81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How much will DeepOnion be worth? on: August 29, 2017, 03:16:59 PM
Guys, we reached the maximum price of this coin: 3.27 USD. This is amazing. I canīt believe that this is happening. Iīm really happy about this.

The community is doing a great job. That is creating a good trust on this coin. I hope we can continue growing to create an unique anonymous coin.

The price is getting more and more greater everydat, but there is a problem with exchangers. Novaexchange is not enough for such a good project which doing advertisement by heart. They have to deal with more serious exchangers like Bittrex. Then $5 will be ver likely to get reached.
82  Economy / Speculation / Re: So where exactly are we in the bubble? on: August 28, 2017, 05:05:48 PM

How exactly are we in the stealth phase?

Bitcoin is basically mentoined everywhere right now and media is only covering bitcoin stories because it generates a lot of hype and the viewers like it, and their hit rates go up. This is the definition of media generated hype, and bubble.

Sure, in the long term bitcoin is definitely still in its early stages but we're talking about this CURRENT bubble. Which IMO, is already nearing its end.

It's either in the mania phase, or in the blowoff phase. But definitely not in the stealth phase, and i think everyone agrees with that.

I agree with you on this matter. We should be in early stages of bitcoin, but this is not the stealth phase. One guy said that big ventures are not investing in bitcoin, so we're in stealth phase, but this is not right. Several ventures alredy investing in bitcoin for years.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What would you do with 10 eth on: August 28, 2017, 04:50:27 PM
Hi Guy's,

Where would you invest 10 eth in when you can and why? Smiley

4 ETH is for long term holding so I can benefit from ETH pumps in 2018 and 2019.

2 ETH is for daily trade on etherdelta.

4 ETH is for initial coin offering participations. When I find the correct project, I can invest 3 or 4 ether in there without doubts.
84  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do to prevent bitcoin from crashing? on: August 28, 2017, 04:32:56 PM
Hi! I know this might sound obvious to anyone but I really want to know in what way we can do our share to bitcoin to prevent it from crashing. I am still a Jr. Member and I still don't know everything about bitcoin that's why I am asking some help.
Almost all of us have high hopes that someday we will rejoice with bitcoin so altogether we must do our fair share in order bitcoin to survive.

It's not up to us or poor people like us. It's completely up to the whales carrying tons of bitcoins in their wallets. If they deserve a market crash, it happens in a blink of an eye. We're able to prevent bitcoin from getting damaged by a market crash.
85  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you decide when it's time to sell? on: August 26, 2017, 10:33:17 PM
Nobody wants to be monitoring the prices all day with the cursor on the sell button just waiting to click the mouse, so how do you decide when to sell?

If you set up an open order with a low target price, you'll be disappointed when the price climbs well above your target price.
If you set up an open order with too high a price, you might not sell at all.

What's your strategy?

I believe we can't pick the best order points all the time. And there is no exact right time to sell. It's totally up to your buying costs. If you bought the coin for cheap price, then it wouldn't be hard to sell it to realize your profits.
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Being Unemployed Drives People to go to Bitcoin on: August 06, 2017, 10:54:59 PM
Weeks ago, I am discussing Bitcoin to my sister and my future brother-in-law (then) When they got married recently, both of them were unemployed and have been trying to get a job immediately after their marriage. Up until now they have no luck. My sister then decided to talk to me about how do I earn Bitcoins. I gladly explained it to her and then she decided to do it too. She was so happy that she is already earning bitcoin and had some extra budget while they are both unemployed. And now, she is so eager to learn more how to earn more coins.

Being unemployed drove her into engaging to Bitcoins. Maybe some people are like this. They grab Bitcoin when they are in need of money. And since that these people are now engaged in Bitcoin, I am sure that they will stay in Bitcoin and treat it as an investment even though they will have a decent paying jobs in the future.

Bitcoin is still a new technology that not many people understand. If someone can start a business around bitcoin, they could still be on the cutting edge of this technology. It's not too late to jump on the bandwagon.

