7801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] -NEW BURST OP- MINE ANY FREE SPACE-(HDD MINING)- ATs, AE, P2P MARKET+MORE! on: January 12, 2017, 09:01:12 PM
We added a new game to our arcade website that accepts BURST (and, of course, Bitcoin):

Send your BURST (or BTC) to the wheel and spin to win!

Go to https://bitcoin-arcade.com and click on the wheel game icon at the top of the page.
You can pick BURST from the "Currency:" drop-down menu.

By the way, is there a TrueType font for the BURST symbol like there is for BTC? The way the BTC font works is "B" becomes the Bitcoin currency symbol and "T" and "C" are zero-width so if the font doesn't load the browser still shows "BTC". Anyone with font-making knowledge on here?

This is good to see more Burst being accepted on a games site. Now we just need Burst to be accepted in more places and then we might start to see the price rise more and stay above 100 sats. For now I have stopped buying assets as I think I have enough at the moment so now it's time for me to start building on my stack and just use the dividends to purchase more assets. As by doing this not only am I building on my stack but also building my asset portfolio at the same time.

We have upgraded on one resell rights materials site for $150 lifetime we strike  a deal with that store that he agreed to receive payment via Victoriouscoin,so we will have a continuous supply of material to our membership site for 2 years..

More updates in the coming days

Wow, thats good news, the sense that VTY is now starting to have real value. Smiley

Looking forward for more updates.

Keep it up team!

Yes this is great news and I agree we are now starting to see VTY have real value and that is the reason why I have been buying as much as I can at these low levels at just 1 sats because we don't know how long it will be at this low price with all the new updates coming out each week. So far 2017 is off to a great start for VTY and the community who supports the coin.

Hi I am looking at investing some btc into krypton and would like to know what is a good amount of krypton coins to start off with? thanks in advance and I am looking forward to joining this krypton community.

Welcome to the KR community and if you want to start out staking KR I would suggest you start with around 3,000 to 5,000 KR coins as this should earn you some nice staking rewards each day. It will also depend on whether you are going to be staking 24/7 or just a few hours a day but still the amount I suggested should earn you some KR. Good luck!

I am trying to move my coin out of yobit but they said I cannot withdraw my coins

Ya bro, a problem in yobit. Dont buy 133 coin in yobit. choose another exchange

I totally agree as Yobit seem to do this all the time with many different crypto currencies and it does get annoying and frustrating because we want our coins in our wallets to stake but then we find out that when we want to withdraw we can't. I've had this happen many times to me in the past with Yobit and now I never use that exchange unless I have to. I recommend Cryptopia as an exchnage for 1337 coins as you can also buy 1337 coins with Doge, LTC, BTC and I believe XMR.

Clemson Tigers vs. Alabama Crimson Tide -6.5 (1.949) : Loss

Well, I lost my bet. But wow, what an amazing come from behind finish for Clemson to win the title on the last drive of the game. Deshaun Watson was clutch for the Tigers.

Monday Result : -1.00 bet unit
Thread Total : +14.19 bet units

Nice profit overall but wow that game was good. I didn't bet on it because I don't bet on college games but I had a feeling to bet on Clemson and I told myself no I don't want to throw away money. I guess I should have made that bet.  Undecided

I agree, that was some game between two of the best teams in the NCAA Football and that's what the fans want to see the 2 best teams fight it out and they sure did. I also didn't bet only because in my opinion it was a tough game to try and pick a winner and also I already put on a futures bet on Ohio State to win the Championship for this season which they fell short so I decided not to bet in this game. Sorry for the loss Junko but at least you are way in profit for the season.
7807  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 10, 2017, 09:14:21 PM
Pakistan easily won their 1st ODI tour match against Cricket Australia XI scoring 7/334 runs off 50 overs and then bowling out Australia for just 138 runs giving them a 196 runs win. This should give them some confidence going into the ODI series against Australia and also it will be a different team from the test series. I know that the team they played was second rate but it can help get that winning mentality back and maybe even challenge Australia in the up coming ODI series.
7808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ――――――――――――――――― ▲ MOIN ―――――――――――――――― on: January 09, 2017, 09:49:20 PM
I have some good news and that is that I have a few people interested in MOIN and will most likely start buying some MOIN coins. More people need to know about this coin as it has shown and proven to us people already holding MOIN coins that this coin can stand up to a BTC price rise when most other Alts fall. Also over the past year we have seen a nice steady price rise for MOIN and I believe it will continue into 2017.

