Holding for a long period does not matter. What does matter is whether the coin you have invested in is promising and has potentiality to grow over time, forget fluctuation of its price at times. And what point you want your coin to reach in price?, and you sell it. So good project will always bring you benefit. Hodl good coins until they reach the point in value you want it to be, and sell them for better profit. I think XVG and NEO are good projects.

Getting into crypto market is not that easy. First of all, you have to stay away from fraud crypto. For that, you should research yourself, consult with friends, involve in peer-to-peer discussions, and then hear your own self before going for it. There are numerous good projects in the market you can choose one for investment.

It depends upon investors. Whether you want to get a small amount of token taken through bounty or you want to be a big investor? If you buy altcoins with money you have you will get more coins depending on how much you are going to invest. Otherwise you will get a small amount of tokens through bounty programmes.

I think many people do not have patience. The crypto market is something of patience business. The more patience you hold the more gain you collect. The increasing trend is investors panic sell their altcoins when the market goes down. But the market does not go the way they want. So the best way out is wait wait wait until a coin price reaches the point where you want.

It depends upon how long you want to hodl and sell. If you want to hodl for longer you will get more profit. It also depends upon your necessity. As for me, I have invested some in some altcoins, and am planning to hodl for quite one year. Thereafter I will see the market scenario and decide what to do afterward.   

Evidences have showed that BTC itself is becoming popular among people and it carries a promising future in digital currency market. Blockchain technology is wonderful and cruptocurrency is part of it. Other altcoins will also grow over time. But one thing is that now cryptorurrencies are being used as something like gambling. It has not started its work. Hope it will start its work and is embraced by the world.

Every investor is scared of his or her investment. So is the case with the crypto market. No one can say which time is the best to buy altcoins. But one general perception is that you buy low and sell high. So the market is down at this time. You can buy low at this period. And why not going for it.

I think it is up to you whether you want to sell all altcoins you have and buy BTC because none can say which altcoins reach the moon. What we can do is only guess based on peer-to-peer discussions about cryptocurrencies, news, performance and team of any firm dealing in cryptocurrencies. But I think you should hodl your altcoins before climbing the BTC rail. BTC is good no doubt. But other altcoins have best future in terms of profit making.

I think it depends on which country you are living in. I am from Nepal and here cryptocurrency trading is illegal. But other countries like Russia, USA are embracing it but with efforts to bring regulations. I think cryptocurrency is not illegal. It is real and the blockchain is more real. The new invention will bring about change in the lives of people. Sooner or later the world will accept it. 

Why anyone can invest? the simple answer is to make good return. So you invested in verge at some time and you think you made some good return and sold. So what is good return is undefinable. For instance, if you buy a coin at $1 per coin, then sell at $100 per coin, thinking that the point where you sell your coin is a good return. But other may think otherwise like if they buy a coin at $1 per coin and sell at 1000 per coin. So you buy and sell at your requirement. You will loss only when you sell a coin at a price lower than the price at which you buy a coin. 

No  I will not encourage my friends in the first place. Rather I will try to make them understand the new innovative blockchain technology and cryprocurrency. Then it is up to them whether to invest in cryptocurrency or not. As for me, I have invested some in altcoins being assured of a good future of cruptocurrency world. 

Yeah the crypto market is on a downward spiral at present. But given the volatile nature of the market, i am sure it will go up. So at present, i am holding onto my coins in which I have invested. I am thinking I will sell it when the market will go up. So the better option is just hodl for a few months for better return.

As you see the decreasing price of bitcoin and other altcoins just two weeks ago when bitcoin's price sat at around $6000 per coin, the market now is seeing a relatively upward way. But this price is low as compared to the price of bitcoin that sat at around $20000 per coin. So given the volatile nature of the market, their price will increase and decrease. But regulators' attempt to bring the market to a regulatory system and attempts by some countries to impose an outright ban on it are major contributing factors to its downward spiral.

Yes this is the year of other altcoins and ICOs. As we are seeing that other altcoins are being issued with vary much good features and promises to make the system much more easier to use, and yet with even more new technology, so we can say that altcoins have good future. But one thing that we cannot deny that not all altcoins will survive. Only those coins that have good features and potentiality will survive.

Ripple is one of the promising altcoins that is making its noticeable mark in the crypto market. Just 6 months ago, its price sat at $ 0.20 per coin. It rose significantly up to around $4 per coin, and sitting at around $1 per coin at present. It has also good features. It purports to enable secure, instantly and nearly free global financial transactions of any size with no chargebacks. 

Actually none can predict which cryptocurrency will rise to the moon and make you rich overnight. But we can only guess based on the performance, team members of the company launching coins and peer-to-peer discussions. As for me, Ripple, Stellar, cardano, verge, tron, siacoin, NEM have much potentiality to rise over time. And I have also invested in them as well.

It is up to you whether you want to invest more in IOTA. As for me IOTA is one of the best promising altcoins that will moon in the long run. I have also invested in IOTA. So I suggest that you can invest more in it. IOTA has been under development since 2015. And in that time industrial partnerships have been forged which will ensure that IOTA has practical, real world use.

First of all. You have to be clear whether you want to invest for short term or long term. For short term, you can invest in those coins that can give a good profit in short term. As for me, I basically invest in coins for long term. So it is up to you if you want if in the short term or long term.

It requires just half an hour a day for the market. You can check the market on internet and you can easily do it while you are at work. So you are not bound to leave your job for cryptocurrency.