Starting a business around bitcoin is a Professional thing, not for unemployed poor people. It requires high capital to begin with. This is not like post and earn jobs.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: WHY BCC PRICE KEEPS INCREASING on: August 03, 2017, 01:09:37 AM
this is purely a pump.
there is no way you can deposit your BCC and sell it so the price automatically goes up. now add to it the fact that manipulative whales are hard at work and also the fact that people are FOMOing and you have a fast rising price. and by the way it is so far from half! it is still very much low.

In addition to your say, on bittrex the bcc deposits are still closed. So there is no way to deposit bittrex some bcc to start trading there. I think some big whales are manipulating so that they can ensure the community that bcc has a real value against bitcoin. But this game will end very sad for them...
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinbase Faces Backlash, Legal Risk Over Bitcoin Cash on: August 03, 2017, 12:31:49 AM
People snoozed and they lost... any individual's failure to pay attention to their finances is not the fault of Coinbase. Coinbase very clearly stated many days in advance what they would and would not do in regards to BCH. Nobody has any right or reason to whine about it now.

This is very correct, but this doesn't change the fact that coinbase would steal and sell the users' bcc on different exchanges without asking them and not giving them even one cent at the end.

I'm happy for this, hopefully the law penaltise coinbase very very very HARD!
89  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin improve the economy of a country? on: August 02, 2017, 06:54:39 PM
It can't improve the economy unless or until it is accepted by countries as a legal payment method. The legalization of bitcoin is giving rise to the bitcoin's price and it will definitely effect the economy in bitcoin legalized countries.

Even if bitcoin is accepted legally in a county, it has no role to improve the economy of that country. If it's a real country, then it economy will be very complex and consisting of too many components. So a simple asset such as bitcoin can't improve/change the economy of that country.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is the best way to invest? on: August 02, 2017, 06:06:43 PM
I would say yes. It is a great opportunity to invest in ICOs. Unlike any other investment, ICOs have a higher value. It is also open to public. But you should only be careful when investing not just in ICOs but in other investment as well. You should know the people and join only to those organizations that are well known and gain a lot of trust from everyone.

Most of the ico projects are turning into scams these days. Some people saw that the demand is high for ico and they started to throw away lots of garbage ico things.

Stay away from the weak ones, they can easily scam you after you invested ether. Try to find legit ones.

Check the project team, road map, white paper.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you doing with BCC on: August 02, 2017, 05:34:34 PM
Hello everyone, things are looking stable right now for BTC, and they should continue healthy, but what are you guys doing with the BCC?

I know how to claim them, but I don't know what client to use, and if they are really safe since they were "rushed". Also not all exchanges are accepting BCC right now. I normally use poloniex, but I don't think they will be accepting BCC anytime soon.

So my questions are:

- What clients are you guys using to claim BCC

- Where are you trading them (and are you selling or holding)

Hello,

I'm not using a special service to claim BCC. I held my bitcoin on bittrex and then they gave its users BCC in 1:1 ratio.

I wastrading it on bittrex but I'm totally out. I dumped mine on the buyers. Good luck for BCC traders. It has a great potential for the biggest dump of the history.
92  Economy / Speculation / Re: WHEN will BTC rise again and WHY? on: August 02, 2017, 04:58:41 PM
Bitcoin shows the stable growth so I don't understand why OP thinks that bitcoin needs to rise. He never died. To do this, just look at the graph of rising prices for bitcoin. At the moment in the world there is no more profitable object for investment.

You're wrong with that mate, the reality in this world now is you may gain good profit if you're hardworking and resourceful of any kind of investment, but if you're not I think you don't generate better profit as well. To have a stable bitcoin profit you should stay focus on those micro jobs offered and invest with holding btc in your wallet and wait for an exact moment of the pricr to get higher value.