Just noticed a big jump in network weight at over 1000000, it's the first time I have seen Krypton's network weight go over 1 million. It's good to see more people starting to stake KR and now I'll need to get some more to compete with the network to bring down my estimate time to earn some KR.

Why should ppl invest into a coin where the dev demonstrate how legit and competent she is due promoting scam-sites ?

I'm not saying for people to invest in KR, I'm saying that more people seem to be staking KR now due to the high network weight compared to last week. Not sure if it's new investor's or old investor's who took their coins off the exchanges to start staking. As I said I agree that KR should not be associated with a scam site but that's not my place to say what or what not the dev should do. Anyway time will tell if KR is what people think it is but for me I will continue to stake and wait and see.

I would say buy all burst you can get while is still so crazy cheap!

I agree because we may never see these low prices again. I buy as much Burst as I can each week and have been for 6 months now and have built up a nice stack as well as a nice amount of assets.

Quote
I just like to get people who are in Burst opinions on which assets are the best to buy at this moment. I already have some new worldofmine asset and burst4all asset and i want to buy more assets and want peoples opinions on which one are good to buy. I like weekly payments or daily from assets.

Well I would highly recommend the Burst team assets like Burstaker, Bsliver, ByteEnt, Bursteam, and even ccminer100 assets are good and pay daily dividends. And also the Burst teams assets may start paying weekly dividends soon so that would be awesome instead of monthly like they currently are. Received my dividends from the Burst team assets yesterday and put it all back into buying more assets.

I win good money on Australia winning the test series 3-0 I put a bet on this and I worry in Melbourne test because it look like it comes a draw but lucky Australia win and also win in Sydney. I think Pakistan have good chance at winning a ODI game against Australia because I think they play better ODI then test so maybe the ODI series will be closer then test series.

Congrats on your win and I also won on Australia winning the test series 3-0 but as you said it was close with the Melbourne test match as it was looking like it would come a draw. I agree that Pakistan might play better in the ODI series and might even win a game but I still think Australia will win the series as again they are tough to beat at home in all forms of cricket. But I do think the ODI series will be a lot closer then the test series.

I received a pm today regarding the issue with C-cex. one of the questions was "Have you considered other options for resolving the issue, or are you writing it off?"

to be frank, the coins must still be somewhere in c-cex's possession and ive been told that users can still see them in their c-cex balance but with the notice "Wallet Broken".

Ive never run an exchange or anything remotely similar but i assume they must have a wallet.dat file that contains the coins of their users, in this case 1337. So your coins are not lost, we just have to find a way to get them back to you, the rightful owner.

Maybe im thinking too simple but what is stopping them from loading the coins in a windows wallet and sending them to the withdrawal address the users provide them with? is it too much work? Apparently it is, otherwise they would have thought of this a long time ago...

Well, if its too much work for them I'll offer my assistance to get things sorted and do the dirty job myself. They can send me their unencrypted wallet.dat file along with a list of users and their balances and send the users to me to claim their coins.

Actually, i dont even need the usernames in the list, maybe just the amounts would be enough. I would need a screenshot from the users 1337 balance so they can proof how many coins they had on c-cex, along with an address where they want to receive their coins and thats it... you get your coins back.

For those who are shy or who rather want to stay anonymous and dont want to pm me on here, i can find another way for you to contact me ( like through email or something). I dont mind doing some extra work for my community and im not interested in stealing anyones coins either cause i have plenty of my own.

Let me hear your thoughts on this and we will take it from there. It will also depend on c-cex ofc if they are willing to cooperate but im not writing anything off and will always keep looking for a solution.

This is good to see a dev wanting to help people get back their 1337 coins from an exchange. Most devs would just give up and not worry about it but you sir are going above all to help fix this problem with C-cex exchange. Now lets just hope C-cex goes along with it and works with you to sort out the issues because it has gone on for far too long now.

NFL Wild Card Playoff weekend is in the books and all the favorites destroyed the dogs, covering their respective spreads easily. I'm pretty happy with how things went today, even though I try not to be results oriented, since I know very well you can be riding high one day, but then crash and burn the next.

