761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Almost all the altcoins in red again! on: October 07, 2019, 04:07:33 PM
We will probably be seeing these red altcoin markets for some time. People are afraid of buying altcoins. They lack trust because of the scam projects. And we have a halving for bitcoin which takes the attention from alts to the king.
we cannot avoid that, because, in the past, the red market has always been repeated. however, altcoin prices are currently on the green line. Well, we've seen the price of red a few days, but with the recovery of the price of bitcoin to the level of $ 8200, this resulted in quite a lot of altcoin recovering. I hope this recovery continues to a very high level and hopefully one of them is the altcoin that you hold.
762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can't survive alone on: October 07, 2019, 02:39:22 PM
Over 850 millions of people use alipay as means of payment mostly in china and i heard lots about wepay as well, i come to think of it that what if bitcoin was been used in their places instead? if alipay and wepay can get to where they are today then altcoins have all the chances of survival as well. Wepay and Alipay are just online payment solution, crypto can do better.

as far as I know, China prioritizes the use of technology originating from its country rather than using technology originating from outside their country. that is an absolute thing. In fact, I heard that 80% of Chinese people use Baidu compared to Google.

Baidu vs Google

in the case of alipay and wepay, it is very difficult for China to replace it with bitcoin. In fact, China is also currently developing its own cryptpcurrency which can even compete with Libra. Even the Chinese PBOC said it was "close" to being released

763  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra left alone by a big payment processor on: October 07, 2019, 11:06:04 AM
PayPal has pulled their guns out of the Libra project according to CoinTelegraph. Do you guys think Libra is going to be a big fail of Facebook? Would you actually use a Facebook based coin to make payments at businesses and friends taking into account the previous press scandals like Cambridge Analytica?
Paypal exit from Libra would be a big blow to Libra. even this also widened to the visa, and other partners. I don't know whether libra will be successful in the future, or not. if libra can maintain their position when PayPal is out, I think libra should be taken into account. However, Paypal exit from Libra will have a negative effect on libra, and regulations that have been made before. this article is quite interesting to read from Thenextweb regarding some of the effects of PayPal out from working with libra
764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will There Comes A Time That All Online Gambling Sites Are CryptoCurrency Based? on: October 07, 2019, 08:07:56 AM
Anonymity and popularity of Cryptocurrency are two of it's the best attraction.
And Cryptocurrency games are more transparent.
Will, there comes a time that all online gambling sites will be Cryptocurrency based?
In time, all online casinos will integrate cryptocurrency in their business. Both fiat and crypto have their pros and cons so keeping both of them letting their customer decide will solve the problem. In my opinion, fiat and crypto can be used both by any industry depending on their customer and transaction with their suppliers.

until now there are quite a lot of gambling sites that can use both of these exchange tools. sometimes users also have the convenience of using crypto and fiat, some people don't really like using crypto, and some like it.

although crypto is very suitable for use on gambling sites, and there are quite a lot of crypto-based gambling sites, there is always a choice to use fiat. well, the site owner might want to attract users who use crypto and fiat.
765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] UNIVERSA | Blockchain Protocol for Business on: October 07, 2019, 05:27:23 AM
The price of universa is 0,001254 today. That`s 10 % of ICO price of 0,0125. When will the price stop to fall? After falling another 90 %?
looking at current market conditions, I think it's natural. if this is an ICO price problem, I think the price of UTNP has been below the ICO price since July 2018. You have to be patient, friend. at present all teams are not even teams from the Universa, but all ICO teams are still trying to increase the price of the tokens. keep attention to their development programs, as long as they are still developing this project, there is still a possibility the price will go up.
766  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without losses? on: October 06, 2019, 04:49:21 PM
Well in order to be a good trader I think you probably to experience how to lose because trading is not always earning sometimes you'll be able to lose in order for you to learn but it doesn't mean that you'll always lose. In that way, you'll be able to know more things and techniques on how to be a good trader. Trading is very risky but profitable if you know how to manage with this. And also you can't trade without loses.
yes, the point of all of that is, it is very difficult to avoid risk in trading, therefore we cannot be sure that we will always benefit from trading. in some cases, people try to avoid the risk of using the bots system. however, when the market system changes, they unknowingly lose even more than they imagined. all of that takes experience, and even people who are experts at this will sometimes find it difficult for making some profit.
767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dead Coins - Coin Dead Before You Knew It on: October 06, 2019, 01:00:51 PM
this is the importance of always following the development of a project. I also have had a few dead coins, and the most memorable was the centra (CTR). Well, that is a project that was developed in 2016-2017 if I'm not mistaken. this project has great potential, it's just that there are some problems with the team, causing this project to be abandoned, and not trusted. in a short time, this project died, so the tokens were eliminated from all markets.

