761  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why People Use Bitcointalk on: August 08, 2022, 01:54:25 PM
Bitcointalk was created by Satoshi Nakamoto, the founder of bitcoin. Bitcointalk is the first kind of such forums. Bitcointalk has most quality posts. The reason the traffic on Bitcointalk is 10 times more than any other crypto forum.
This forum is way popular than the other you mentioned, remember its Satoshi who started this forum and thats why many new crypto owners come into this site to announce their projects either for publicity or to attract investors even ETH has a topic here.
I think why bitcointalk forum is the best among all , it is the first cryptocurrency forum that is well organised.  Other cryptocurrency forums are learning from bitcointalk.org forum and imitating the standard of it. Bitcointalk forum is the oldest forum for other forum to learn from.
762  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie! Protect your name, it is your brand on: August 08, 2022, 01:29:04 PM
A sweet name with good meaning doesn't define  who a person is or the character that one exhibit.  No one is interested about the name anyone bears,  what everyone is concerned about is good reputation,  good reputation is the name people care about , that name that won't make people regret coming close.

764  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The effect of drugs abuse on youths on: August 08, 2022, 12:46:10 PM
Drug abuse is an absolutely scary thing. We should talk more to our children, show good movies like Requiem for a Dream and if it's nor enough make little excursions to the places where drug abusers live
Most people who abuse your drugs when you look at the percentages of those people it is confirmed that many of them are ignorant of drug importance. So will not stand to blend them much because they are ignorant of it they need adult education to educate them concerning the benefits which is the advantages and disadvantages of drugs misuse or drug abuse. Some of the others do take drugs in order to impress their mate.
The level of intake of drugs among our young ones in this present time, I don't think it is because of ignorant, most of the youth that takes drug excessively knows about the side effects and the negative side of drug bit they don't have much concern about it, it as if they don't believe in this side effects.
765  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Only Africans can develop Africa on: August 08, 2022, 12:13:50 PM
I disagreed with your title that only Africa we develop an African country, I can see that this is totally false information because from the onset the development of African countries as little they are right now. Come from the European countries who collaborate them and educate them from from management of resources and also initiate the lifestyle of African Kingdom before the colonial master so therefore I believe that Africans power come from the European community
From the unset Africa has been underdeveloped because they lack knowledge,  education and understanding of what it takes to develop a nation, Africans are educated now but their country is still not develop,  Africa have the resources  but the only thing they do is to loot fund. Africa feel lazy to develop their country with the fund they have. Let's take dubai for example,  dubai is located in a desert land but the people of dubai were the one that develop their country,  dubai was not developed by Americans or the Europeans.
766  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Biden tests positive to COVID-19 on: August 08, 2022, 11:59:59 AM
Covid-19 have been politicized and used as an instrument of technological competition among world powers. In my own country politicians use it as a medium to loot public funds and impoverish the people. Fund that would have been used to provide basic amenities are looted by deceiving the people that it was used for Covid 19 issues. World powers now boast of their medical expertise by the amount and quality of Covid 19 vaccines or drugs they have discovered. If President Biden is Covid-19 positive, I wish his a quick recovery.
I think it is in the developing countries that the covid-19 is been politicise just to loot public funds. In some part of the world the Covid-19 out break is really,  some nation are still battling with it Covid-19. In my region for sometime I haven't been hearing new cases of Covid-19.  I wish Biden quick recovery.

Manchester United are working on deal to sign Adrien Rabiot from Juventus. United must decide if they proceed irrespective of ongoing De Jong pursuit or await outcome of that before deciding. 27yo France midfielder has 1yr on Juventus contract.
Manchester United just need to do the necessary things, anything that can be done to strengthen the team not to perform like last season. It is really bad if their is no different with the performance of Manchester United with that of last season.  They need signing players that can make a better difference.
768  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: August 08, 2022, 11:17:01 AM
It is nice to hear about Lewandowski's scoring in a friendly. This would be a nice motivation for him to do the same things in the La Liga as well. Lewandowski has already been giving good signals about adaptation.
We will see that. Sometime the performance in the friendly match will not go so well in the season or true match. MU can become a very good example if we must use pre season as evaluation for the team. I hope that if barcelona will be evolving into the good club anymore like what happened once xavi, messi and iniesta werestill there. I can't wait yo see that the performance of lewandowski in the league.
We can use the performance Lewandowski when he was Bayern Munich and during the friendly match of Barcelona to analyse if he really he can perform or not, of course we all know Lewandowski is a very good player,  it is never difficult for him to score goals. He will definitely help Barcelona  to score goals.
769  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: August 07, 2022, 02:06:53 PM
The way Manchester United are playing it has no difference of last season,  their is no change. Maybe this is what Ronaldo is avoiding, to come and experience the same pattern of performance. The number of goals Brighton has score I am not sure it will be for Manchester United to meet up to equalize the game.
770  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: August 07, 2022, 01:46:24 PM
Most people feel that because of Barcelona are getting new players to strengthen their team that it will make them to win laliga this season. I could remember in last season it was  difficult to believe that Real Madrid will win in the Champions League. It won't be easy for another team to stop Real Madrid from winning the league this season again.
771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: August 07, 2022, 12:16:27 PM
There are two great games in the premier league today. One will be last season's champion City vs Westham game. Even if this match is difficult for City, I will prefer champion City for betting. The other match is Manchester united and Brighton match. I don't know how Manchester will be this year, but I can't trust them, I can't predict the season will start, so I will watch them.
What I saw from Manchester United during  the preseason games their performance was not bad and Manchester United squad is not weak , with their performance in the preseason game am convinced that Manchester United will defeat Brighton  today.
772  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: Best African EPL player on: August 06, 2022, 12:40:55 PM
Who is your Best Premier league player of all time, also who will be included in your top 3 spots?

