Thank you for getting in touch! Due to the global pandemic and the time of year, it can take us longer than usual to handle refunds. We appreciate your patience in the matter, and we will aim to have your refund with you ASAP.

IMHO.

This isn't a valid reason for them to hold your funds. Most of the companies like exchanges and other tech companies have adopted the new normal and allowed their employees to work from home. They should've released your funds and you've given and applied too much patience with the situation.

They've been holding your funds for too long and that's sick, they never improve.  Undecided

What do you suggest
What would you do if you were in my place?

I would email:  https://www.silvermillerlaw.com/

We have lowered the XChange withdrawal fees lowered for Bitcoin, ETH, & Monero.

0.0002 BTC
0.005 ETH
0.001 XMR

Swap still only deducts the exact miner fees.

Thank you

CLAM is bigger than just a few shitcoin exchanges.
You sure? This coin even only got 0.003 btc as daily volume according Xchange and it only listed on there. The price even dropped to 1k sats atm

I'm not sure about anything and I'm wrong most of the time.   Tongue Cheesy
767  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [FreeBitcoins.com] BitcoinTalk Directory- Altcoin Exchange | Swap | Faucet on: January 24, 2021, 02:19:53 AM
Sorry to say but it does not work for me. Faucet out of funds. Cannot be compared to freebitco.in and cointiply

Lots of Clamcoins and such!  There are options on the faucet that can be converted to Bitcoin.
768  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [FreeBitcoins.com] BitcoinTalk Directory- Altcoin Exchange | Swap | Faucet on: January 22, 2021, 02:47:25 AM
We are still trading.

Come try us out... the site works better than the Altcoin Exchange I bet you're used to!

Our affiliate system pays 50%, which means our affiliates earn more than us!  Come help us get some users and get paid.
769  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Blockchain.com & HackerOne.com didn't pay a major bug bounty & fixed bug. on: January 22, 2021, 02:21:03 AM
Sorry I didn't follow the full thread, but did you ever proceed with the legal action against them? I am not sure you stand any legal recourse in this case but just curious how it turned out if you did.

I talked to my lawyer, but the type of judge it would need to go in front of requires a grievance of at least $70,000.

I didn't really lose anything here and I didn't lose much time... We decided we wouldn't waste a Federal Judges time or my money.

Soooo regardless of being wronged... there isn't really shit I can do about it except warn others!

(I agree, A is likely what happened... it's at least best-case scenario for them IMO.)

771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: I accidently factory reset a Galaxy S9+ with 0.5 BTC on it. Can it be recovered? on: January 18, 2021, 11:21:49 PM
The first step should be to look for any backups you may have done in the past, maybe in your computer, or automatically in the cloud. But I suppose you have already contemplated this possibility and this is not your case.

No dice on this one.

The second option would be using paid tools. There are some articles on the internet advertising different ones, but I haven't used any of them before, so I cannot really vouch for any. I hope other members can help you out with this task, if the first step mentioned above is not feasible for you.

I think this is my best chance.

I realized what I had done while the phone was still resetting itself.  The phone was then turned off and I haven't messed with it since.

At last, you might always consider, as the last chance, contacting a professional

haha, I thought about calling a police forensic investigator, but I just can't bring myself!  Tongue

I wish I could help you more, but this is all I know. I hope you the best. Do not despair.

I don't let myself cry over split Bitcoins Tongue, but it would be cool to figure out a way to scrape that .dat!

Thanks for your 2cents <3
772  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / I accidently factory reset a Galaxy S9+ with 0.5 BTC on it. Can it be recovered? on: January 18, 2021, 10:17:02 PM
Just looking to see if anyone has any information on how I could possibly go about recovering a .dat from my Galaxy S9+ that I fucking factory reset with 0.5 BTC on it.

I've read a number of articles about people recovering data from "factory reset" phones... does anyone have any insight on what programs to use?

Fucking rookie move I know!

Thank you
773  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Blockchain.com & HackerOne.com didn't pay a major bug bounty & fixed bug. on: January 15, 2021, 11:44:17 PM
Blockchain.com now claiming that the issue I reported was a bug... but... they knew about it prior to my report! LOL

Dude, if you have a website that you're advertising as military grade security and you know about a problem like that, but allow people to keep using millions and millions of dollars on your website... holy shit.

So either...

A:  They fucked me.

B:  They knowingly put their users at extreme risks and gave their users a false case of security due to their exchange design flaws.

Both are prime examples of corporate dishonest fuckery with shitty engineers covering their tracks and making excuses.
774  Economy / Exchanges / Re: The true face of BLOCKCHAIN.COM (750.000$) on: January 15, 2021, 07:30:28 AM
Blockchain.com completely fucked me on a major design flaw I found on their 2fa system too...  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5193539.msg52781465#msg52781465

I would be fucking sick if I was you right now.  I hope they process your withdraw.

They never made me right.  It's criminal they are holding your fund, but they let you deposit it...

