781  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Vaccine required on: December 11, 2018, 09:59:53 AM
I must first say that the title of the post is nothing close to the content of the post.
Also positive movement of the market won't kill any one rather it would increase the number of peoples interested

782  Other / Meta / Re: Biggest question on: December 11, 2018, 09:41:20 AM
You must probably be getting something twisted

It's bitcointalk forum not bitcointalk chat

This is not a dating site or the rest of them...

And beside on everyone profile there is an option to message them although some has restrictions to those who can message them.

Or better still drop your issue as a topic and you would get reply
783  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New to bitcoin on: December 11, 2018, 09:34:23 AM
No one really pays attention to your age so long you are above 21 and also no one cares about your financial status it's sounds to me like a form of begging.

Well you can employ the use of google to search for books on basis or concise cryptocurrency knowledge it's important to know the basis this would help you have a standard foundation
784  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A hacking way of myetherwallet. on: December 11, 2018, 09:31:00 AM
It's not possible to conceal your email address from the general public one way or the other your email address would be required when registering for something online so you can't possibly know which is meant for scam purposes..

If you take the necessary safety precautions you would be a bit OK.
I recommend 2fa authenticator
785  Other / Meta / Re: BAN AND FORBIDDEN REASON on: December 09, 2018, 09:48:44 AM
Don't be sympathetic you sure did something that is against the forum rules

And that is you plagiarise and it's penalty is permanent ban
786  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Before you go shopping Dont forget push show rating button on: December 07, 2018, 06:38:50 AM
Let it be know rating or no rating always trade with complete caution.

Any one with red trust was once without it until a victim feel so even if a member is without a red trust they can still defraud you

And beside the post is quite a one we are used to already it's been discussed severally here and your post was very superficial
787  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the best section to announce an ICO? on: December 07, 2018, 06:32:41 AM
The best place for announcing an ico is the announcement section of the form and you also say it is a trading platform then it might go in the project development links to the two has already been post on reply of other member.  But how about checking https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=8.0 that is the trading discussion and I advice you Dont just post any announcement quickly just understand the discussion there
788  Other / Meta / Re: Evil IP and bad reports. on: December 07, 2018, 12:28:01 AM
Well the idea is not such a bad one but this would be a priceless tool in the hands of trollers and they would constantly be abusing the report button just to get under the skin of there victim and also this would be annoying for the moderators.

this won't be good for some newbie who enters here for the purpose to learn with this implemented it would make them scarred to make post and this would affect there zeal in the long run.

The  payment method to get back to be able to post won't go well for the image of the forum. The forum is very must established I don't think she needs any one's funds desperately

Button line having a post deleted is quite a balance way to handle the situation and to maintain a good conducive forum

789  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hackers in disguise on: December 06, 2018, 08:31:35 PM

Your contribution is quite a good one but either ways am still correct my intentions was to make it clear that getting your apps, music, videos or other files form individuals or any other suspicious places could be bad. And also most source still end up directing you to play store or apple store it's kind of trusted but still not completely safe
790  Other / Beginners & Help / Hackers in disguise on: December 06, 2018, 03:56:20 PM
Well by now most of us know about scammers, hackers and there Co host and how there ugly act can course there prey loss of fund and vital information.

It's obvious everyone wants to protect themselves from this criminals most times at all cost we are constantly craving for new and improved way of protecting ourselves from falling prey to them and some times as a result of our anxiousness in protecting ourselves we can become vulnerable and gullible to them.

It's should not be a surprise to some individuals this scammers now poses to have protection tools or apps against scam for example I entered a site the other day and a small box with a clickable link stating that there is a virus on my phone(my phone was very OK)  and I should click the link to eliminate it  if I was so anxious I would have clicked it and falling prey to them there various schemes they are coming up with.