Lets have some fun discussion, the premier league officially is back as the first match of the 2022/2023 season will be played today. In celebration of this return, can we have some construction discussion on who were your best African players to have played in the premier league and just to make it easier you could also give us your top 3 pick as for some individual chosing just one will be very difficult. Don't forget to vote via the poll up there or give your suggestions on who you think should be on the poll.

I'll go first, Didier Drogba for me is the greatest African player that even play in the premier league. It doesn't matter if all his records get broken but he still remains my best African player in the EPL. I grew up watching him play and he also played for my child hood club Chelsea. Drogba scored 157 goals in 341 match but it wasn't all about his goals, he's involvement at key point when Chelsea needed him the most is what make me put him above others.

My top 3 are 1: Didier Drogba 2: Yaya Toure & 3: Mohamed Salah. What's yours?
My Africa best player in the premier league was Sadio Mane, I think he is the best player Africa have ever produced that has gone international. Mane was an important player to his former club Liverpool, even to the recent club he belong too.

The victory of arsenal against Crystal Palace I'm not surprised about it because normally arsenal is a team that is supposed to win win a team like Crystal palace.  If arsenal plays a game like Manchester City or Liverpool and they win the game , then I can say that arsenal is back strong.
774  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Terrorist Planning to Kidnap Nigeria President on: August 01, 2022, 12:58:09 PM
The high rate of terrorism, banditry, kidnapping and in general insecurity in Nigeria is frightening, but rather 'unfortunately' it wouldn't culminate in the president being kidnapped, these elite men have managed to sufficiently protect themselves, but sadly what is going to happen is that more innocent citizens will fall victim to this terrorists and the government doesn't seem to care. 2023 is going to be a pivotal one, i hope Nigerians can use their PVC's to elect a leader that will represent them better.
The insecurity problem may not amount to the kidnapping of the president but many innocent people will be affected,  I have been following the insecurity issues in Nigeria,  their was a time some politicians were killed by terrorist.  Elections is by the corners citizens just need not to make the same mistake they made.
775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: August 01, 2022, 08:41:43 AM
Barcelona's success in the transfer market is due to the genius of Xavi, I see it that way. For example, when Xavi said he needed Lewandowski in his squad, Barcelona tried hard to bring him in despite continuous rejection from Munich. Now Barcelona officials can breathe a sigh of relief because the players who are brought in can adapt to the team style of play. Xavi needs to bring in one more player to fill the post at right-back, and fortunately Xavi desire has again received a positive response from club officials. Now Barcelona is negotiating the signing of Azpilicueta from Chelsea.

