7461  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you can control your self when playing gambling? on: February 09, 2017, 05:19:04 AM
i can't control my self when gambling especially when i won fpr multiple times
i want it again and again although always get losses at the ends

Well that is what I feel too when I win a lot of games for many times. But I will have enough time of controlling myself. Because I keep on believing myself that I can get a lot of money when I will keep on playing and that's what I decided every time I play and my promise to myself that I'll control my own emotion is always broken.

I also experience this before when I win for multiple time but your self is telling you to play more because this might day I will win over the house. Obviously in the end I lost. Controlling yourself is a key for you to stop when you got the thing that you wanted. It's really hard to control once it triggered but by the will you can stop it.
Ourselves are deceiving us because if we are going to in front of other gamblers or people we may say that it is easy to gamble and control ourselves. And we are not going to think of any problems from it but that's the real deal when we are in the scene and we are playing, it is really hard to control ourselves because of emotion.
But you have to, that is what you call responsible gambling. You will not last with lack of discipline and you might end up living a miserable life because of being irresponsible. Remember, whatever happen to us, we should not blame it to gambling, let's be brave and blame ourselves.
7462  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best way to quit gambling for good on: February 09, 2017, 05:08:59 AM
The best way to quit gambling for good is to engage with other activities like sports and something that could divert your fun away from gambling. There are many ways which you could use computer games and listening sounds that is very lively. Most important is your betting amounts could be adjusted and the number of days in a week you are going to gamble should be adjusted.
I think these are totally useless, dealing with other things empties a headache but does not stop playing gambling. The person who will stop playing gambling must promise his brain and mind first. Anyone who has already gambled has won once and he does not want to leave easily. I think the most logical thing is that we have to promise to quit this job first.

Later on we will deal with other activities and empty our minds and start to forget about it in time.
Changes should be done and gambling should be eliminated in our life, we have to replace it with something that is helpful to us and that can give us a very productive life. It's a disease and we have to take that away in our life the soonest as living a life with gambling addiction will make us live in a miserable life.
7463  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: February 09, 2017, 03:52:07 AM
Trading is hard because there's no way to know where the bottom is or where the top is on any given day or week. You just have to make good judgments and don't panic buy or panic sell. It's best to wait for a spike in price to sell and a dip in price to buy back.
People who panic are those who have no proper education about bitcoin, it's normal that the price will rise and fall but with timing, we can take advantage and make profit on the event. Since bitcoin is volatile, day traders can make profit and that is not easy if you are just guessing without reference.
7464  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Rich from Gambling? on: February 08, 2017, 07:49:47 AM
In gambling site, many of the gamblers are not rich, only few of them are rich. But most of them believed that instantly they will become rich in gambling, their putting their
fortune into gamble for hoping they can hit the jackpot. Sometimes other community in bitcoin world they use gambling sites to grow their bitcoin, even for a small amount of satoshi they save it little by little.
No rich would last to gamble in a gambling site, they play it for fun as they are busy managing their business in the real world. Most of the gamblers are looking for great opportunity to earn a big amount of money so they can live a comfortable life. Our aim is very unrealistic considering our chances is very low but still we are too positive we can achieve it. We can't blame gamblers if they think that way, the reward is very tempting.
7465  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why we still gambling while we always lose? on: February 08, 2017, 03:31:27 AM
I just had an Epiphany while reading the thread title. What if sometimes we lose our gambling earning for the day so we won't be prideful? Living a nice humble life is where it is at, maybe that is why we lose sometimes.

We all hope to win but when we actually win some money maybe we use that losing experience in the past to remain humble. Do you feel me?
Being humble does not apply in gambling, the fact the we lose most of the time, our pride will be overflowing once we have a winning experience. Obviously, more gamblers are losing their money than those who can earn, so we have all the freedom to take the moment to express our enjoyment and feel how good we are.
7466  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: February 08, 2017, 03:22:09 AM
Is it better to save money in bank or invest it online, in real estate or maybe gold?