We always want advanced protection rather than just doing the little primary safety measures first like
# don't click it if you don't understand it
# download most of your apps, from play store or apple store
# get a double protection system from google
# falling in love with the report spam and block button
# stick to rules and don't be greedy

You can have other added measures and just stay safe
791  Other / Meta / Re: Account hacked -- should I blame admins or not? on: December 06, 2018, 03:37:53 PM
What I can see on this thread is some big time quote abusers most especially the first individual that replied who had no reason what so ever to quote the OP whole post when he or she is directly under the post

Post quotation when abused can create an ugly scene especially when the guilty party do not really have something tangible to contribute
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Santa gift can early on: December 05, 2018, 07:18:39 AM
One gains and you got people post would you also post the hundreds of other loses.

As an inventors I don't like to see things like this is could be quite misleading or pure shilling my thoughts though.

It's best to just state that bear market can still hold some possibilities and also state that it can hold loses as well
793  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto is not friendly to beginners. on: December 04, 2018, 06:37:51 AM
Well from my own opinion you where trying to lure or entice them into cryptocurrency rather you should have educated them.

You might also need to learn more yourself first in other to achieve that.

Cryptocurrency is quite friendly to beginners If the interest is strong and the basis is learnt
794  Other / Meta / Re: Assistance for a banned account on: December 04, 2018, 06:31:58 AM
Permit me to add that you can register a bee account to appeal for an account that was ban but judging by the activities of this account you used it certainly not a new account

That aside you surely have gone against the rule of the forum that led to your account being ban. my best guess is plagiarism
795  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto community on Twitter on: December 03, 2018, 10:10:06 AM
The most experienced and best cryptocurrency forum is bitcoin talk forum

And that's is the forum we are presently in so I see no use again suggesting any other forum regardless if there are on other platform your suggestion might be bore out of share interest or may be just a genuine suggestion no one can ascertain but the fact is that there is hardly some thing you can't get here that you would find in another community
796  Other / Meta / Re: [Suggestion] Merit for reported posts on: December 03, 2018, 06:47:35 AM
The moderators would be the ones to feel the most impact of the OP suggestion.

They would be getting constant report on a post some might to even be reasonable claim they will just be another avenue for merit hunters to try there luck thereby abusing the forum.
797  Economy / Speculation / Re: Hello cryptoworld after few months and bitcoin price is around $4000(!) on: December 02, 2018, 01:40:31 PM
We are going the direction in which the market volatility leads us.

I don't know why by now people still get surprised when the market drops it's all part of the nature of market and investment.

For some certain reasons bitcoin is down at the moment as compare to what it started at early this year we all have to accept the situation and avoid panic decision rather adopt strategies that best suits the situation
798  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Should I close the Fit to Talk project? on: December 02, 2018, 08:14:23 AM
<   >

Well the idea to aid members improve there English is quite a welcoming one since English is the most used language here on the forum.

This poor English barrier had made members scared to contribute there part to the forum they don't want to embarrass themselves with there post.

Well I am just getting to know about the fit to talk project I have gone through the and I am already poised to register and also get individuals that are in need of such aid to get in.

I would appeal to the organiser to not close down this very important assistance. Probably it's in starting stage and hurdles are most likely expected but closing it is sure not the best step.
799  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can we get paid? on: December 02, 2018, 06:37:14 AM
You just said it all by stating that you find it hard to get merit and the bases of getting merit is making quality and helpful post so I wonder what quality post you want to get paid for.

Like the first reply correctly points out that your post history is nothing close to a quality post.

You will only earn in the forum when you learn
800  Other / Meta / Re: They effect of re-allocating unspent smerit to users who give smerits. on: December 01, 2018, 05:51:15 PM
I would disagree with the OP on this one.  The merit distribution have been almost perfectly balance across all board on the forum.

The merit sources has been very active in terms of merit distribution regardless of if the post is one the concur with.

There is no need bring up this topic why do you do this little background work

* why just don't you do your survey well and notice that good and helpful post get merited
*check if your definition of a good post is actually correct
*or best still apply to be a merit source( your might cure the forum of the illness it never suffered)
