Я написал цифры выше, они были актуальны на тот момент, никакой теории, ~2.5% спред(разница между внешней и внутренней ценой биткоина)+ ваша комиссия, которая заявлена в 2%, что не так то? да нет никаких плюсов, откуда вы это берете? зачем что-то писать и комментировать, если это не фактические цифры, а домыслы?.. |

Главный вопрос на сколько выгодно будет вывести фиат от вас и с того же БТС-е. У вас есть одно не оспоримое преимущество, скорость, но оно пока что на бумаге только.
В данный момент от цены которая написана на стартовой(по большому счету это цена примерно равная курсу битштампа) потеря по пути биткоин=>карта составляет ~4.5%(~2.5%курс внешний и внутренний + ваши 2%) это очень не мало, в особенности для крупных сумм.
что пока только на бумаге?? карты давным давно выпускаются и тысячи клиентов загружают их моментально - не очень понятен ваш посыл.. по курсу - зачем вы преувеличиваете? откуда такие цифры? That said, it's not done via our service, so, we cannot really comment or help much there - you can do that at your own judgement and risk I hope so There is no problem in Paypal.So we can verify with that I guess. and If you do those services through your site means It would help for Users.Please try fix in this for customers satisfactory that's the point, mate - we are not offering this particular service via our website, it is rather a by-product, a feature of the card that can be used directly. What we do in our service is help you load the card with bitcoins - any questions, issues, etc are welcome on that. Using the card with 3rd party services is possible, too, but we can't be of much help there, can only provide general guidance |

Hm, there is no such problem for me. Yes, you can create as many accounts as you want (even from the same IP in the same computer) and make transactions from any of them.

when i send BTC from my blockchain to another account in e-coin i got error " invalid address "
i ask my friends to generate more address but the same problem
i try to send from my e-coin to their e-coin i confirm the transection but the balace still the same
for example i have 0.1 BTC when i send 0.05 the balance still 0.1BTC i didnt see any transection

can i register new account with different email and name in same IP and same computer ?

Your point is correct about choosing the suitable time for the top up. It can handle the risk of the exchange rate change.
E.g. if you top up the card when BTC is 1000 USD and after the price falls to 500, you still have the fiat amount on your card exchanged on the 1000 USD price, so you won 50% compared to the others who use the direct exchange type cards.
that is exactly the point. You won't necessarily always catch the best rate, but at least you are the one in control |

То есть вы еще 2% свои берете с того курса что в кабинете при зачисление на карту? как вы думаете, легко, просто и дешево предоставить сервис по моментальной конвертации биткойнов в фиат и моментальному зачислению на карту? вопрос, как всегда - что с чем сравнивать. Да, курс где-нибудь на yahoo.finance внешне выгоднее, но что можно сделать с этим курсом, кроме как посмотреть на него? какой аналогичный сервис дает рейт лучше? Такой курс в принципе оправдан, просто может действительно было бы честнее сразу указывать именно внутренний курс, либо не указывать на главной курс вовсе. Это напоминает историю с операторами сотовой связи, которые использовали слова "безлимит" в названии тарифов для привлечения клиентов, а на самом деле ограничения были и очень заметные, поэтому новые клиенты приходили и так же возмущались, что написано одно, а на самом деле другое (операторов потом ФАС всё же оштрафовал на крупную сумму и теперь тарифов с такими названиями нет). На Капиталисте кстати, который тоже предоставляет услугу пополнения карты напрямую со счёта в Bitcoin, курс с реальным разница абсолютно так же - на десять долларов, но при этом они на главной никаких хитрых биржевых курсов не указывают, а внутри, например, как нарисовано на данный момент BTC/USD 348.51, так и при расчёте перевода такой же курс кажут. То есть может если так же сделать, то и оправдываться не придётся от чего и почему такая разница.  так и поступали изначально. но трафик стремительно уходил к альтернативным сервисам, которые громко кричат о нулевых комиссиях. Большинство людей не вдается в детали, к сожалению, а просто бежит туда, где FREE, хотя если копнуть, то все совсем наоборот. Поэтому спорный момент.. |

every month when you use the card. in the moths where no transactions are made, there is no fee (no sms notifications) My Card still take a fee for maintenance even though I didn't do any transactions??? You need to contact your card's customer support if they are still taking a maintenance fee away from you and they shouldn't have to when you are not using your card! I've contacted the customer support about this problem, and he replied like this And when I check the link, it says that SMS notification fee isn't optional. Which means that this card would always take a $1 maintenance fee every month, even if you're not doing a transaction. you should not be charged for months where you don't have any transactions (loading or spending). Are you sure you were charged for any month/s where there was NO card activity at all? Well i know the differences between them, firstly xapo has their debit card which when you spend your bitcoin it takes that moment conversation rate, with e-coin you should first convert bitcoin to fiat money at their website and then spend, and about coinbase i have not much information as it is a new product nowadays. XAPO: online card, attached directly to your XAPO wallet E-coin: so called PrePaid card which you top up from your BTC account. After the top up you can use it as a regural bank card. (But in this case you can exchane the same amount to fiat and use your existing fiat bank card. Why to have 2 cards for the same purpose?) how exactly do you easily and instantly exhcange BTC to fiat and us on your existing fiat bank card? Now that's what I'm trying to say that: Your card is a prepaid type card. This means for me that I have to top it up time to time, if I want to spend my money with it. If I top up that prepaid card, I exchange an amount of BTC to fiat, card will hold that fiat amount, if I'm right. After when I pay at a merchant, there is no BTC involved, it's only my fiat on the card and the merchant's transaction (payment in fiat). If I have spent all my fiat from the card, I can top it up again with exchanging BTC from the wallet (or sooner, if I want) So if all of the above is true, you have a fiat denominated prepaid bank card which can be topped up with BTC from a specific wallet quickly and easily. My question is: If I'm not in a hurry, I can sell my BTC's on any exchange and send the fiat to my regural bank account, to which I have my everyday bank card attached to. I can spend the amount I have exchanged with that regural bank card (even because it's contactless and I like PayPass very much), without extra costs for another card. Why then I need this kind of debit card? I don't want to do marketing for your competitor, but I have another kind of BTC debit card that is attached to my wallet directly, so every time I do a transaction, the system uses the current exchange rate. But the main reason was for me choosing the other card was that I don't need to bother with topping up the card, as long as my wallet has enough funds, I'm OK to buy anything I want. But with your card if I haven't put enough funds on the card (even my wallet has the required amount) I won't be able to buy. I don't want to talk about fees because both kind of debit cards has fees, so it's not a cheap thing yet if you want to play with these debit cards but I hope that in the near future these fees will become more affordable. Please correct me if I have misunderstood anything in connection with your system, I just want to get a clear view about possible ways of paying with BTC debit cards. your understanding is correct. A couple of points to add / points you've missed: a) it only takes a couple of clicks and a second to load the card with bitcoins - so, you can literally do that in front of an ATM. So, comparing this option to using a traditional exchange with a following bank transfer is not really comparing apples with apples. b) unlike direct write-off from your bitcoin balance at the time of transaction, loading an e-coin card you have full control of the exchange rate. If you don't like the rate you see on the screen at that particular moment, you just don't load the card. With automatic conversion there is always a risk of catching a low BTC price at that particular moment c) when talking about using an exchange and transferring the money to any other card - would you really pay no fees / smaller fees there? really? not to mention the hassle and waiting times involved |