What Barcelona FC have achieved is to create a lot of expectation and a lot of talk about them, as well as excitement among their fans, but I can't wait for the league to start and see how they do. Signings do not equate to results and if the gamble goes wrong, there will be profound changes in the structure of the club.
Barcelona effort in signing good players will really help the club to achieve a lot when the season starts for sure. The most important thing in a club is to have good players and watch what the end result will be. The kind of players that Barcelona has I don't think things will be difficult for them as the season starts.
776  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 01, 2022, 08:00:02 AM
Manchester United has confirmed that Ronaldo will stay at Old Trafford, even the superstar has silenced some media rumors of his departure, observers try to speculate that no single club can accommodate this player, but in my view Ronaldo shows the attitude and respect of a player Football is not just money, so it's quite interesting for us to watch and how Ronaldo will contribute next season for the Red Devils club
it would be better if Ronaldo will stay at MU. even though he is old, I think he will still get a place in the main squad. after confirmation of the new coach who is still trying to keep Ronaldo at MU. because MU still needs Ronaldo.
After a lot of news regarding interested clubs, it seems that MU is indeed the right club for Ronaldo. even though they didn't play for the UCL.
If Ronaldo decides to keep playing for Man United (either because nobody wants to sign him or he truly changes his mind), then he has to give reassurance if he can remain professional, at least he has to commit to Man United that he will give his best performance, regardless of the situation related to him, be it the past or the speculations that will arise in the future. It could be that there are players or staff who don't like Ronaldo's attitude, for that Ten Hag must mediate and provide solutions so that Man United can become a solid and harmonious team.
If he decides to play for Manchester United because he  couldn't get sign into a new club and will not give his best to the club it won't only affect Manchester United but it will affect his career. If he gives all his best to Manchester United and the club becomes best in the EPL history won't forget it .
777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: July 31, 2022, 09:10:10 PM
Barcelona is going great in friendlies and they look like they are ready for the new season. Ousmane Dembele has an incredible performance. It looks like Lewandowski and Dembele will carry the team's goal load. Raphinha and Memphis will also be helpful. If Ansu Fati also has a good season, Barcelona will be the number one contender for the championship. This season will be very different from last season. They had good signals about it. I'm very excited already and can't wait to see Rayo Vallecano game.
The real proving match after La Liga started, however I have to give high appreciation to Xavi who has brought his team to good performance even though it's only a friendly match, but this is a good starting point to fight in a real match.
Dembele was absolutely outstanding in the friendly, as was Raphinha whose hard shot was unstoppable by the Real Madrid goalkeeper.
However, it is a pity that Lewandowski has not given his first goal for Barcelona.
This summer will be a fierce battle for Real Madrid and Barcelona in the race for the La Liga title.

I really don’t think that Barcelona has faced any problems yet. They don't have any problems, they have not yet been thoroughly tested. So far we have seen only friendly matches being played against Barcelona. Believe it or not, honestly, no one actually cares about friendly matches. The real test for the team will come when the league starts.

I hope Barcelona will be able to play more effectively and also start more strongly than they did last season. I also hope that the players in the Barcelona team will be able to begin playing well from the start of the season. I know some players are going to be a bit rusty. But they will have to start better if they want to finish better. With a squad like this Barcelona should be able to challenge Real Madrid quite closely in the next season for the La Liga trophy.
Exactly I don't see friendly game to be so Real that, most players don't really take it serious by stressing themselves much because at the end nothing comes out from it. Friendly match is just a preparation for the main league . Barcelona performance in the friendly game is quite okay, but I'm still sure they will do better when the main league starts.
778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: AFCON POY Awards. on: July 31, 2022, 07:01:38 PM

That's very true as the Africa countries taking football serious to some extent are doing well. We have counties like Egypt that that have very nice stadium and their local leagues have huge presence and attendance compared to other African countries and their national teams are also one of the best in the continent of not the best as they have won the highest AFCON tournament. They have even produce one of the most talented player in the 21st century Mo Salah .
Quote

Don't say we don't value football, just that we have lots of problem in Africa for we talk invest in football. People are likely to go on with their daily activities that'll put food on their table then going to watch our local players pay. One reason we pick interest in international league is because we have high profile players in those league and peer pleasure (to feel among).

Because of Africa lot of problems they don't consider football to be very important.  They forget football is one of the big investment in place like England.  Investing in football is a good development that will also attract international football lovers which can also generate money.
779  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: AFCON POY Awards. on: July 31, 2022, 08:49:15 AM
But so many things contributed to the failure of the Super falcons and one of it was mismanagement issues on the part of the Nigerian football governing body. There failure to pay the wages of these players might demotivate the players and make them under-perform.

Or the conspiracy against the Super falcon cause them the chance to get another shot at wining the Wafcon. The super falcons has been a dominate team in the competition so it's always suspected that they'll be treated differently just to give other a chance at playing at the finals. Did you watch the match that saw the Falcons get eliminated from the tournament, they played excellently but it was obvious the game was against them.

The super falcons had two red card yet were still able to hold the game to a draw up til the penalty knockout that they lost. South African women won their very first title so they can't be said to be dominate and their man aren't doing so good as well. They both are just average when we talk about football in Africa.

The African region has been facing a lot of problems with football recently. And that has not helped the situation improve at all. There have been a lot of problems. Salary problems, problems of players with the board, as well as a lot of other problems, have been causing the football of this region to not be able to prosper at the level which it is supposed to. The game was already very challenging to play with one red card on the team. Although they received two red cards, they showed tremendous courage in trying to win the match. But it was a fascinating match to see. I also agree that both men's and women's teams are quite average. Nothing extraordinary to speak of.
Until until Africa countries take football important and invest in it the way other part of the world are investing in football then football will change for good. But since they don't value football and have interest sport they will still continue to be having problems,  Africa needs to improve for things to be okay.

The Liverpool game against Manchester City was a lively game that was difficult for me to predict the game , I was thinking it will be a game that the final result will draw but Liverpool performance was so great, I didn't expect 3 goals from Liverpool.