The thing that can be captured from this is, you will not realize if a coin dies, the price will drop so fast, and you cannot sell the assets you have, and it becomes useless. still pay attention to the projects that you support.
768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [IEO] CurioInvest - Bringing collectables into the digital world on: October 06, 2019, 06:56:53 AM
so far the CUR price in probit Korea is 840 KRW, which is equivalent to $ 0.7. that's a pretty good start considering the starting price of this coin is $ 1.
I don't think $ 0.7 is a good start. I got my 40 coins, but I'll keep them. I urge bounty hunters to do the same. HODL!
considering that so many projects have a dump price from the initial sale price at the time of listing to the market, this project is able to maintain more than 50% of the price, I see it's a pretty good start. some projects even dump almost 100% at the first time of listing.

in addition, the price of CUR before the distribution of tokens could reach the price of 1,570 KRW or around $ 1.32. it even exceeds the initial price. for now, we can only hope that the development of this project will attract people to be interested in this project.

FYI I also support this project and get some coins, therefore I think that this is a good start.
769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [IEO] CurioInvest - Bringing collectables into the digital world on: October 06, 2019, 05:22:32 AM
Today I see an exchange available on the Korean market https://www.probit.kr/app/exchange/CUR-KRW
5000 CUR has been distributed to bounty participants and there will be a subsequent distribution next week

Indeed, it was the first distribution of CUR tokens among the participants of the signature company. The price of the token on the exchange fell 3 times. We are waiting for another 4 distribution among  participants of bounty. I had hopes for the team, but given that there is no market maker on probit.kr, I'm afraid to assume what price we will see.
I heard that bounty distribution will be done 5 times every week. I think that's good enough to maintain price stability. batch 1 has been distributed, and the price does not so dump. besides, a good enough strategy to do it every week considering the trading volume of this CUR is not so much.

so far the CUR price in probit Korea is 840 KRW, which is equivalent to $ 0.7. that's a pretty good start considering the starting price of this coin is $ 1.
770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH experiences the deepest downfall this year on: October 05, 2019, 05:08:46 PM
What we see in the current market situation is that the decline is happening for all coins including bitcoin, and in my opinion the fall in Ethereum is still in a very good price situation compared to a few months ago and I believe Ethereum will increase again in 2020 and it will happening in a few more months.
The market is always manipulating prices and we must be patient with the current market situation, in the current situation holding it is the right choice and don't panic so as not to make mistakes.
last year the price of bitcoin dropped to $ 80, and it was very bad. So, the current decline in ethereum prices is still quite good compared to 2018. However, despite saying like that, the predictions out there do not favor ethereum. like one of the news in the cointelegraph, said that Tone Vays, a former trader on wall street believes that ethereum is useless, and sided with bitcoin. moreover there are still other news that does not support ethereum.
I do not panic about it, but I will only continue to pay attention to the information available because now I am also holding some ethereum.
771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2 Years of bear market.. what to expect next on: October 05, 2019, 03:36:59 PM
I'm not losing my hope and trust for altcoins especially for those potential and reputable coins. Just like Bitcoin, it has to go through a lot of massive adoption to be on the mainstream. Altcoins would surely bloom when the bull run strikes. Also, top coins are good for day trading. We should only know how to deal with the changes.
Most of them are on mainstream but the demand speaks for itself. The volatility also dictates the future of a coin whether the holders of it will stay or gonna lose interest to it.
The real investors and believers of the market will stay and will look upon into this assumingly extension of bear market as a great opportunity to buy in. Because next year or so is the predicted end of it.
I don't think that investors and holders will go back to buying altcoin and see this as an opportunity. some people I know now have turned most of their assets into bitcoin because of the continued price decline in altcoin until now.

although there is still enough potential for altcoin, I began to think not to add to stock again and began to focus on collecting bitcoin. besides, the year to come, bitcoin which will be halving instead of altcoin, this is a reason to collect bitcoin. We have been in the bear market for 2 years, so when there is a bull market, I think it will happen in 2020, and starting with Bitcoin.
772  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin bull run on: October 05, 2019, 12:00:56 PM
We may have different interpretation of bull run but what I've witness during last december 2017 and January 2018 are the best moment in the crypto space and I call it a bull run. For almost 2 years now, I haven't seen that kind of scenario again but I'm still bullish for long term and very optimistic soon we will again witness that.
the red line is that bull run can be said to be a condition that makes cryptocurrency prices go up high. besides, the bull run can also be caused by people's needs regarding cryptocurrency. it happened in the 2017 switch to 2018. In addition, the bull run also took place for bitcoin this year in June, the price of bitcoin reached $ 11k.

however, to determine the price of bitcoin is quite difficult, because prices always go up and down. so, there is no exact price to determine what the actual price of bitcoin is if it is in the long run. we can only determine the price of bitcoin in a short time.
773  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which one you buy Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: October 05, 2019, 09:20:57 AM

BTC and ETH are both too low, and thats because of the international fight against them, they call it regulation.