If i have lot of money i will invest my money in real estate, gold and then online. I dont want invest my money in hyip or other pyramid schemes, i only want invest money online for exchange
With a decent capital, you do not have to risk with this high paying but risky investment, most of them goes to scam in a short period of time. With your capability to invest a bigger amount, I guess you can minimize the risk, you can invest in a legitimate investment that could give you consistent income although not that big like the HYIP.
7467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: February 07, 2017, 06:18:20 AM
When we think about investments we imagine investors with big sums of money, so for btc casino it would be 1 or more btc, for instance. However, the minimum amount you can invest is usually 0.01btc which is only 10$. Do you think such investments are profitable but you earn small sums or maybe they don't make sense at all? Can someone explain it to me?
all the investment value i think it makes sense even if it's small investment, does not make sense if the profits you earn is not worth the time you spend on it (investment) and i think 0,01 is not worth
We invest based on the amount that we can afford to lose, having a small amount of money is not a hindrance for a person to invest. You can start with $1 and end up with $100,000. There is no impossible in the world of investment, it's the game of the smart people and when you are smart and keep doing what makes you profit all the time, in the long run you will grow your money substantially.
7468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If today was your last day, would you gamble everything? on: February 07, 2017, 03:21:59 AM
I wouldn't gamble in my last day. What the reason if I can't enjoy winnings next day?
I'd rather spent this time with family and friends. And probably have fun with money I've already had.
Very well said, any outcome does not gonna make you happy, when you lose you will also die sad. Family is really the most important to us, and with the little time remaining for us in this world, we should spend it with them so when you die, you can still remember the happy moments in your life and  with that you will die happy.
7469  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: February 07, 2017, 02:20:22 AM
Our governments will always have a hard time controlling money laundering to a minimum because people always find ways to evade such government actions. Even if its by way of bitcoin or some other currency, it will not really matter because some people are smarter than the others and always one step ahead when it comes to stuff like these.
They can't control but they can prevent if from happening, at least just to mitigate it. Bitcoin for now is very effective as a tool for those money launderer as it is not yet fully regulated by the government, but when time comes that the risk for the government will be bigger, they will surely gonna focus on bitcoin.
7470  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit Gambling for Good, think for your loved ones on: February 07, 2017, 02:08:52 AM
I often think to quit gambling, but I feel it is difficult because the extremely powerful gambling desires let alone when there is spare time. may I include addict gambler so most of the time I spend on gambling.

All types of addiction are like that. Even we wanted to quit gambling for good but still we are not able to help ourselves because the power of addiction is dragging us to keep on doing it. Gambling addiction is one of the hardest enemy when it comes on quitting, you are fighting with yourself and we can say that do something else to quit addiction but that is not an easy thing.

Yup all types of addictions are same, we will decide to quit but we can't it's very tough to stop any addiction activity. It is fighting b/w your mind and your greed. Your mind will say to stop gambling, but your greed will make you play gambling. You can handle this situation. If you can handle this situation means have self-control you can try to stop any addiction.

Yes our conscience is really hard to fight because even you really want to say that you are not going to gamble anymore. You mind will say, "Don't worry, it's fine you can quit tomorrow. Don't waste the chance of winning for this day." A gambler can't quit alone he needs to be guided by his friends, parents and other tools that can help him in quitting.
lol, that's not your conscience, because your conscience would tell you what is the right thing to do, unless gambling is really right for you. I guess it is the addiction already, we cannot quit because we do not want to let go, we feel we have to achieve something and we will either lose everything or get it.
7471  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can trading be considered as gambling?? on: February 06, 2017, 01:01:01 PM
Yes, trading is like gambling in many ways. First of, like in gambling no one can actually predict what will happen next. In gambling it's about what number you will roll or what card will appear next. In trading it's about which coin will be pumped today and which will be dumped. Second, like in gambling, the higher the amount of money you risk in trading the higher your profit might be in case your predictions were right ones.
If you think like that then i have to say that any form of investment is like gambling. When it comes to trading you have to consider the fundamentals and the future prospects if you are planning to invest a serious amount of money and that is not the case with gambling as gambling is pure luck and does not have any fundamentals.
True, when money goes out of our hands then there will be no control/recovery will be possible which are typical characteristics of gambling. So trading or investments are just an improved versions of gambling. But literally we are taking risks and we are gambling our hard earned money.
If you say an improve version of gambling then it is gambling, I don't think that way. Trading is very different in gambling, in gambling you can have fun because the main purpose why it is created in to entertain gamblers that is why there is a house edge, that characteristics is not present in trading, so no.
7472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: February 06, 2017, 12:46:58 PM
Gambling for entertainment and in moderation should be alright. As long as you know the odds are not on your side.

