As Karpeles had initially not been formally charged for a crime, authorities could not legally detain him for more than 23 days at a time.

so what arrested for few day then went out . ?

if u ask to spend few day in jail in exchange of million of dollars i am pretty sure that most people will happily go to jail  Grin

I, for one, would gladly get fucked in the ass by the biggest, baddest black dude while cupping his balls and French kissing Leroy Fodor for a million bucks. Okay, perhaps not cupping balls unless it's for two million dollars. HAHAHA

EDIT: Who keeps hijacking my account. HAHAHA

I just came across the following while tracking Cryptsy's coins: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/29tdt3/remember_the_800_btc_fuckup_guy/cioc8f9?context=10000

This is the address I found that led me him: 1FL488btzV244B5dkCTL6PZruJ9Di7AtT9

He claims that Mt Gox repaid his 800 BTC on July 4, 2014, five months after Gox closed and nobody else has yet to receive any of their funds.

I wonder what Horus asked to get edited out - maybe it was the comment about how Marshall Long (Their CTO) ruined their relationships with the banks and that's why Cryptsy Canada supposedly failed?
If I have time later, I'll go through the radio show again and make timestamp notes of interesting things.

Hey, Rick Stoner, I have a better idea. Destroy your copy of the video and sue everybody for uploading the original so that you yourself don't get sue by those who agreed to be on the broadcast... then hunt down James the Editor and cup his balls.

went back and looked at polonibox, Rick clarified that the things being removed are all comments about Paul Vernon's house, and a question about their communication methods. Said that "they were not relevant".

Great! Let's delete the facts of using Skype to communicate sensitive information and that Paul Vernon and Lorie Nettles were able to purchase a $1.3M USD home on a greatly reduced income due to the ~$13M USD Cryptsy theft, namely 16832 CHARLES RIVER DR, DELRAY BEACH, FL 33446 0010, purchase in March 2015, as evident here: http://www.co.palm-beach.fl.us/papa/Asps/PropertyDetail/PropertyDetail.aspx?parcel=00424629130003540&

The first person to correctly count the obvious errors in the following article wins an Oreo cookie: https://www.hackread.com/cryptsy-hacked-bitcoin-worth-usd-6-million-stolen/

Now, there is a bounty over Lucky7Coin’s developer’s head: 1000BTC promised to anyone who can trace the stolen money.

There's two, leaving it for yous to [easily] hunt the others in the short article. Hint: It's over six errors in total, which is amazing given that it's a fresh article based on other articles penned over the past twice days.

Paul Vernon, also known as Big Vern, founder of Cryptsy[,] announced that the cryptocurrencies exchange had been hacked. The announcement was made more than a year after the discovery of the hack[.] Cryptsy, meanwhile, was trying to cover everything up by channelling [sp] the money it was earning back into its clients’ wallets.

The attacker – famous [really, famous? Most of us never even heard of this shit] for developing Lucky7Coin – inserted a Trojan malware into Cryptsy’s code [what?] so that he could access precious information and transfer cyber currencies – mainly bitcoin and litecoin, among others still being discovered  – out of Cryptsy’s safe lukewarm storage. Overall[comma] the losses amount to $6 million, equal to with a running tab of over 13,00 (commas use two 0's?) BTC and 300,000 LTC if translated into cryptocurrencies.

Cryptsy is under investigation by a US federal court as it "held hostage” money belonging to its clients. The account holders were in fact denied access, and ability to withdraw, or unable to their funds. Clients were not warned of the hack and many of them continued depositing funds into the exchange [, lured in by the reduced trading fees to get more deposits in the coffers]. The money was probably used to refill those wallets who resulted after the attack. Cryptsy still owes [more than] 10,000 BTC (3830900.00 US Dollar) to its clients. Big Vern declared that he even try tried to involve the FBI in the matter, but did not succeed to do so, but instead chose to use buzzwords and recent headlines to try to prove his innocence.

Now, there is a bounty over Lucky7Coin’s developer’s head to return funds: 1000BTC promised to anyone who can trace the stolen money. Big Vern, on the other hand, promises “mercy” in the case of the hacker spontaneously returning the money or “war” if the hacker [does....what?].

