7941  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] profit switching auto-exchanging pool - middlecoin.com on: July 24, 2013, 02:57:51 AM
Is anyone mining here seeing profits that are higher then just mining ltc?
/raises hand.
in the 67 hours ive mined, (saying the estimated unexchanged btc balance is correct) I made .77 btc, I would have only made  .62 BTC.
This is also including the down time that the operator has had, as well as balances that are yet to be counted.
very nice, especially if/once all the bugs are sorted.

What is your reported hash rate on the site and locally (separately)? Wanting to compare to mine...

Ouch... that sucks, =S. Have you already contacted them regarding it?

I've put in a support ticket

Awesome. Thanks for the update!
7943  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] profit switching auto-exchanging pool - middlecoin.com on: July 24, 2013, 02:30:27 AM
I've been tagged as a potential problem by cryptsy's anti-DDOS code. So I can't do automatic trading until I get that resolved.

Is this an issue that's been ongoing (ex. you've been doing trades manually) or something new?

This is new. Started a couple of hours ago. I assumed the API was down because of the cryptsy DDOS. But it looks like both my account, and Amazon, are being blocked.

The trades have been automatic.

Ouch... that sucks, =S. Have you already contacted them regarding it?

Before we go back to our new home, we are going to stop by the wig shop.

Body heat, cuddling and spooning ...

I'm ready to comfort you

I guess I could make an exception. Where are you now?

Ranlo I'll take you in

Do I have to be the girl? Sad

Naked and afraid...

With tons of money?!

Spooning? Does that mean you're gonna try to fork me too? o.o

o.o... dreadlocks! YES!

something does not seem right with this pool. getting shit results.

I have been mining for approx 12 hours straight at 7MH/s, I have not been paid yet as its not 24hours yet but looking at the stats its telling me

Balance (BTC) 0.03761805

Unexchanged Balance 0.03496707

Immature Unexchanged Balance 0.02073287

Total of  0.09331799 BTC for 12hours of work

I've had similar problems. At 6 MH/s you could mine FTC and be getting the equivalent of 240 mBTC a day or LTC and be getting 210 or so mBTC a day, and this has been steady for weeks now. Using middlecoin I was only getting around 70% of that.

I was thinking... get paid? Whoa, I'd do it for free..

I'm lonely, Sad

Question: based on the original post and the title of the thread it looks like we should get 0.001 BTC for our address and another 0.002 for our Bitspin.co username.

Is this correct? I got the 0.002 BTC in my player account yesterday but never got the other 0.001 BTC (for the address itself).

Thanks in advance.

Yes, that is correct. Sorry for the delay. The 0.001 go out at different times than the 0.002 account credits. Sending now Smiley

Ah, wasn't aware of that. Confirming that I did get the payment.

Thanks!

TradeFortress I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but did you post your verified real world identity somewhere? I think for a service like this, we would need to know.
No. If I default, it wouldn't help you much anyways - the identity of pirateat40, ianbakewell, etc are known, but that hasn't achieved much.

In light of today's news, any change on position here?

What news are you referring to? O.o

Edit: couldn't wait so I googled it. NICE! Pirate or whatever his name is lives within 15 minutes of me as well, o.O.

Wait, crap. Does my signature count as third party ads? I mainly just put them up myself because I enjoy the service/site.
It's text based, and I will let it slide if you move the inputs.io ad to the first line (instead of how it's currently the second).

Confirm ranlo Smiley
If i make it to the first line like this still cant participate TF ? >.<

No, because of your paid Bit777 ad.

I think difficulty is going to rise even faster soon. Look how many asics are now shipping out. This is going to cause a massive difficulty spike.

It will, just look at how much is on preorder, ASIC miner wants to have 800th to 1000th by the end of the year, thats already a 500% increase.
KNC has about 500th on preorder, BFL would have similar, there are also the 100 of thousands if not millions of Avalon chips all rated at 0.3gh soon to be shipped, then we have ActiveMining with there 24th monster machines.
A conservative estimate would put hashing power at 2ph - 4ph by January, a crazy 1000% to 2000% increase. Then your PMB's will earn next to nothing.

I kind of view the PMB's like a ponzi scheme. Those who get in at the very beginning may make ROI (between their interest and the ability to sell their shares to others via the market) but with every passing day a new person jumping in has a less and less chance of achieving ROI.

I'm still amazed some of the PMB's are being bought for prices that would take, at the current difficulty, over a year to achieve ROI. I can't fathom what people are thinking with those decisions...

I don't understand why more people aren't interested in this with a 200% annual return so far....talk me into/out of buying this!

When you wrote this post, TAT.VIRTUALMINE was paying 19.22 μBTC per day. Now, it is paying only 16.09 μBTC per day. In less than two weeks, it is likely to drop to around 13 μBTC per day. If it continues dropping at this rate (20% every two weeks), the return will be a lot less than 200%.