People that are making gambling as a real source of income it is really a wrong thing. But if you are just gambling for fun and you know what you are doing, that's not wrong. Don't mislead yourselves in gambling because there are times that gambling is for us but there are times also that it is not really for us.
If you are getting what you are expecting, I guess you are not doing the wrong thing. Honestly, it's very hard to make gambling as a source of income and for those who can do that, they have a very lucky life, they will live with ease and just spend a little time to abuse the gambling site.
That's the dream for most of us which is to make easy money from gambling, we never stop despite the fact that we have donated a lot of money in the charitable gambling sites bankroll. We can think of that way, just lighten up a bit depression we feel. I think we will never gonna be successful as it's not easy, just saying my capacity because it's good to be honest, just to minimize the loses.
7473  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you can control your self when playing gambling? on: February 06, 2017, 07:11:43 AM
Yes, I can control my self while gambling.I don't lose temper by seeing big jackpot price. Many gamblers keep praying to beat the odds and hits the jackpot. But it's true that a addicted gambler can't control him most of time and lost his money.
Praying is not sufficient enough to win the jackpot and if you are lucky enough at a given time you will be winning the jackpot without much sweat.Every addicts think that they have everything under control and only when they lose everything they would open their eyes and see the misery they made .I have my budgets and win or lose i wont add more.
There's no specific ways to measure luck but people are doing different ways to be lucky and to hit jackpot, most of them are praying. You can do whatever you want because that is your money and I believe if you are not a regular gambler, you have more control than those who regularly doing it and with that way even if you keep losing, you don't lose bigger than the regular gambler. Who knows someday you will really hit the jackpot.
7474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: February 06, 2017, 05:22:10 AM
Everyone starts from small beginning I guess, so small investment is just fine if you have the patience. However, if you can make a capital on an investment that you feel you have analyze well and you see it can give you a great return then I guess we should be risking more.
Small investment will make you bored along the way, if you will not be satisfied with what you are earning then probably you will not gonna last as well.
7475  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: February 06, 2017, 05:06:05 AM
If you try with 100% confidence and you must stick with your decision, then nothing is impossible. You can easily stop gambling. But here we need more dedication and hard work. I agree it's not easy to give up gambling but if you have self-confidence and you can able to control your mind. It will take some time, but one fine day you will stop gambling completely.

Giving up in gambling is not easy, but doable. If it is still said to be a difficult thing to do, it means they can do. There can not be performed if it has been virtually impossible. You can stop if you already intend heart, and you already have a plan other things you can do to fill the time you gamble. And the most important is the discipline, the discipline not to gamble anymore.
Though it's hard but since it has already ruin your life, you have no choice but to give up and accept the reality that whatever your loses you will not be able to get it back. I guess that would be justifiable and acceptable to stop, than still staying and lose more than what we cannot afford.
7476  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: February 06, 2017, 05:01:25 AM
Recently, i often see discussion about Bitcoin Bank. More and more people come here and ask about bitcoin bank & surprisingly i see few user agree with this idea.
So, i would like to find out the percentage of user who agreed with this idea.

Honestly, i think this idea is stupid and worst idea that i've seen in my life. What do you think?
p.s. we don't talk about bitcoin debit card OR any centralized service which only ask name and email address.

