I wonder how many people won their parlay today? I checked recent prediction posts and none of them win. Everybody lost from at least one game. Too many draws and surprises happened today. If I picked Italy, Spain over 4.5 goals, Wales bets I would win but I lost my parlays from Croatia and Finland games.

mostly all to many unexpected result and to many games ended with more goals then expected
guess that first game is something like that quite unexpected from them

Yeah I think it is tough to win parlays when it comes to world cup qualifiers because all the teams are trying hard to make the world cup. Iceland is a good example of this, they are playing very good football and after what they did in the Euro 2016 they now want to make it to the world cup so I won't be betting on any matches to do with them. As I said I'm glad the Premier League is back this weekend lol
8742  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: International Games Prediction Thread on: September 06, 2016, 01:18:53 AM
yeah I lost on stupid Iceland game because the moron missed a PK.  And
the other game was cancelled. I can't stand missed Penalty kicks lol.

Same here Ukraine stuffed me up as well as Croatia in my parlay. I know how you feel, I also can't stand missed penalty kicks. I should of went with under 2.5 goals on both games as that's what I was going to do but I thought that Ukraine and Croatia would win. Oh well back to Premier League football this weekend where I have been doing very well betting.

Murray is playing some great tennis and is currently winning 2 sets to 0 and is set to win the 3rd set easily currently leading 4 games to 0 Dimitrov has been no match for Murray tonight. Glad to see Del Potro make it through to the quarter finals but now he must play    Wawrinka which will be a tough match for him but you never know as Del Potro has been playing some great tennis so it's going to be a good match to watch.

Received my payouts and assets that were stuck for over 5 hours, so I'm glad it is all fixed now. Purchased a few more Burstaker assets before the next payout.

For some reason I didn't receive any payouts from BytEnt or Bursteam and also I purchased an asset earlier and it is still pending after 4 hours and there are enough BSilver assets for 100 Burst coins. So is the online wallet stuck again?
8746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Open 2016 - Thoughts and Tips on: September 05, 2016, 06:06:43 AM
another surprise again Nadal lost
now i think its obvious that Murray and Djokovic will play final
maybe Del Porto or Wawrinka can do something but is unexpected from Nadal

Yes I agree it was a surprise Nadal loosing as he has been playing some great tennis. It does now look like it will be Murray and Djokovic final but I still think some of the other players can cause an upset like Del Potro and Nishikori as they have also been playing some great tennis. Djokovic in my opinion has had the easier draw so if it does come down to Murray and Djokovic I think Novak will win. But I am hoping Del Potro can win because I have money on him from the start.
8747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 04, 2016, 10:30:55 PM
Once again Sri Lanka failed to make a big score bowled out for under 200 runs. I thought Australia would of rested Starc but they didn't and he bowled well for his 3 wickets. Finally Dave Warner scored some runs and it was a century, this will give him some confidence heading into the T20 matches. To be honest Sri Lanka were very poor in this ODI series and they will need to improve if they want to win the T20 matches.
8748  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: International Games Prediction Thread on: September 04, 2016, 10:09:55 PM
Kazakhstan vs Poland the current score 2-2 at 90+ minutes and i think Poland will ruin my day because pick for them looks doesn't working well and a bit regret my decission because i was pick for Poland ML

Come here...and we can regret together Cry

Poland played really bad, they wasted few good opportunity to score more goals. They could have win easily but it seems this kind of international games doesnt really attract players to give their everything because this is only the first match and there could be alot more of this bet to come in the future

Yep and Poland made me loose my parlay bet. They were winning 2-0 and I agree they should of scored more goals but they wasted them and in the end they also wasted their chance of winning the game. I did put a single bet on Germany to win so that makes up for my parlay loss. England winning was a good bet as they were paying close to $2 for the win.
8749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: International Games Prediction Thread on: September 04, 2016, 09:51:33 AM
For the first stages of the next World Cup 2018 I picked the following games

San Marino - Azerbaijan Azerbaijan wins
Denmark - Armenia Denmark wins
Kazakhstan - Poland Poland wins
Romania - Montenegro Draw
Norway - Germany Germany wins

Tell me if you guys have any suggestions since I would like to receive some feedback before placing my bet.

