7681  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Antminer S9 - Low hashrate reported in the POOL on: July 18, 2018, 10:05:00 PM
I don't see any problem about your miner except for network connection lost.
Check your internet ping if your internet connection is stable and try to use kano.is as your pool then check it again and maybe it is network problem that is why the reported hashrate on the antpool dashboard is low than you expected.
7682  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: What's the best cryptocurrency wallet that you can trust? on: July 18, 2018, 08:04:55 PM
For me, I think only hardware wallet is the best and trusted wallet nowadays but based on my own experienced I'm using coinomi wallet  never had any issue using this wallet and I use this wallet for receiving mined coins and save it for many months before I send it to exchanges to sell my coins and I think this is good only as alternative wallet just don't put all your cryptocurrency in one basket and if you holding a large amount of coins better to use a hardware wallet like ledger nano s for your coins safety. But so far I trust coinomi wallet.
7683  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Antminer S9 - Low hashrate reported in the POOL on: July 18, 2018, 07:14:43 PM
Can you show us the kernel logs you can paste here https://pastebin.com/
or paste it here and use the "insert code" so that we can check if what is the issue of your miner.
7684  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is profitable coin? on: July 17, 2018, 12:01:16 AM
It is not easy to know if what coins is profitable it is depends on development of the coin because if the developers are active to adopt the coin there are many people will support the coin so if you can find them then you can make profit if the price of bitcoin increases. If you know BTX it is one of the great choice if you want them to trade but not it's not good in daily basis.
XVG is other coin with active developers and the price today was increase almost 8% so today for this coin is not a good time to buy so better to wait more weeks or days.
Also, use this tool https://coinmarketcap.com/gainers-losers/ you can see all coins and token that make a large profit today and list of coins who drop a lot.
7685  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: JAXX WARNING! All of the ETC's stolen! on: July 16, 2018, 11:49:08 PM
Jaxx wallet is known a buggy wallet and there are many people use this wallet and stole their coins even they had all 3rd layer of security look at this old thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1434101.0

I advice to stop using their wallet and I suggest you to use coinomi wallet as alternative.
7686  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: How to Overclock Your Autotune Antminer S9 on: July 16, 2018, 06:19:38 PM
Yeah, I know that. But given the limited usage time of the miners, you should squeeze out any hash as long as they are profitable.

There is the November firmware which should be the recent: Antminer-S9-all-201711171757-autofreq-user-Update2UBI-NF.tar.gz
And I am usind this one from may for the two miners that run 16TH: Antminer-S9-all-201705031838-650M-user-Update2UBI-NF.tar.gz

Are there any else?

I don't know what exactly the filename of november batch firmware but someone said this filename Antminer-S9-all-201711171757-autofreq-user-Update2UBI-NF.tar.gz) is the november batch firmware and I already tried this firmware the temp is lower than the other firmware but I experienced weird issue it detects a bad chip then turn the frequency fixed to 400 reflashing and restoring to default factory settings solved this issue so if you going to try this firmware and experience some issue you reflashing and restoring them to factory default may solve the issue.

Also, what I notice about this firmware the hashrate is lower than the firmware you run on your two miners.
7687  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How Much Is Bitcoin Fee To List A Coin On Exchanges? on: July 16, 2018, 05:34:00 PM
I don't know for the other site but here are some deal how much the payment or fee if you want to list your coin.
check this from cryptopia https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Paytopia
And KuCoin here https://www.kucoin.com/#/vote

I think KuCoin is vote base no payment or fee needed if you wan't to list a coin in their exchange site so it is depends on people votes.

