Admit that you are just lazy  I am trying to improve response of players for new BSFL season and you are shooting with a gun in your leg. I never said we should move any conversation there, just make 1 or 2 notifications each week max. End of story. We had just that in first 2 seasons. We would fire notificatins when questions are live and then once again on the deadline day just for people that did not submit. Which is in my mind much better since you don't bother others. Still did not help and we had missed deadlines. Then we switched things for season 3 and let repetead offenders get kicked out. We expected problems in Div 3 and decided it is worth to get good base of 50 players rather than 60 where you need to keep reminding some of them. And by the way, why would anyone need notification? Deadline is same every single week, they can use fucking alarm clock on mobile. Just set weekly alarm called BSFL and it is done. I feel stupid just by having to point that out. |

I use the mobile (iPhone) and it is easy to check the answers, if you use the mobile version you cannot see the answers properly, but the trick is to use the desktop version on the mobile then you can see everything..
Just tried it, works well enough and real simple to do. Before somebody says they don't have iphone i tested it on android. I was using that option before for some sites but never tried for our spreadsheet since info in it isn't usually time critical and I check it when I get back home. |

Oh wow! The fact that both Sabalenka and Zheng made it to the final means that I got my first point. Trofo decided to secure at least one point in the 10th question, but my risk payed off in the end. And that point means much as we have only three different answers if we are not counting penalty question. Now I just need Đoković to beat Sinner and lose 2 sets in that game. I think I will at least secure penalties with that result. I made a mistake when answering that Đoković will go to the final and lose 5 or more sets. I miscalculated how many games he has to play before the final.
I told you I am fielding youth team. If it were first team players I would have the same answer as you, just like bookies predicted Sabalenka is a top player but I have seen her break down so many times, I just have to try to play against her when their is good opportunity. Costed me a lot of money in the past. These friendlies are perfect opportunity to try something a bit different and then incorporate into main games if proven successful. I also answered all the penalties yes, without even reading them. |

I was going to say this as well, no match have ended scoreless for in this tournament and one would say it's a very high scoring one so far, going by the standards set by the previous edition but there is only a goal score across 4 matches today, AFCON is really just making prediction get way more complicated, I could have had 2 exact score tonight, but I changed Morocco from 1-0 prediction to 2-0 just a few minutes before the kickoff as I thought Morocco should be able to score more than one goal.
The round of 16 fixtures are evenly distributed and majority of the matchups look a whole lot like some 50-50 affairs, It's going to be quite interesting and I guess that's the round that will likely show an hint of who the winner of the pool might be too.
You moved 14 positions higher. Wow, that was a lot of movement right now; if someone wants to reach the top, this is the round to do it in since the further we go, the harder it is. I managed to earn 7 despite starting slowly this round. We can expect more 0-0s and penalties in the round of 16. Nigeria's bracket is the easiest; our only concern is Cameroon, and if we can go past them, we might make the final. One goal in 4 games yesterday... sounds like it were quite boring games all around. Finally got some points yesterday on the draws but I had them all as scoring draws so not enough to reclaim the very top. Monster round from Harkorede, congrats man. |

Regarding telegram discussion: 1. We can't run BSFL in any way that requires constant involvement from Sportsbet and we don't have admin rights in their telegram group 2. Only thing that gets us funding and keeps BSFL going is actually activity here on bitcointalk. Why would we shoot the project down in such effective way with providing another place to talk about it and take people away from here. It would be so much easier to give you the link for the competition on site where we are running it than to write reports here. But we are doing in this way to get people to come here. 3. One of points behind BSFL was to integrate people from clubhouse and bring them to bitcointalk. I think current setup is perfect for that. 4. We don't want to babysit players, we want engaged managers. If you aren't able to post answers in time when you have 48 hours to do so and always the same deadline - BSFL isn't for you. We had to do it like that in the beginning to create a core base of players but we don't want to send notifications and hold you by the hand all the time. 5. Everything we could ever pin on telegram is written in first 4 posts of this thread. Is checking them so much harder then reading pinned messages in telegram? I mean we loose time every aingle week to uodate them with all new info, if nobody uses them, what's the point  |

This is why I didn't join AFCON pool. I have no idea about that and also about Asian cup so I would have definitely lost. I guess this will be another boring round because Trofo and me have many answers that are the same. But that doesn't mean we can't comment on the results  Nobody can predict those things, that is why it is fun to play. I have no idea and don't plan to watch them anytime soon, does not mean I am gonna skip the pool. Did not even check the table until now and I was quite sure I am already a goal or two behind so seeing that we are still even will count like a win in my book |

How did Matchday 21 go for you? Any closer to the 100 mark?
1/7 only for me which make me harder to reach 100 at the end of the season. I think Trofo is the one from this forum who get the best achievement and get best chance to reach 100 unless he had bad result in the last few rounds. With 17 rounds left, I have 42/100 only so it is harder to make it full 100 because I need to have 4/7 in the remaining rounds which is almost impossible to happen if I look at my previous few rounds. I am doing ok. Not at home and I don't have FJ login on mobile so can't check at the moment but I know I passed 55 mark but probably didn't hit 60 yet. Definitely in my reach if I continue in same way. |

We already have that channel, not my fault nobody from bitcointalk wants to visit it I am promoting it about once a month here and I am inviting people there in every article I have written this season. Trofo, what's up with the WTA question? Gauff and Sabalenka are playing the semifinal game so one of them will surely lose before the final. Is this your way of securing at least one point for that question?
In my mind this tournament goes to the winner between Gauff & Sablanka match. I have no idea who will come trough from the top half of the draw so I decided to secure a point this time rather than leave it all to the luck. Never on my side anyway. |

The finals (If Djokovic makes it) game doesn't count, the very first clause of the question is whether or not Djokovic will make it to the final, and the second question is how many set will he lose in total before getting to the final (If eventually he does). So, to be very clear whatever happens in the final doesn't count for the question Great! Just as I thought, but better to check than to screw up the answer I just submitted. Trofo is still contemplating his answers but there's nothing to wait anymore. Sabalenka is leading 4-2 in the second set after winning the first set so that should be an easy win for her. All other games are after the deadline. If by contemplating, you mean, don't give a fu.. about them, then yes. I have a slot from 4:15 til 4:45 being at home, after I do lunch and walk the dog anything that is left is used on BSFL. Check my submission times it is never before 4:30 on Tuesday. If nothing is left, then I pick by hunch on mobile while waiting at traffic lights. |