I think you are pretty safe with your picks and to be even more safe maybe take Romania +1 European handicap. I put all your tips in a parlay but I went with Romania +1 just to be safe. Of course the draw is a good bet to add value but I want to get this parlay as I have been missing out by 1 team loosing the past couple of parlays I have played. So I hope I get this one I put on. I was going to put Montenegro +2 @1.31 to add a little value but as I said I want to try and win lol

Good luck with your bets!
8750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CoExistCoin - COXST - Blockchain technology to help better humanity on: September 04, 2016, 07:56:01 AM
This is what I am working on for the next update. A lot also pends if we have to completely change everything as far as POS rewards, or get rid of POS altogether or changing the algo altogether to make it harder to mine with POS.C hanging the algo would is the extreme, but if we do it’s for the best. There may be limitations that x11 have that changing would make sense. This is the EXTREME case of course.

In the upcoming update the biggest and most important thing is that transaction fees are going to increase. The reason for this is that for every transaction made, those fees will go directly to the CoExistCoin charity fund. CoExistCoin as it is has amongst the lowest transactions fees in crypto. Raising it slightly still keeps it in line as amongst the lowest fees. Meanwhile every time someone uses COXST they are unknowingly helping better humanity. No money is helping humanity. If everyone agrees to use CoExistCoin as the primary digital currency, we all can help EVERYONE in need worldwide.

Another new feature in the wallet will be a COXST donation address button. We will also add parameters so if you choose to donate a percentage of your staking rewards. Donating to charity couldn’t be easier and less painful.

We will develop an in wallet game like chess. For example it would cost each player 1 COXST to play. The winner keeps the 1 COXST and the losers 1 COXST goes to charity. This could work over many types of games that the wallet could support.
We will also reach out to game app developers to adopt this in all games that people play. So when Im playing bomb beach vs my cousin and I destroy his base, 1 COXST will go to charity. This could work on all p2p games.

The CoExistCoin google app has to be updated. Graphics, functions and a quicker way to load blockchain.

Other small changes in wallet will be the exchange tabs. We will just send it to CoExistCoin.com Exchange page. That way as we grow and get on more exchanges that info will be available instantly. Other buttons for all info like block explorer, market cap page and even to our blog and forum.
These are the foremost important things to update. If we have to go to the extreme and change the POS and algo then we can further discuss other things to include.

We will be adding another Charity Organization to the mix that we send money to. More news on that later this week.

Of course I thank you all for supporting CoExistCoin.  Together we are making a difference for the better.

Have the best day ever,
Phil Lima

I think what ever is best for COXST and the community I'll be all for it. What ever you decide to do Phil I'm sure the whole community will support you 100% I also like the idea of a chess game and also the donation address button built into the wallet. I also like that the transaction fees are going to increase and the funds going towards charity. I think you are heading in the right direction with these ideas so maybe we could set up a community poll and we vote on which is best for COXST and the community.
8751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Open 2016 - Thoughts and Tips on: September 04, 2016, 07:45:17 AM
Novak Djokovic has now a lucky draw. Raonic and Cilic in his half of the draw have lost and have been eliminated. But Not lucky at all. Hahaha

He needs match play and the intensity of a match to get into his rhythm, get into the zone, and feel the ball.

Novak had 2 easy games, one was retired without a game, the other was retired just played 6 games. He is now very energetic to play against remaining players, he will be the winner easily.

It is good for him if the other players retire because then he does not have to play that hard in the end games. So he rests himself for the next match that really matters. So this is his advantage then if they all just fall before finishing a match.  Smiley

Yup, now Novak is ready for game, and i am sure that he will win this one with Murray in finals, that will be good game as usual whent this two players clash
It will not be easy for either of the players . Also I am not sure this time that it will be Murray Djokovic Finals , I am expecting an upset in Quater Finals . I will be more than happy to see Del Potro or Nadal in the Finals against Djokovic .

Nadal playing very good on this us open, i am sure that he will play agains novak in semi finals, on other side Del Potro and murray for sure. I would like to see duel between Del Potro and Nishikori..but only if Nishikori win agains Murray Cheesy

Yes Nadal is playing some good tennis and I haven't seen him play this good for a while now so he has a big chance at winning this tournament. I would also like to see Del Potro and Nishikori face off as it would be a great match to see and hopefully he can beat Murray but it will be a tough match. So far I have enjoyed this years US Open and I think anyone can win it as the players that are left are pretty evenly matched.

2.1B coins total and 1B has already been mined... hmmm...

Before I invest in this, any reason this coin should appreciate in price? What's the use for this?

