Just to be clear, in the "Đoković question" number of lost sets in the final game is not counted, right? For example if Đoković loses four sets in games before the final, correct answer will be "Djoković reaches the final and loses 5 sets or less in the process". Is that right? I tend to misunderstand that kind of questions so I'm just being careful

I have a slot from 4:15 til 4:45 being at home, after I do lunch and walk the dog anything that is left is used on BSFL. Check my submission times it is never before 4:30 on Tuesday.

Hey man, it's all the ups and downs of BSFL. I found a way to win in the last two rounds, not really sure how if I'm honest. I was actually aiming for draws and then got 6 points. Maybe it's the change of mentality and not getting pressured to get the right answer? I even survived making a mistake (I was sure I picked Sainz to win) but I didn't need that point in the end.

How well as overthinking served you so far this season, it is very obvious how well you overthink on questions too, you overthink them to an extent of which you can't outthink yourself 

I could say I knew what your answers could be on at least 3-4 of the questions, and I actually was right about 3 of them, so much for being an overthinker 

Hhampuz have been one of the very first to submit since he came aboard, if not for how well he's been doing one would guess he just throws in a bunch of answers and get it over with, while we that wait for a very probable hint have never won the best player of the round for once, time to switch tactics, I'd say the new quote is "Fortune favours the Brave First - Hhampuz, 2024"

I think creating a telegram group or channel will be more or less but them taking away the attention and engagement that were supposedly meant to be directed here or towards the Sportsbet chat to another platform, almost everyone here have a means to setup a reminder not to forget to submit there answers, for those that forget my opinion is that other things takes precedence and they probably remember a bit too late, but I'm very sure none of those who forget to make their predictions would be active on telegram at the point of any sent reminder, for instance I personally have the few groups I am on telegram muted.

There is only one constant thing in life, which is death right, but as BSFL there are also two constant things; 1. The questions get posted every Sunday (which I supposed is a free day for almost every body here). 2. There is a deadline of almost 48 hours, which is Tuesdays at 6PM GMT, and it has never change.

So, in my most candid opinion, anyone who is genuinely interested here would find a 5-10 minutes of free time between Sunday and Tuesday to submit even if it were just randomly guessed answers.

In my mind this tournament goes to the winner between Gauff & Sablanka match. I have no idea who will come trough from the top half of the draw so I decided to secure a point this time rather than leave it all to the luck. Never on my side anyway.

Channel is something different, there is no conversation, no bots, only posts with news, results, rounds ann, and other important things.

If no then this round should be null and void, what the actual hell of a tournament!

Not sure about the 1st question, but occasionally we have a question which nobody answers correctly.
Since we have 50+ people playing, it's getting more rare though.

Crossed our minds at some point, yeah - but as Harkorede said, most of the things in BSFL are already known and work on a defined schedule.
If BSFL expands to 100+ players (which isn't something we're looking to do at this point) or if we have problems with relaying information in the future, we'll see what to do to change it.

We have a group, so both a group and a channel would be overkill. We could maybe improve a bit and pin stuff more often.

That place is boring and quiet as graveyard( the part nobody will tell you). I left the same day I joined and I never looked back. All discussion is better on this thread, I do not see any reason to create a telegram group honestly.

AFCON is really surprising. Ghana out, Algeria out, Egypt barely made it. Only Senegal I think is living up to reputation but we have some crazy goalscoring festivals all over so I'm not even mad lol
