81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: what if all projects pay to bounty hunters ETH or BTC ? on: November 08, 2018, 10:07:38 AM
Many campaigns?
could you give me some names cause I didn't find more than 2 or 3 , And yet too many participants in each of them that I don't think it is affordable , I'm agree with the idea that bounties pay in BTC or Eth , it is very rare these days , also there are many scam ICOs and bounties and I think The SUQA bounty that you are carrying its signature is scam coz I just mentioned it hasn't updated its spreadsheet for a long time and they dont answer in their telegram group!

You make me smiled in your comment dude Cheesy
but I definitely agreed that SUQA was one of the scam which I can consider at all anyhow.
Aside from that the qt wallet of suqa was not also secure things once you download it to your desktop
especially, if your PC is unprotected for anti-virus, so better stay away from it pal! before your important files on your
PC become corrupt by this virus.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Multicoin wallets on: November 08, 2018, 09:59:36 AM
I'm not a fan of closed source wallets as you can never know what's going on behind the scenes but I want to give them a try since I'm not planning to hold large amounts anyway.

I've managed to find Atomicwallet, Exodus and also Coinomi which is not out yet but from the screenshots they posted, it looks very promising. I want to know your thoughts on these wallets and others If you have as well.

Well, regarding your statement I have downloaded exodus on my desktop, but I never try to use it yet maybe later Cheesy
Then, coinomi was a good one for android usage. But for me it is still good to use myetherwallet(MEW) you can save their as long as you can save coins over that platform, as long as you keep your private key and password and be careful on the phishing site also.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think some bounty managers are sadist on: November 02, 2018, 01:15:40 PM
Do you think some bounty managers are sadist, i have an encounter with a manager recently, he is in a position to help me to recover my forgotten email but refused to help.

What is your worst encounter with a bounty manger?

What do you mean sadist? in terms of what dude? But as far as I know there are some managers are taking advantage of their position to cheat the campaign, like some are cheating, stealing some token of their participants, sometimes they will kick you out without any reason after the hard work you've done for the campaign, then sometimes managers got tempted because of a huge amount of money when sending the fund to them for the budget in bounty project.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Token in MyEtherWallet is Missing on: November 02, 2018, 01:07:01 PM
What can make a token in MEW disappear?
lately i heard from some friends that he lost the token at MEW, he said that he had entered on the right site ie https://www.myetherwallet.com/

which is happening is exposed to phishing, is there any other cause besides phishing?

Most of the time the reason was phishing site mate, Because I've been using MEW for a years but I never get into a situation that I click some phishing site every time I open my wallet on mew. Then, once you become a victim by it, there is no chance for you to recover all of your coins because surely all of it will be disappear to your wallet.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Help on bounty on: November 02, 2018, 01:00:22 PM
Hi guys
I wonder why i usually don't recive my coin from the bounty and i always do it in right way
Usually i don't get any thing and i don't have a big balance
And i need to help if you can

Maybe because the bounty project you joined was just a piece of shit of project in the bounties mate. Or could be scam ico which is not good were all of your effort became useless or turned into nothing. I think you need to check it very well the project before partaking to their campaign. Unless you don't know how to find out the legit or good ico campaign project.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it secure to use MyEtherWallet? on: November 02, 2018, 12:53:12 PM
I want to create new wallet using MyEtherWallet(dot)com, is it recommended wallet and easy to use?

Creating wallet through myetherwallet(MEW) is very safe as long as you keep your private key, have a strong password then backup on it. Just avoid phishing site or don't just click any site which you do not know or not familiar with it, because it might be a cause an open door for the hackers.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people/users are afraid to invest in Crypto? on: November 02, 2018, 09:39:31 AM
There are many things most likely to consider whenever you're investing money in crypto..

These are:
1. Volatility of the Market.
2. They don't have the knowledge about crypto.
3. Negative news that they see or hear in social media/TV Media.
4. They were scammed and afraid to invest again.
5. Threats of hackers in the internet.