The only reason do want to put some BTC in it is because I want to take a risk getting into something cheap (currently ~60 sats)

There are many reasons for mining, trading and holding burst, most of which have been extensively discussed in other threads and the burst-team forum, however one of the most impressive feats of this coin is its adoption rate which has been growing steadily from the beginning of the year and at an even faster rate since may. and I will give you some stats to back that up:

windows wallet downloads from 2016-06-01 to 2016-08-29: 7656

Network hash rate: averaging +10PB

Your statistics are greatly appreciated!

The above, plus this...

BURST to develop a truly decentralized coin exchange portal, which at first won't be great for day trading, but we will likely carve a nice niche listing active coins that didn't have the volume to stay listed on 'typical' exchanges.

Also, BURST and extended BURSTKORE teams are working on several business models which will all be fully decentralized, if not released that way. These services will provide many useful things to the people who use them, in a totally unhackable fashion.

BURST will be doing a PR campaign in which it will challenge the world to hack one of its Smart Contracts, with over 100 Million BURST coins in it, donated partially from myself, and partially from other true BURSTcoin believers.

BURST to release the 'Decentralize Your World' campaign, in which it will show the benefits of decentralization on a completely attack vector free system.

There will be companies built on top of BURST in multiple ways, from email to Decentralized person to person Marketplace (which is already in existence, but will have a nicer UI, support team for resolution of issues that decentralized automated escrow that BURST has can't take care of, and much more.)

We are very serious about our project, and so are the members of the world wide team of professionals that are dedicated to the project.

We are pitching a few of our company ideas to Angel Investors soon too, as well as starting assets and crowdfunds to get more funding for development and promotion. Promotion being the key thing we haven't had a ton of funding for until more recently.

Since the coin was released without IPO, or premine, every coin that the team has was either bought, mined, or acquired by offering a service on BURST chain, or a mining pool.

We believe this is the right way to do things. This leads to more trust, and leads to the understanding that the people working on the project, are ones who truly believe in it. Which also leads to more trust.

The team as it sits is diverse, extremely intelligent, and extremely capable. There is nothing stopping us from providing a truly world-class solution to multiple problems that we see both inside and outside the crypto space.

The Smart Contracts that BURST has, are more secure, and more rigorously tested than the ones that ETH bring to the table, and it is my wholehearted belief that the Smart Contract system that BURST has will be bringing some truly revolutionary things to the table, such as some of the world firsts that have already been completed...

1. FIRST coin to have Smart Contracts period.

2. FIRST coin to have decentralized automated lottery bulit on the chain

3. FIRST coin to do a direct cross-blockchain transfer with QORA (of which I have now also taken over leadership of the team for QORA)

4. FIRST coin to be actually MINED via hard drive space, utilizing almost no electricity, and securing the chain better than PoW traditional, and of course better than PoS.

These things above are not widely known, and we're working on that. Once this comes to the minds of the people, they research the coin, and find out that everything I have always said was true, see how things are going now, the massive uptick in users, and various statistics all in BURST's favor... you'll see the sleeping giant come awake, at this point the news outlets will pick up stories on BURST free of charge.

Until that point, we're getting more PR out there, and making sure people notice the coin that innovated so many world firsts that others are now trying to claim as their own, and BURST will get mention when Smart Contracts are mentioned, as being the FIRST to have them working, over a year before ETH did.

Thanks everyone, and a prosperous future for BURST!

I agree crowetic

Don't worry I know that BURST will become a household name in the near future and right now it's at a bargain price at just 56 sats. I've been buying as much as I can each week, I'm even now using my Dogecoins to bet with and the profits I make I sell for Burst coins and then I invest those coins into assets. Last week I made a 19,790 Dogecoins profit from betting on Football matches and I was able to sell them Dogecoins for Burst coins and then into assets. As I have said many times before it's only the start of big things to come in Burst so now is the time to get in.

So much great news coming from VTY now and we now have 3 exchanges to trade on which is great to see and hopefully soon we will also get added to Yobit. POSwallet is staking well for me at the moment and I'm going to try and build up my stake there to try and get to 10% of the pool stake. The more coins you have the more you will earn from staking over at POSwallet. Keep up the great work dev!
8754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 04, 2016, 06:48:10 AM
I would be careful betting on the Sri Lanka v Australia 5th ODI because it's a dead rubber match as Australia has already won the ODI series and might not play a strong side and give some players a rest. Australia has played very well in the ODI series and so have Sri Lanka but in vital stages of the games Sri Lanka has lost too many wickets while batting. For them to win they need to build partnerships and get at least over 250+ runs if they have any chance at beating Australia.