I found a thread same as your question so this thread will help you know about the other exchange sites fees here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3285119.0
7688  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: electrum invalid error on: July 16, 2018, 04:42:41 PM
Where is your bitcoins from? Is it from exchange site you must add more info about if where you get the bitcoin because if you request on withdrawal or send your bitcoin from exchange site or faucet to testnet it shouldn't work and it should shows invalid bitcoin address so if you bought your bitcoin to someone like TryNinja said maybe you've scam.
7689  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Tenx & bonpay (services that allows spending BTC using debit cards) on: July 16, 2018, 03:53:10 PM

There are many bitcoin debit card services out there you can find them here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DRbTeMCzb4UeXI0YlAzBxMc2u2i0cN_17Ql6eMngK6E/edit#gid=0
And the other list are here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1242788.0

Never heard about Tenx so I couldn't give you any reviews about using their services and the link above is enough to know how their services works.
7690  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: How to Overclock Your Autotune Antminer S9 on: July 14, 2018, 12:01:22 AM
Umm, guys?
I just started to try to overclock my S9s from different batches.
On one 14TH model from march or so I applied the fixed frequency firmware and ramped the frequency now up to 750 MHz so far. No significant HW errors, hashrate is over 16.2 TH at 85°C chip temperature.
Are the chips really capable to do so much more?

Interesting: Tried a second S9 from the same batch. On the fixed frequency firmware temps go up to 105° C on default 650 MHz. Flashing back the autotune
Edit: 3 of 4 S9 14TH get over 100° after flashing fixed freq. firmware. Any idea why? One even showed 132°. I dont know if that is correct at all.
I did not wait and stopped the miner by deleting the pools and flashed the autotune FW again.

I heard that someone say that downgrading to november firmware can fix some issue like wrong temp reading and other miner firmware issues.

The bad thing on overclocking miner without proper air circulation or cooling device your miner can exceeds higher temp that can lead to higher temp protection and also, chips or the hashing  board may burn and damage.

Did you try this method https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2690140.0
you can modify the fan speed of autotune firmware then set it to higher speed it may help to cool down the miner.
7691  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Morph - Multi Coin Wallet (BTC, ETH, XRP, NEO, LTC, XLM, LTC + MORE) on: July 13, 2018, 06:08:23 PM
Looks interesting but it looks like a beta version?
Let me know what are coins are supported with this wallet do you have any blog page on the site where we can see all currently supported coins?

The site looks not legit no privacy policy and no terms and condition and the other thing I notice like SFR10 ask can you explain about this "Every vault is stored offline in the secure Morph data center and backed up regularly.?" how honestly it works? do you have any infographics or video explanation?
Because for me what I understand about offline no one can access it via online so how we can control our vault where wallets are save if it is offline?
7692  Other / Off-topic / Re: Basics for starting to be a campaign manager on: July 13, 2018, 05:47:41 PM
I think you can be a campaign manager but you need to learn first how signature or bounty campaign works .
You can start on basic like learn how to use spreadsheet and learn how to make signature design that you can use in your own campaign.
Start offering free service then the payment must be held to escrow until you can build a good porfolio until you reach a good rank position, this time you can offer your campaign management with your proof that you have experience on managing a campaign.
7693  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: if anyone could help this problem i will give 0.1btc who solve this problems out on: July 13, 2018, 05:40:26 PM
Could you please give us the link of the free wallet company you are using right now so that we can check if the site is legit or not.

The transaction was confirm 2 thousand times and it's impossible that he didn't receive or you didn't receive it on free wallet unless if you paste a wrong bitcoin address.

Check carefully the bitcoin address from free wallet if it's the same as the address where you send the bitcoin from your electrum wallet and maybe you mistaken copy a wrong address?
7694  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What are the Virtual Credit Card Service available funding Bitcoins and spend ? on: July 11, 2018, 09:00:31 PM
You can also check the other list of cards here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1242788.0
you can use bitcoin to fund then then accept anywhere to the internet.

I wonder why you need the credit cards that can fund with bitcoin? maybe I can give you some some advice or opinion if you are planning to use in online some services online won't work depends if what card you are using.
7695  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Flashing SD card with image- Bitmain Antminer T9+ on: July 11, 2018, 08:43:37 PM
Never experienced to flash via sd card but I found a youtube video if how to install firmware on antminer but the problem it's chinese version.
Check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VT0GBoh_xTI

Let me ask did you try to reflash it with firmware from here https://shop.bitmain.com/support.htm?pid=007201802091434313565J4tI3p60644
if you can access the dashboard of your miner then you can use that firmware and update.