That's actually what I'm doing now as a bitcoin holder. Trading bitcoin instantly in short period of time is useless and risky. Holding bitcoin helps us obtain bigger profits.

BTC holders just waiting to BCC situation to get clarified and then we'll be ready for another sharp rise.

How Exchange Union Become the Bridge Among Crypto Exchanges Globally

I checked the web site of the Project and saw there will be a support coming from the Assian blockchain community, particularly from China. This is very good news for us. Becasuse Assian people are adopting projects nicely and this makes the stability of the project high.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why buy WAVES? on: August 02, 2017, 04:18:20 PM

This is promising for long term investors of waves platform. I personally like their platform but it lacks of 2fa security and the user interface of the platform is a minus. As long as they keep improving the DEX, waves is gonna rise. I'll buy some more too.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: World's Biggest AIR-DROP in History happening! on: August 02, 2017, 04:00:08 PM
BCC faced $1200 on bittrex a couple of hours ago. Interesting point with this is that bitcoin price was not affected by this huge air drop. I just can't understand this. Under normal conditions, bitcoin price should have been dropped hard. But it didn't.
96  Economy / Economics / Re: Sensitive market at this moment. on: July 31, 2017, 05:57:35 PM
It is not about this moment. Altcoin market has always been sensitive. It is not regulated thus pump and dumps are quite frequent. It has low marketcap as compared to other monetary system. Thus, prone to high volatility. Also, it is decentralised thus anyone can buy and sell at any price. Thus creating more volatility. Altcoin market will remain like this only.

I knew this would happen from previous time. All altcoins were pumped synthetically to the moon and all of you guys jumped in them. This result was inevitable.

I hope next days could be even worse than today for altcoin prices.
97  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fear Of August 1st on: July 30, 2017, 11:58:25 PM
fear or not, i think we must be prepare for any conditions that will happen in 1st august because if we don't ready then we can anticipate if bad thing is happen. its good if we can handle our self and not to become panic when bad thing is come. personally, i am not fear about anything that will happen because i believe that everything will be fine and works properly.
although know anything about that what is going to happen to bitcoin but as one one day lefted to 1st August therefore we should wait and see and no need for panic selling.

For bitcoin holders, panic selling is really unnecessary now. They're already guaranteed to get BCC and this should make them relax a bit. The problem for 1 August is more for the altcoin holders. Altcoins are losing value like crazy and nothing could stop this so far. It's gonna be an interesting market after we complete 1 August updates.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cash! Dead on Arrival? on: July 30, 2017, 11:08:39 PM
If bitmain and jihan wu supports bitcoin cash, it will never be dead on arrival, I guess. It will have a value and as they support it, the value will increase. But here, I don't think bitcoin cash will race with bitcoin. Bitcoin is in another level that none of the others can touch.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH being held down, going to explode on: July 29, 2017, 10:41:36 PM
I've noticed Ethereum today it went down to 0.06, I immediately bought a couple of Ethereum coins today and still have reserve bitcoins to buy Ethereum if ever it still goes down a bit more.
Nice move , to day we found the price down , but let see after august 1 we will never see these prices again. my opinion will bounce up and going up.

Ethereum is totally cheap below 0.08 to me. I'm also buying some ether whose price is really low now. I missed 0.06, but if I caught it, I would buy tons of ether with my bitcoins gladly. It's not hard to get 0.10 once again after btc split.
100  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with loss? on: July 26, 2017, 08:16:10 PM
One thing that I had found during my short period of trading experience, is that I do  not cope with the losses.

That is why I keep being ultra careful with my trading.

The question is wrongly put imho. I do not think one can learn not to feel sorry about the losses. The question should be, if one is having a strategy that is adjusted to their personality. You can not just switch to another personality, and you should risk only what you are willing to lose imho.

Yeah that's happening to me. After I bought ripple for $0.36, I really couldn't cope with my loss. I made many more mistaken trade and the loss gets greater. This is vital to see we shouldn't start to trade before we are ready.
