller Coaster feeling When You Gambling on: January 22, 2024, 07:40:57 PM

Quote
An hour before going to a casino?
Basically, I don't usually feel any thing when going to play whether in an online casino or land based casino because most time I play as I wish. but after some time I made a time for playing during the weekend and I noticed some kind of anxious feeling so I changed back to my usual.

Quote
After logging in and pulling out the games you are about to play?
Since gambling is based on luck I always believe that everyday is my lucky day even though it turns out not to be but I don't see any day as bad day on gambling because I'm not living off it, I do it for fun not as a job.

Quote
While playing?
Maybe I will say sometimes am in a haste to finish or in a rush.
Fun fact; I'm a kid 😎 sometimes my parents need my attention so the rush is always there.

Quote
After you experience successive losses?
The italic word in my perception is quite wrong because you can never successfully lose, it's improper for me.

I don't feel angry because I always have a set amount I gamble with so that aids me not to be angry when I loss. although as human we most be sad for lost.

Quote
After you won successively?
Normally, there is no one who will be giving sugar in his mouth and will spilt it out. So for sure im always excited.

Quote
After you log out whether you win or lose?
I go back to my drawing practice or log in to the forum to get over any thing about my gamble.
745  Other / Meta / Re: Use of AI on Bitcoin talk on: January 22, 2024, 05:21:46 PM
From your reference BlackHatCoiner just made a good clarification to a newbie who was trying to pass on information, but because he's not a good writer and English is not his native language, he wrote things that weren't understandable, so the legendary members advised him to always use AI to improve his post quality or English in order for people to comprehend the content more.

There is a big difference between using AI to generate a comment or post and correcting the grammar in your original post. When you use AI to correct the grammar, it doesn't change the content, but it enhances the reading and understanding of your audience. It's more like you should think and write from your head, not a bot writing for you. Now know that AI-generated content is frowned at, but using its tools to correct or improve the readability of your audience is advised.

You can now go ahead and lock the thread because I believe your doubt has been cleared.
746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: While placing bet what comes your mind on: January 22, 2024, 04:45:28 PM
This is common for all gamblers or anyone taking any risk at any point. There is a usual urge to do more, especially if it's more rewarding to you. Although these thoughts are good for everyone, they're equally motivating if it's another aspect of liFe, not gambling, but when it comes to gambling, it's more about self-control or emotional control because if you fail to observe this control, you will surely go into wasting your funds out of greed to profit more.

Maybe it seems awkward because it's your first time to observe this urge to gamble, but for most of us here, we have been experiencing it, and that's why we have come up with the option of having a set limit for ourselves in order not to waste resources or capital.
747  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Negligence and disinterest — it takes 2 to tango on: January 22, 2024, 10:47:21 AM
Well, that's a nice post there. It's well organized but the title has it that you didn't properly take a good look at the meaning of the content before you draft the topic you should have make it more attractive using a good title but it's a good one.

In contrast to the current condition of Nigeria as a country we can't say negligence and disinterest is good fact that is still holding the development we all want because from the occasion/event of #endsars, and th3 massive involvement of the youths during the last election it shows a negative sign to negligence and disinterest because we all took the boldest steps to make the change yet the so called power holders influenced our desire with manipulations. We can't say Nigerians are still not interested in the country because we all tried but our best isn't the best yet but one day if we keep trying it qill turn to positive effect.

I honestly congratulate all Nigerians who has put in a minimal effort to change the country but the root of our problem is keep it not changed. External forces manipulating the ceremonial leaders in their favour. I hereby conclude with this statement. We have tried" we are trying and we will win some day as long as we keep trying.
748  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: No because of say you no get profits now take sell your coins. on: January 22, 2024, 08:12:31 AM
This is common to most of us, panicking when we notice a little change from our expectations which will lead to either selling prematurely or Lossing all out of fear. It's good for everyone of us here that holds Bitcoin to hold it as longs at they can because the market price is temporary as show from price history and will still perform it's best soon, so it's better to hodl than sell to make profit.