Also, check this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2386296.0
It works on t9 and s9 and maybe it can work on t9+.
7696  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: my wallet [Suspicious link removed] not receiving bitcoin, why? on: July 10, 2018, 11:33:31 PM
Your IP doesn't influence with your wallet addresses. If you logged to the right wallet, the address should be valid and the transaction should show up.

OP, are you sure that you own this address? Did you double check in the "Receive" tab when sending it to whoever sent you the coins? Maybe your computer is infected with a Clipboard Hijacker that changes the address in your clipboard to the hacker's one?
I think even he is infected with clipboard Hijacker or something, since he said he use the "bitcoin address request" he should receive a notification with pending request to pay the amount of bitcoin that he ask.

I think the wrong here if he actually owns the bitcoin address he should receive it.
I'm pretty sure I owned this address, I don't know if I was hacked.

Could you try to re-login again with incognito mode and try.
What I see here is that you pasted a wrong payment request link? I tried to use the request payment from blockchain and I tried to use the giving link but it didn't work.

Look at this image below this is what I'm talking about you use?
7697  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: APW++-12-1600 Bitmain PSU not outputting any power on: July 10, 2018, 11:13:11 PM
If you have voltage meter then check all 6 pins cable the output must be 12v if all cable gives you a correct voltage then the problem is your miner and not your PSU but you must reboot the miner first and let it run for 10-20 minutes for power cycle.
7698  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Is there an operating system that syncs Bitcoin core the fastest? on: July 10, 2018, 10:46:11 PM
What Os is booting right now? are you still booting on windows 7 or its now booting on ubuntu?
You must install grub bootloader to show both windows and ubuntu when startup

Try this
Code:
To load GRUB at startup, to the following:

    Boot into Windows 7
Open the Command Prompt(in Administrator Mode). Go to Start -> Command Prompt -> Right Click and "Run as Administrator".

type in the following command and press enter:

    bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\ubuntu\grubx64.efi

Now Restart your system, and the GRUB menu should be loaded. Select the OS you want to boot into.
If it won't work try to follow this solution https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zzOXlIYB6-8 this time you must boot your bootable ubuntu cd or usb then choose try mode because you need here is the terminal to update your grub bootloader to fix it.
7699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: my wallet [Suspicious link removed] not receiving bitcoin, why? on: July 10, 2018, 10:26:52 PM
The transaction was made on July 4, xpub6BqZb75b73yVa7ggtoeVAmUXQG17G2Vb4ews5NkQh8pEqXPobBzB1r16uUZ9oyXjUyLSWFMo7yH LZuj98mvToSiCAzFC1ZemUcXdX3c58KH , but don't show the transaction..
I created the wallet at www [Suspicious link removed] ..
Can you pm me the exact website where you make a bitcoin wallet it's always suspicious link on my side.
And could clarify this (I used the "bitcoin address request" to get a bitcoin)

I hope that you are using a unique IP or Proxy not a shared Proxy because there is possibility that someone can remotely paste other bitcoin address when sending bitcoin.
7700  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Is there an operating system that syncs Bitcoin core the fastest? on: July 10, 2018, 10:04:46 PM
I'm not going to copy anything as my windows data should be picked up on the ubuntu os.

Can anyone suggest any help to something. I had it where my installer didn't manage to install on the boot partition so I had to do it separately.
I now have an issue where it doesn't bring up a menu to ask what operating system I want to use, anyone know what the issue could be - it had to do chkdsk initially and I was told that would affect it but it was just once.
You mean you want to install the linux on Windows OS I mean you wan't it to run them in dual boot? or you are planning to install the Linux in VMware?
If you want to install linux you must create new partion first then install linux in a new created  partion after installation it should ask if what OS you want to boot every time you restart it.
You can follow this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wk0m6TlO8X4 but this guide is for windows 7 and windows vista but you can install linux as vista.

If you are using windows 10 I heard that dual boot on windows 10 is not working.
I found a solution here it might help.