I can't  figure out the output of having a bitcoin bank.   How does the system works?  Is it similar from the fiat currency system?
We will not know until there is an actual bitcoin bank that would be name as bank, probably it's going to be similar with the system on how banks are manage in the real world. Bitcoin is decentralized, so there must be something the government will have to do because putting one.
7477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Rich from Gambling? on: February 05, 2017, 01:47:19 PM
I never get rich from gambling, I also don't know whether gambling could create a rich and from what I saw most people who gamble always lose
The most important thing is to never make gambling as a way to get rich. If you will always think rich you will stress, better make it as entertainment then if we're lucky we will get rich.
Very few people get lucky and become rich from gambling and we should not get lazy and find real jobs to make money and become rich one day!
Getting work is our priority, we cannot have a bankroll we can spend in gambling if we do not have a work. What we spend must be part of our budget for entertainment, it's hard to consider gambling as a source of income. Although it's possible but you need to have that extreme skills to win consistently, if you don't have that, better quit early or you lose a big amount that you will just regret.
7478  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: February 05, 2017, 01:22:58 PM
Finally GSW lost . So much drama in regular time and over time , kerr was ejected in the third quarter when GSW was trailing but then they erupted and took the lead but again in 4th quarter they failed to score in the first 4 minutes . In OT too they had a fine chance of winning but they didn't make it .
Yeah my predictions are right I've bet for kings +10 finally the gsw if I just bet on moneyline maybe it's a big amount for me. I thought klay will made his last shot for .7 seconds luckily it missed so my bet for total spreads is also right.
It's unbelievable when a team like Golden State Warriors lose. When you look at their team and then the opposition, you can never imagine they would lose, be it home or away. The only issue GSW have is the center. Players like Cousins can easily dominate green or McGee. If they manage to get a better center then it would be close to impossible to stop them. Green is a defensive player of the year but its hard to defend guys who are huge and have talent like cousins. He is a star and pretty much a lighter Shaq on his day, with better shooting.
Every time the warriors lose a game we always see their weaknesses, if they really need a big man, they would have search for it. What we see is just a lost for one game, and I believe the warriors does not need to win every game to prove they are the best team.

In playoffs time it's different, they have proven already and beat the Cavaliers at home which I believe their only rival when they can make it to the finals.
I believe that every time you lose, there must have been a weakness because of which it happened. This is not the first time the warriors lost this season because of a dominant big man in the opposition. They struggle a lot when Green is not on the floor with their defense. They lost 2 out of 3 when green was absent and struggle with offensive rebound. Having Durant helps coz he's close to 7ft tall. They definitely need a good big man coz McGee is generally not first team worth and should be just used for bench.
That's why they lost against the spurs, with gasol and aldridge on the floor, they will be limited in the paint. But as you can see, the defense of the Spurs are very good, they pressure the outside shooters and does not give them a good look. I think we see already who will be the Champ this year, It's the spurs?
7479  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: February 05, 2017, 01:02:19 PM
Saving money or investment is a good opportunity to help change people lives. Each has an important part of our life as save money or invest a good practice which ensure you a safest future which also can help you overcome of an emergency or if you need access to your money at a set time.

Yes I think both are important you cannot depend only on saving as it will never grow your money and on the other end you cannot afford to invest all your money as if it fails in future and if you have not saved anything then it will lead to disaster so its always good to save some money so it can by helpful in rainy days and can take care at the time of emergencies.

But with saving more we sure can get more of the value but like you said it cant never grow but if we keep save more and more I think this problem will grow at least. The value will never grow but the amount will keep on increasing so I think it is a good idea. And if you want to play by value may be you should invest although it is like dead money, cant be used no where until period of time. But still I prefer to do both if I have spare
You don't have to save everything you have, the inflation will eat the value of your money. It's good to save but we should also learn how to invest, the risk is there but the reward is great if we succeed, most people who save does not really get the life they are dreaming. All of use dream of a comfortable life and we can only have that if we have a financial freedom, and we cannot have that by saving alone.
7480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: February 05, 2017, 05:42:26 AM
Banks are the strongest financial institutions we have at a moment which holds support from the Government and the society and bitcoin is not that strong enough which can make banks disappear as not many people are aware about bitcoins yet and they have more faith in banking system as it exist since long time and people do need banks for their daily financial transactions.
I strongly agree with your statement, we cannot make banks disappear just because we are getting popular now. The popular that bitcoin had cannot match what the banks are currently enjoying, what the government wants is what they get, they will surely gonna make measures against bitcoin once it will become a threat to eliminate the popularity of banks.