My pick: Green Bay Packers ML

I'm not sure GB will cover the spread on this one so I went with the win.

Your bet on the Packers is looking good at the moment currently winning by 9 points heading into the 4th quarter. Unlucky with your bet on the total over 47 on the Dolphins/Steelers game, if the Steelers just scored a touchdown in the 4th you would of won. Anyway good luck with the Packers mate and same for you Junko as so far your teaser is looking good.

Thanks, vella, mate. I just wish I was more confident and made it a parlay instead of a teaser. Sorry that your Giants Super Bowl pick went down though. That would have been a nice hit for you.

And congrats, mrdeposit on your wins. Bad luck on your Mia-Pit Over bet though. The Dolphins or the Steelers should have scored at least once more in the 4th, but they both blew it.

Anyway, here are my results for this weekend's NFL action (totals at the bottom):

Weekend Total: +5.16 bet units
Thread Total: +15.19 bet units

Congrats on your hits mate and a nice little profit for the weekend. Yeah I'm now out of my Super Bowl bets but I knew they were going to be high risk and I was willing to risk it for a big reward but it didn't pan out that way. Overall I'm in profit for the season even though on my tipster topic I'm down. Just think if you took all the favorites to cover the spread you would of made a nice amount of cash but at least you still hit your teaser but yeah I know what you mean.
7816  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 09, 2017, 12:28:54 AM
Australia white washed the series 3-0 and i did expect that Pakistan would try to draw the match with the assistance of weather,Australia just played like a T20 in their second innings which was really cool to watch and with that knock it was clear that they were looking to wrap the match and their bowlers responded really well.

Yep it was a massive series win for Australia and I'm very happy with the 3-0 series clean sweep because not only that I'm happy my country won but also because I put a bet on Australia to win the series 3-0 as I predicted. As I have been saying for a long time now here Australia are very tough to beat at home and Pakistan drew the bad draw with the cricket grounds they had to play Australia on as all 3 of them Australia have very good records and are very tough to beat. Anyway we now move onto the ODI series.
That was a bold prediction because the main concern was the weather and i really though Pakistan could draw the match if not for their inconsistent batting,if it was any other team the series would have being 1-0 rather than the white wash because most of the time weather was playing its part washing out sessions and still Australia white washed the series shows the lack of good batsmen in the Pakistan line up.

Yes I know it was a bold prediction I made for Australia to win 3-0 but I just know how good they play at home even with loss of time due to the weather as Australia have proved many times in the past playing at home that they can win with very little time in a test match. I even remember watching Australia beat England in Adelaide on the last day of the test match where it was almost certain for a draw but Australia were able to pull off one of the best victories on that ground and even go on to win the 5 test series 5-0.
7817  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If money would not be a problem, would you still gamble? on: January 09, 2017, 12:24:21 AM
I would most likely still gamble as I mostly gamble anyway for fun and enjoyment. And if I had a lot of money and was well off I wouldn't gamble more and I would stick to the plan/strategy I have now because like I said I mostly gamble for fun and yes sometimes for profit but most times for fun.

Guys, ran into a roadblock. Got my nerd friend over now and we were expecting to finish the build tonight but im missing all sorts of connector cables. Im ordering them online now with overnight delivery which only gets them here tuesday funny enough for a service called overnight. lol. But for sure Tuesday im going to be blowing you guys away. I may even start my own thread to show off this beast of a miner. It definitely warrants its own thread so it doesn't just get lost in this thread.

Awesome and I agree I think starting your own thread will be much better then posting here because like you said your posts could get lost in this thread. I can't wait to see some pics of the beast once it's up and running as Adams beast looks Awesome! and I'm sure your's will be just as big. Good luck with it all and it's good to see some big investors investing in Burst, now we just need some more to come in 2017.

Good work and thanks for the release date of the fork to POS 3.0.

After this i hope polo will have this coin on their radar.
I really think that we will see a 2 digit million cap in this year.

Yes good work dev and lets hope that after we are on POS 3.0 that polo finally accepts BitBay. That would be a huge step to making this coin get more exposure in the markets as we all know that polo is the number #1 exchange in the world. I'm also thinking we could see a 2 digit market cap for BitBay as long as it is added on polo.