ETH lost more than BTC since DEz. 2017, and thats because there are no more ICOs on ETH, so no more need for that amount of coin.

however it is only a matter of investment, no matter how many fight them, it has even been around since bitcoin existed. despite many challenges from the international side, the price of bitcoin and eth is currently growing.

to choose a Bitcoin investment, or Ethereum, try to see the difference in development since the beginning of 2019.

Bitcoin

January 01, 2019 the price of bitcoin = $ 3,746
Oct 05, 2019 bitcoin price = $ 8,135

Ethereum

January 01, 2019 the price of Ethereum = $ 133
Oct 05, 2019 the price of Ethereum = $ 175

with this difference, today I think everyone will prioritize bitcoin over Ethereum today. You can check the source price directly on coinmarketcap
774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The use of stable coins or no? on: October 04, 2019, 05:59:07 PM
On the other day, I think of the use of stable coins. I mean, when can we use Stable coins as an alternative fiat. You see when a bull run comes and everyone will start to sell their Bitcoins and some other coins into fiat the network will be congested.

So I think if we buy Stable coins with some stable volume, we will no longer need to worry about unable to sell our bitcoin into fiat.
Rather we only need to do this thing right? is this some acceptable alternative or no?

if you only focus on using cryptocurrency as alternatives of fiat and are afraid of losing the price, I think it's okay to convert bitcoin/altcoin into stable coin.

it all depends on the use of the coins you hold. if you use it as an alternative, it doesn't matter. it's just that, many people use bitcoin as an investment, business developer, and alternative of fiat.

Until now, quite a lot of people who hold bitcoin because they want to take advantage of the fluidity that occurs at the price of bitcoin. they believe that bitcoin can have a high price, even though it is quite risky.

775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mistakes developers keeps making on: October 04, 2019, 04:13:01 PM
The biggest mistakes developers make that leads to bad ending for many projects are
1. Huge Discounts
2. Lack Of Solid Products and Ideas
3. Bad Exchanges

these three things have become quite fatal things that are sometimes made by new projects. Sometimes large discounts also become a time bomb that will destroy their project. it would be very complete if they only target markets that are not so popular and they make the same product.

some other things are also caused by lack of experience, and maybe too rushed to start their project without considering market conditions, competition, and the strategies they use.

I hope that the new project considers this before actually running the project that they created.
776  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Paypal to leave Libra on: October 04, 2019, 07:52:52 AM
A financial times article reports Paypal is on the verge of leaving Libra project as a founding member.
Coindesk explains it https://www.coindesk.com/paypal-might-withdraw-from-libra-association

Would it be the precursor of termination of Libra before even launching. What are your thoughts on the future of Libra? Would it even see the light?
I had guessed this before. PayPal is strong support for the development of libra, and PayPal is a service that is recognized throughout the world. unfortunately, libra does not get support throughout the world. some of the news that I got even said that some countries like Germany challenged it because this really can have a strong effect on the financial development of a country, even Fiat.

Libra got so many obstacles before it was launched. PayPal is a huge support, and influential. if this is true, it would be a substantial loss for libra. I even got an article that MasterCard, Visa, and others also reconsidered their involvement in Libra. Here's the link
777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Betting : A big problem to crypto? on: October 03, 2019, 03:19:11 PM
I once came across an article where it was stated that over 60 percent of most crypto transaction were used for betting. I don't see anything wrong with that. But don't you think it portrays crypto in a bad way?
the use of cryptocurrency as a tool for playing gambling is no longer a secret. Some countries even have their own regulations about this like japan. although according to research that quite a number of countries lost due to gambling games, but it is still being done. in addition, even though they have regulations about it, gambling games based on crypto continue to grow, as said in the article available on the cointelegraph
that is the reality, even in real life some people also describe fiat as a means of playing gambling. You have to get used to it because this can also be found in real life

779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Stake vs Fixed bounty allocation on: September 18, 2019, 07:48:53 AM
Stake, or fixed bounty, are the same for me. I don't really care whether the allocation we get is calculated based on the allocation of token fixes, or based on stake because the most important thing for me is a good, reliable project.

I have followed the bounty several times with the fix allocation system, and the project ended in a scam. That certainly makes me disappointed, and I have also participated in several projects with a stake allocation system, and that also ended badly. The point is, whether it's stake or fixed allocation, as long as it is paid and gives good results, I will not complain  Roll Eyes
780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am receiving EOS in my wallet without doing anything on: September 18, 2019, 05:05:18 AM
I think it was sent from someone sending EOS with the wrong address. this is common if happen in myetherwallet. sometimes we don't realize that there are some coins that have a price but the sender is unknown.

Well, that's a lot of money, and it's very difficult to find the owner. this kind of thing is difficult to happen to eos wallet. I don't have any idea to return it to its original owner, so maybe you can save it, and decide on the best thing you need to do.