That was harder than I thought and now my brain hurts

Dude, you earned the entire box! Get it from Spoetnik and have him bill me.

Cryptsy further said that an attempt was made to report the matter to the Miami FBI, however, they directed the company to report it on the 13C website and has not received any response yet.

Since it's not a direct quote, either 13C should've been replaced with 1C3 or with [sic] following 13C if quoted verbatim.

Full Disclosure: I never spend one second behind a desk in any higher education institute, but mostly these authors have, paying good money for the privilege so to later earn a higher wage to pen grammatically incorrect prose, not to mention misinformation.

CCN story

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/lawsuit-cryptsy-proceed-planned-despite-theft-claim/

When asked if Cryptsy’s claim of a theft would inhibit the filing of the class action lawsuit in any way, Mr. Silver replied:

It’s business as usual. What this appears to be is possibly criminal liability.
He continued, “I represent investors that lose money. The complaints against Cryptsy have been filed and we are waiting on personal service.”

It’s business as usual. What this appears to be is possibly criminal liability. So they suspect criminal activity?

we are waiting on personal service They have not found him to serve him?

Interesting...

I would love to be a fly on the wall when they start deposing vern and the cryptsy employees...

Okay, I'm not in Korea where perhaps (Twice) = (Four Times) and (A Few) = (3.14159265...). James' article. which he'll get paid for, basically consisted of one source - Cryptsy's Blog - and an interview via a phone call(?) to a lawyer in Florida first thing Monday morning CST, much later (or earlier) Korean time, yet omits important updates (provided by this community sans pay) of which was not ask about of the lawyer.

In essence, James' Moreau was once paid for being an editor penned an article which he'll get paid for, submitted it to another editor which he'll get paid for that service, with neither one of them (if not others) catching the grave error, namely updates provided by those not getting paid, all the while Paul Vernon is setting back going like HAHAHA.

EDIT: I just corrected this post twice for grammar, four times more than James did to update his article. I'm like HAHAHA.

EDIT #9: Just fixed another error.

EDIT #17: Renamed EDIT #9 to EDIT Karn Evil 9, then changed it back.

You da man!
Did you read this?? That's in fact very retarded. Denouncing people and giving incentive to do so by offering money is a very bad move for society.

Doesn't mean that I agree with what Paul did in any way. At all.

Think of it as a game that Paul Vernon devised, with Payban à la Tit for Tat now used against Paul to win the game. HAHAHA

Well, after some last minute corrections due to my errors during formatting (144 does not equal 140), https://twitter.com/MLKsIHaveADream is now complete with all 86 tweets in place, symbolic of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s 86th birthday today (UTC/GMT), born January 15, 1929.

I've read the entire I Have a Dream speech once again in its new format, and I must admit it reads rather well. Hope you folks also take the time to give it a read, for even if it's not your first time, I'm sure you'll come away with a different perspective upon rereading it. I know I have, even after having read it dozens of times during the past few days.

Now, I'm goin' to tighten up the bio a tad, for I feel it's lacking. Then, I'm goin' do some tweeting of my own from one of the other Twitter accounts I have. Hopefully, by tomorrow the site will start gaining traction with the help of some [notable] periodicals.

Here's to a million new set of eyeballs subtly being introduced to Bitcoin for the very first time. For lack of a better term, I'll dub it the Million Eyeball March.

FYI, I'd have no problem with handing over the MLKsIHaveADream Twitter account to The Kind Center as a gift.

Thanks to the two Bitcoiners that have opted to follow thus far, neither account belonging to me.

Well, it's been a year and I'm taken aback upon viewing the many folks opting to follow this piece of art. Brings tears to my eyes.  Cry

What Investors Need to Know About Entering Iran's Stock Market
Bloomberg    - ‎1 hour ago‎
One of the world's hardest-to-enter stock markets just became more accessible to international investors. As financial sanctions are eased against Iran, foreigners can enter a bourse in Tehran with almost as many listed companies as Istanbul.

If only I knew of a person who has some stolen cryptocurrencies, I would turn them on to this tidbit, but what are the odds of such a person reading this post of mine?