But users can also protect their computer from hackers by using:
1. Virtual Private Network for Internet Protocol
2. MetaMask Wallet
3. Not saving any private keys in your PC.

Almost all of your answered was all right and had a point, so the only tips I can give was I think because Fears , if they don't have this for sure even the person individually don't have enough knowledge about it, for sure the person will invest on it. Because, He/She doesn't care about the capital all what is important is the profit they could get from it.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in coins on: November 02, 2018, 09:26:34 AM
Hello everyone
I'm invested in many coins.
But there is a new coin called Hanacoin and i looked at it and i think this coin might be big one.
can you guys look at their site?
Hanacoin.com
and tell me your opinion?
should i buy some (from miners because there is still no exchange)?
Thank you forum!

If you can afford to buy bitcoin mining rig, that's a good idea mate! Then, if you invested in many coins what are those? maybe most of them are shitcoins isn't right? You must choose the top altcoins in the market which can be found at the
coinmarketcap.com or here https://cryptorated.com/market-cap/ Good luck Smiley
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long Crypto currency will survive? on: November 02, 2018, 09:17:21 AM
How long is crypto will survive in this world ?

What could kill Crypto?

Well most of the coins price in the market was so hard to predict, it is because majority of the investor are controlling the price in  different platform exchange. So, the existence of altcoins is all depend on their investors. As long as they have an investors who buy the altcoins it will survive for sure, but if no one will buy it anymore for sure it won;t take long for them to survive here in a long term.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to find out a legit ICO? on: November 02, 2018, 09:09:52 AM
Suppose if there are a number of ICOs started for different coins by anonymous developers then how can we find that which one the legit ICO and which one is scam ICO?

First read the whitepaper first, then check the team behind of the project if they are real a not a fake one, also if they are more on hyping the community and bestowing any promises for the people just for the sake the community need to buy the token, that's the time we need to think more than twice and don't easy to believe on the sweet words you are going to hear from them.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: encourage others to crypto on: November 02, 2018, 08:57:48 AM
Will you encourage others to invest in crypto and explain to them that this is not a scam or a pyramiding activity?

I cannot deny that most crypto now are just a piece of shit, honestly speaking. It is true that few of the altcoins only are good to buy or to invest, just Loyalcoin, Nem, Pundix, Ethereum, Tky and Utrust as well. These atlcoin which I had mentioned are really have a good plan for the future, so it is a good chance to buy then hold.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are your plan for altcoin on: November 02, 2018, 08:46:49 AM
I still hold my altcoin and i plan to my all coin holding for longer time  beacuse  altcoin  give  a bright future  alt coin low now so i plan buy the coins.

Altcoins at the present time now was really not in good case, almost most of them in the market was on stage of declining its price value, which is hard to play with it in the platform. so the only things we can do for now if you have any capital better to buy altcoins who got dumped its price on which you know it has a potential to increase like Ethereum, Neo, Utrust, and pundix.
93  Economy / Economics / Re: If you had 10000$ on: November 01, 2018, 04:36:33 PM
If you had 10000$ where would you invest it?  I'm hoping for 10x in about 2 years, how would you personally split that money? There are so many altcoins that I dont know which to pick, I remember the top 5 altcoins from years ago and  now they are all gone, so should I only invest in  BTC end ETH or others like NEO, ADA and EOS?

if I have that amount I will divide it into 5 altcoins such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Utrust, Loyal, Pundix, and Mdl which I think is good to

hold in a long term 1 year or 2 years from now. It can be multiply by 5 or x10  or more I guess.
94  Economy / Economics / Re: Philippines starting to accept and adopt cryptocurrency. on: November 01, 2018, 03:47:38 PM
Cryptocurrency transactions has been on the rise in the philippines.

They are already accepted 5 cryptocurrency company in the country and approximately planning to give license for atleast 25 companies to operate in the philippines.

With the current government administration they are starting to adopt and build even in the technological infrastructure.

In more years to come the country will be more open to blockchain technology like japan and other countries.

