Never mind them, ignore them completely. If they are not maliciously motivated why should't they use the proper way of getting attention. Chances are you will get a malware, virus or phished or hacked.
Yes absolutely right, think before you click. Not all but many of them are scammer and just waiting a correct time to attack. Just be careful guys and report to moderator if you want to avoid them and help others. We need to educate our self in such a simple way like that. |

I'm guessing that there are no hard or fast (or legal) rules in place for these scenario's? Or are there?
Case to case basis which decisions would be made would be entirely depending on the management/owner itself specially if the funds is being escrowed or not but I would say it would prefer on escrowed ones because investors can assure that there would be a cashback or refund on the money being invested. I have experience to see an ICO haven't reach their soft cap and decided to refund all of their investors and relaunch again on another month or soon but there are some cases which ICO's decided to extend in able to reach the cap. This is actually situational. For being honest, I thought the ICO extend because they want to earn more than to their soft cap even if they already got their quota. I encounter that in Micro money, thanks for giving me the other reason why they extend. |

Every participants on that campaign will get nothing due to the softcap is not reached, every inverstors will recieve a refund and not enough fund to continue the project, it only says it's a free advertising. How sad but it's true for a lot of event. That's why many devs and participant do everything to promote and advertise the project to meet the soft cap on time. |

Exchanges do not provide private key for your wallet.and not all online wallet provide private key.coinbase do not provide it and many more.always prefer those online wallet which provides you private key such as myetherwallet,bitgo,etc.
Now I understand more about private key. For some reason, I choose myetherwallet because of that kind of security. Security measure is one of a good factor when choosing online wallet. |

There is more than 10 best exchanges in market but always i use only polo and bittrex still now I didn't have any problem with them so my suggestion you can use bittrex or polo.

Sphere did a good work with the marketing. So many users had free coins. It means that Sphere built a big big community and we all know that the community in crypto like everywhere is an important thing. that's actually a great question. on facebook your pics won't be deleted even if you delete the account. they'll still be stored on their servers. Yes, it is one of the annoying parts of facebook. You can't delete you account you can only freeze it. And even some people die, you just can't delete his page too. I think in the Sphere is also impossible to delete the history. It will be written in stored in the chain. And about the profile deletion an interesting question. I agree that Facebook, despite its popularity, has many disadvantages - one of them, I don't like pop-up dialog boxes. Sphere can be good alternative. Well, i heard that if you put something on the internet, it will stay there. It sure is with facebook, anything you post there is stored forever and sold to many many companies. HitBTC is starting to notice a decline in users and for that reason might raise their fees in an attempt to compensate their shrinking volumes. I honestly can't think of any reason for people to use this exchange with such a long history of problems. I however have to point out that regardless of how shady things might look and be, as long as you are using their platform, you basically agree to all their terms. In order to put a stop to all this, whenever you can, withdraw your funds and move to an other exchange. There are so many altcoin exchanges to choose from, that there isn't a reason for people to use this exchange.

Grabe laki ng transaction fee sa coins.ph, mas malaki pa yung transaction fee kesa sa ita-transfer mo na bitcoin grabehan, hindi ako makabili ng ETH pati hindi rin ako makapagdeposit sa exchanges sites sa sobrang laki ng transaction fee. Sana naman magkaroon sila ng konti pang konsidera sa mga user na gustong mag transfer ng bitcoin, libre ang transaction fee kung coins.ph user din ang pagtatransferan pero sa iba na sobrang laki na ng fee, mahirap na tuloy magtrade pati makipagtransact, hindi naman nakapagtataka dahil sa laki ng value ng bitcoin pero yung tipong imposible nang makapagtransact ng 2k below ng hindi madodoble yung transaction fee ambigat na masyado.
If you read their manual and policy, they note them that the coins.ph is self is not supporting sending to other wallet. That's why the fee is so high and too much waste gas fee will consume. Coins.ph is too limited in many different way even in receiving other currency/altcoins. |