All sticker orders have been shipped!

I have plenty of local and international stamps remaining... don't be shy!

I'm shocked you didn't mention how CLAM doesn't have a working public explorer right now! Tongue

(Note:  We should have a working CLAM explorer up this week.... we are going to inhouse the explorer on FreeBitcoins... thus terminating KHashier's URL.)
777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CLAM] CLAMs, Proof-Of-Chain, Proof-Of-Working-Stake, a.k.a. "Clamcoin" on: January 14, 2021, 02:35:28 AM
You can generate a wallet for each coin listed, so you can deposit and trade your heart away with no one. Some of the prices seem jacked but it has a withdrawal fee of 0.0004 BTC.15 dollars to withdraw my btc,  you have a retarded withdrawal fee lol, what an absolute joke.  Guess ill trade it for a coin with a cheaper withdraw fee... but i'd honestly like to know why it's 0.0004 btc

Bittrex withdraw fee is 0.0005 BTC flat and they make you wait for your transaction to be batched with others.

FreeBitcoins.com puts the transaction into the blockchain immediately and spends up to the entire 0.0004 BTC (as required in order to get the confirmation in the top .75MB of the block)

FreeBitcoins is 20% cheaper to withdraw Bitcoin off directly than it is on Bittrex or Poloniex... & we have an option to avoid those gay flat miner fees entirely....

Guess ill trade it for a coin with a cheaper withdraw fee... but i'd honestly like to know why it's 0.0004 btc

My suggestion for you is to use freebitcoins.com/swap and the exact amount of the miner fee is subtracted from the total owed.  (thus no 0.0004 BTC unless that's the cost to get the transaction in the top .75MB of the block)

Swap exclusively uses the books on XChange.  There is an additional 1% fee on swap.

So as I spent a long time synchronizing my wallet so that I can finally dump this coin, I was met with a reality check of how absolutely worthless they were, and that neither bittrex nor any real exchanges listed the coin anymore and I'd like to elaborate by talking about the only exchange that does trade clams, which is freebitcoins.com/xchange, which I guess is owned by the developer of clamcoins.

Freebitcoins.com/xchange is the biggest ghost town of an exchange in the crypto world today.   A Mickey Mouse exchange for a Mickey Mouse coin.

So this exchange is a ghost town.  Total trade volume for *any* of the coins listed are practically non-existant, minus a handful of clams, which is at a bare minimum and why coinmarketcap usually lists a $0.00 trade volume

Freebitcoins.com/xchange is owned by one of the original CLAM developers (Xploited) and myself.

It's a relatively new exchange and we do not fake volume...  I'm not sure what else I can say besides that.... Good things come to those that wait?

FreeBitcoins exchange is MUCH better than Poloniex or Bittrex has ever been.  I think you are going to look back at the end of this year and feel like a dope.

You got free help, a free $20, and you're still here flaming up people!   Grin Tongue

It should be noted that FreeBitcoins.com just had a record CLAM volume day on January 6, 2021 (65,000 CLAMS traded): https://freebitcoins.com/blog/record-clamcoin-trading-volume-on-freebitcoins-xchange/

That large sell whacked our "Bid" pretty hard.

I honestly hope your exchange gets better, but i think we both know there's no hope for clams.

Thank you.  I hope so too...  Every customer that makes a deposit or makes a withdraw is another user we show how well FreeBitcoins.com works.

Day by day in every way we are getting better and better.

I respectfully disagree though about CLAM. I've had a lot of luck investing in things that could get better... not things I thought were perfect before my investment. *shrugs*  Time will tell.

CLAM is for sure in a slump, you aren't wrong.
778  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are people buying BTC @ $27000+ idiots? on: January 14, 2021, 12:45:54 AM
Could have bought it in March this year for sub $4000.

Downside risk is much greater now than it was earlier this year.

Is it the mentally challenged that are getting fleeced right now.

I think so Tongue
779  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [FreeBitcoins.com] BitcoinTalk Directory- Altcoin Exchange | Swap | Faucet on: January 12, 2021, 10:03:26 AM
Damn, if I'm not mistaken wasn't Clam a few millibit at one point? Back when JD switched up.

Good luck with the venture, once again .. brilliant domain.

Thanks man and ya, CLAMS getting murder this past 2 years... better times to come Wink.

I've been slowly but surely buying CLAMS.

great site to earn some coins, you should top up certain coins

Should be topped off tomorrow.

We have someone abusing the ever-living fuck out of us at the moment.

https://freebitcoins.com/blog/42-coin-has-survived-crypsy-livecoin-net-altilly/

42-Coin has survived the thefts from three significant exchanges. Cryptsy, Livecoin.net, and Altilly each have their own story on why users can’t withdraw or only can withdraw for a brief period. However, 42-coin and their team continue to push on and seem to have a bright future ahead of them.

FreeBitcoins.com already supported 42-coin before a few of these incidents. We are happy to continue to support the 42coin team in 2021 and forward.