Most of this advise is for people like me as a newbie, I know senior colleagues in this LB already know this. So for those of us here tryna make profit from Bitcoin.... "Hey it's not time yet, hodl and witness the ATH.
749  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Bad P2PKH what means it Puzzle 66 on: January 21, 2024, 08:04:33 PM
[I'm not full into techs so I might be wrong.]

The transaction failed or showed bad P2PKH because of the incorrect program size.

If the version byte is 0, but the witness program is neither 20 nor 32 bytes, the script must fail.

So from what I understand, your transaction bytes must be 21 bytes or so for the tx to be considered a P2PKH, hence if it's 20 bytes (as yours) it's considered a P2WPKH whereas you transaction was sent to a P2KPH.
750  Local / Off-topic (Naija) / Re: My bothers no gree for ur self too on: January 21, 2024, 06:46:25 PM
From my perspective, I understand what your pastor might be talking about. The "No gree for yourself" he meant was that most people in your church or in the country harm their selves with some kind of self pity or should I call it procrastination. Instead of doing what is necessary at the moment they tend to procrastinate. Another interpretation to what he might was never allow yourself to be hindered this year.

Well, I have no business with that but my concern is if you have read any of the forum rules? Or the local board rules that guides it. Because it's seems posts that aren't too necessary are popping up too much recently and I advise you adhere to the rule number six of the local board quoted below.

  • 6. Avoid spamming or posting repetitive or off-topic messages.
751  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Trouble withdrawing from Kucoin? on: January 21, 2024, 06:16:55 PM
My guess is they want to see how much they can milk me for. If I can show them I have 130k, they might let me withdraw some in order to keep me playing. I'll try to play them at their own game, but i'm not going to be giving them any more money.
Well it's your choice, if you think you can play smart enough to achieve some of your wasted money back then you should make a try but I'm not advising you to do so because it might end up the wrong ways.

Just follow the advises that have been offer by my senior colleagues and stay away from this scammers because there is nothing that they can't do to get your money. I have experience on this scams, they might come back for you with another strategy for instance using another profile to tell you that you can get back your funds through some of their apps then they will ask you to make a payment for your funds to be retrieved.

Be more careful this time buddy!
752  Other / Meta / Re: We do no get notification for trust feedback? on: January 21, 2024, 06:04:26 PM
It may have skipped the mind of Tryninja while creating his bot, so if it's so necessary he might update and include the code but if it's not your observations might go in vain.

But for me you did well to ask because most times things seems normal until someone changes them then it becomes wise and easier for both user and developer.

Although, it's sometimes obvious to me when I look at post or people's profile, the feedbacks are quite catchy in my eyes but I don't know for orders. Or those of us that browse the forum with laptops or  computers it's always very visible for us to notice any change in our profiles.
753  Other / Off-topic / Re: Procrastination the enemy on: January 21, 2024, 01:48:19 AM
Procrastination is a key to failure in what ever you wish to do. If you keep everything pending you will definitely end up pending your opportunity to a new life.

This is a very sad truth that we all must know because it's  said that opportunity come but once and if you keep procrastinating your opportunity might be lost. For Bitcoin I wouldn't let anything jeopardize my goal of accumulating Bitcoin, this is maybe another life time opportunity so I must grab it.
754  Other / Off-topic / Re: when I stop paying taxes, our friendship fall apart on: January 21, 2024, 01:37:49 AM
I don't know about others but I like it when am alone, no friends, nobody to disturb my peace. I wish you could find peace being alone without friends and then make it up for your family.

everything has its own sacrifice that must be paid for it and for friendship contributing to their life's one way or the other is what keeps the friendship and as soon as this sacrifices are not longer being made immediately you start seeing depreciation in the closeness.

so instead of you to keep bordering yourself about friendship. you can live the best of your life alone in peace. there fun places that you can visit and make yourself so happy.
755  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The danger of gender inequality on: January 21, 2024, 01:12:36 AM
I don't really know why people term things like this as gender inequality. If the job in question requires strength then should a woman be chose for it when a capable man is already in place. This phrase what a man can do women can do better shouldn't even exist because it has ruin alot of things considering women to handle things just fir the sake of equality.