Thiem D. (Aut)   VS    Carreno-Busta P. (Esp)
Sousa J. (Por)      VS     Dimitrov G. (Bul)
Del Potro J. (Arg)   VS    Ferrer D. (Esp)
Lorenzi P. (Ita)     VS    Murray A. (Gbr)
Evans D. (Gbr)      VS    Wawrinka S. (Sui)
Karlovic I. (Cro)    VS   Donaldson J. (Usa)  (this match I choose the underdog)
Nishikori K. (Jpn)   VS    Mahut N. (Fra)
Kyrgios N. (Aus)     VS  Marchenko I. (Ukr)

My today's 8 picks.  Wish they will all win.

Lost 2, won 6, Kyrgios retired, my bad luck, Donaldson didn't give us surprise this round, but he gave surprise in previous 2 rounds. Great job. I will post my next play day picks. Stay tuned

Doesn't it make the bet void if a player retires hurt which in this case Kyrgios because I won my parlay with Kyrgios in it even though he didn't finish the match. So I think the bet becomes void or some sportsbooks pay out just like DirectBet does.

It depends, different bookies have different rule.

And I mean my prediction is win/loss, not the bet is win/loss, because I offer free tips.  Wink

Sometime I don't really bet every game, but I would pick a team, for example today's I bet on:
Thiem D. (Aut)   VS    Carreno-Busta P. (Esp)
Lorenzi P. (Ita)     VS    Murray A. (Gbr)
Evans D. (Gbr)      VS    Wawrinka S. (Sui)
Nishikori K. (Jpn)   VS    Mahut N. (Fra)

Yeah all sportsbooks have different rules when it comes to situations like a player retiring from a tennis match or a cricket match abandoned due to rain. Okay no worries I understand now.

By the way you are doing very well posting your free tips here, hopefully you can keep it up. Good luck!

Thiem is an easy pick, Del Potro vs Ferrer, inresting game, I will fo gor Ferrer.  And I will go for Karlovic.

Del Potro for now have a lead of 2:0 in sets and going for 3rd and victory...Donaldson is in awesome form so there will be a lot of gems, maybe 5 sets
I wish that Del Potro beats him because Ferrer made me lose alot of money the other day without getting straight sets. That was a disaster of a game and it shows that he is getting old and the other players are better than he is now.

Del Potro won easily in the end and as I have been saying he is in fine form and is a big danger to winner this US Open. He has already beaten some quality players and his next match with Thiem will be another quality opponent. Del Potro is now paying $10 on DirectBet to win the US Open when he was paying $21 at the start of the tournament and I did put a small amount on Del Potro to win the US Open @21 so I'm hoping he can.

Has anyone found out why the wallet on Yobit is still maintenance? It's been like this for too long now and I'm not getting any answer from the chat box and no reply to my support ticket which has been 3 days now. I'm really starting to get frustrated with Yobit and there games they play with POS coins.

i agree there, its starting to get under my skin with the "in maintenance", more like there staking our beans and collecting beans we should of been, so there stealing from us, 2 weeks now they have had my beans ffs, 2 weeks i've missed in staking, yobit should be shut down and owner held accountable but hey everyone seems  to let them away with it for some reason

Yobit is a total scam for start they list 100s of scam shit coins second I have had doge never deposited and no response ever from support has been from March I have coins lock to exchange I can put in wallet and withdraw and I have 4 coins on yobit that have wallet under maintenance for while now to... they are a huge scam I am shocked they have not closes up and left yet

But keep up good work dev

Thank you for posting your experience with them, with the community.

Public Statement Regarding BitBean Yobit Exchange Situation

The matter to de-list Yobit, as an official exchange of BitBean, is before the BOD (Bean Core Board of Directors) and under consideration at the moment. They are holding a lot of user's BitBean, so we have to proceed carefully and do what we can, to encourage them to re-activate their BitBean wallet..once again. From what I can tell, there was over 1M in one of their associated addresses, which has recently been moved. We are proceeding carefully....I ask all the community to show kindness in your dealings with them over the matter....yes I know, not easy to show kindness to someone holding your money...but when you send your Bitbean to an exchange or pool..you relinquish control over them. Unfortunately, in the crypto community there are a lot of shady actors, let us pray that Yobit is not one of them, and will act in best interest of it's users and it's own self-interest to survive as a "profitable" business serving our communities. Look what happened to Paul Vernon of Cryptsy...he is hiding and on the run..and will be for the rest of his life...people like that will have no peace...that is their punishment!