I never know that Philippines is accepted 5 crypto currencies, and those crypto which was I knew are Bitcoin, Ethereum, BCH, and XRP unless the 5 alts is Loyalcoin were they are partnering with 711 convenience store outlet and Lazada online shop, I'm just not sure if this is still a plan or on going process.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Delisting & Old to New Coin Swaps help on: November 01, 2018, 03:13:08 PM
Hi,

Are all centralised exchanges obliged to inform the account holder by email that the coin is delisting or being converted/upgraded to a newer version by a certain deadline?

Is there like a website that shows which coins at what exchanges are gonna be delisted or swapped to a newer version? Website is needed because it simply shows what's going on so bag holders can take action quickly otherwise their coins will be lost after the deadline without the bag holders even realising it. This sucks for long term bag holders and Hodlers who just like to invest 1 day forget about it for the next 5-10 years or so without even worrying or checking their coins daily etc.

Why don't some centralised exchanges do the swap automatically? I thought centralised exchanges (middle-men) supposed to do all the hard work for us.

What about coins on hardware or offline wallets? There's no chance of any notifications at all? Will hardware wallets support transitions/upgrades to a newer coin automatically?

Finally what about decentralised exchanges? Can the same questions above apply to them?

Centralized exchange has a protocol or sop that need to do what is best to their clients users. Now for what they did which is the centralized exchange was they announce it to their platform if ever there is a coin/altcoins for that week are going to be delete or delisting to the platform, even in decentralized they do the same thing methods to inform their traders who have that coins are oblige to sell it before it happen to be gone in the exchange.
96  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can buy some altcoin?? on: October 28, 2018, 01:51:43 AM
Hi I am new user in bitcointalk.org and I want to buy some altcoin. I have no experience about trading. Please share your experience.

Firs choose exchange that has establish a good community and has a big volume in the market, although there are lot of exchange

which has been scattered and arise in crypto world. Here is the link https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ethereum/
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: the end of crypto? on: October 28, 2018, 12:53:45 AM
Hello
I had more than 700k of crypto and now it's turned into 24k dollard that I do not hesitate to sell everything and go to something else and on one side I think I must hodl! Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

700k of crypto is a lot were it equivalent of 24k$ which is still a huge amount of money if I am going to convert into our currency.
Anyway, the end of crypto for me is not going to happen especially into our time now. Though, the market was still not good, but as I can see now unlike a couple of months past most of the altcoins so far are now begun to rise up which I noticed it this few days, which I think is a good sign that bull run is nearly close to come, just be patience dude.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin of 2019 on: October 26, 2018, 09:51:37 AM
As we make our way through Q4 2018, based on what has been seen among altcoins such as development, innovation, security, real-world use cases, and plans for the next year, what altcoins do you think will be big in 2019?

I think 2019 will be a good start of innovation for the altcoins in terms of their value. Where Bull run will reign on this year(cross fingers) Cheesy But anyway, Etherreum are possible to reach 2000$, then Bitcoin can become 15K$ up to 20k$, also Nem will reach 1$, then Waves can be multiply x5 then also Neo either.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Government does not like crypto? on: October 26, 2018, 09:30:31 AM
For the Government that this could give Cryptocurrency a negative impact. I take for example in my country that the Government is afraid of if Cryptocurrency was used for evil. The Government was afraid Cryptocurrency used for money laundering and terrorist funding.

Cryptocurrency according to the government was used for evil? How about the Fiat currency, isn't it can also be use for evil purposes or illegal activities. If that is true why other government country like in Japan decided to regulate bitcoin as their secondary payment to their territory, even in other country too. Meaning. it shows that if there is other government hate it, it is just simply because they won't get any benefits on it due to centralize vs. decentralization.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: October 26, 2018, 09:22:40 AM
Altcoins that might survive in the future was Ethereum, Nem, Xmr, Xrp, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Bch, Neo, Waves, Stellar, Etc, Loyal, Utrust, Tky, and Pundix these are all I think was all good to survive. Those coins which I had mentioned has a good community in the market were they established well in this field of this business.