Now here it's an individuality case and I don't see the CMD to a sentimental person because his either making the best choice the the company or his protect the brand or work from some excuses that aren't relevant in such work place.
756  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Things you see in the society on: January 21, 2024, 12:47:16 AM
I have come to realize that most of the stories that are told in all religions co-relate and that makes me want to ask to many questions. Right now, not a lover of religion but I believe in the truth which non of this religions wishes to expose to us. especially in Africa Christianity as changed the perspective of many people especially the poor to revolve around remaining broke in oder to serve God.

I'm still a kid though but I'm not a Christian, not a Muslim, not even a traditionalist but I'm a lover of God (supreme). I don't usually judge anyone for chosing any of this religions but I ask some few questions that makes me look like the enemy.

For the aspect of cultism I don't real know what you're talking about but as you said everyone has the right to make decisions so on that note we all should choose the religion we will follow.
757  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Fight against corruption on: January 21, 2024, 12:21:33 AM
Corruption is constantly increasing in every country in the world. I don't know when this corruption will decrease. In the country where I live, every single citizen of our country, including us, is a constant victim of corruption. There are also countries where bribery is required to get a simple job which is part of corruption. So we all should speak out against corruption otherwise the whole world will be full of corruption one day.

The reason why corruption can't be easily eradicated in highly corrupt countries is that corrupt exist in almost all sectors of the country. Starting from the young ones in school to the old ones. Imagine when student bride teachers to pass examinations. Patience briding doctors and nurses before they can perform their duties deligently.
I do believe that humans have a percentage of unbuilt greed I them that leads corruption, the examples you gave above are all as a result of greed driving individuals. If not greed there is no way a doctor will have to take bribe before attending to a patience. Like you said even in the smallest sectors we do experience corruption but for corruption to be wiped out totally we have to start with our selfs and change our mentality gradually every other sectors will have to option than surrender to the right things.
758  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Terrorism in Africa on: January 21, 2024, 12:11:55 AM
Terrorism is not only in Africa but also in different parts of the world. specifically, you mentioned Africa, and I can say that the major actors of terror are the central control system, which is the government. If you study the way terrorist attacks occur, you will find out that there is a connection between the current leads and the terrorist attacks.

Even in the military of the state, they have allies that bring them information. Sometimes these allies are known, but no action is taken because it's a deal with the supreme or federal power. If any African country wishes to wipe out terrorism, it is very much possible, but how can it happen when the external forces have underground plans for terrorism?

In fact, there is more to terrorism than the mere speculations that we make. I would have loved to share more knowledge about terrorism, but it's limited from my angle.
759  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Everything is so logical the russia is the bad guy on: January 20, 2024, 11:49:48 PM
I wouldn't call any country a bod one or bad guy as you say but the truth can't be hidden for long. Every country will show there true identity when they have lesser country to face or bully.
The US has committed so many crimes against humanity but are still not touched maybe because of their influence but the truth is every country has its own flaws but Russia only showed it's while others are hiding theirs
760  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Good thing about your government? on: January 20, 2024, 11:38:33 PM
I love the concept of this thread, there is a proverb that says "A fruit does not fall far from its tree" relating this to the topic, it means even with the false news and lies or bad stories and records about our governments there are good did of the governments that we usually ignore and focus on the negativity.

Well, from my perspective my country's incumbent president and his regime are actually trying their best to help reduce the inflation the country but because of our shadowed knowledge on their activities we believe they ain't doing nothing. But one thing is certain my county needs to learn alot from other countries instead of others to learn from them.
