81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Verge (XVG): The Banks have Said Yes to Verge, What Next? on: May 19, 2018, 02:46:47 PM
If Verge is accepted in banks then it will be a good news in crypto currency. Around the world crypto currency is slowly recognized by banks and countries and now some of them accepting it as a currency. Verge is one of the example that crypto is now adopted with people and it just the beginning of the digital currency era.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What should I go for? on: May 19, 2018, 02:22:11 PM
I want to invest  $500 in crypto market. I have studied a little bit about the market. As I am not experienced in this sector, I am a little bit confused where should I invest?
I know my capital is too little.
Would it be wise to invest in Alt coins?
Or should I go for the ICOs?
As a newbie you should invest on the most reliable coins in the market, Ethereum if you decide to go all alts because as a beginner you should take some safety steps on investing, although your initial capital is not that big but take it as a first step to learn investing. I dont suggest to invest in an ICO because scam is rampant these days.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICO and BOunty will End? on: May 17, 2018, 03:32:09 PM
These questions are always in my mind, what will happen if people will run out of ideas for creating a project for ICO? we all know that ICO will only be a success with a good Idea a good platform, even if you have a team and time to do a project for ICO without an idea it is useless because people will not buy your token, tell me guys your opinion about these, maybe someday people will run out of Ideas, Bounty hunters are also affected if these will happen.
If this happens all bounty hunters will vanished. But i think it will not happen, people in the ICO’s will not run out of ideas doing bounties and campaigns so don’t worry if you are a bounty hunter it will not end up soon. However the alarming is the huge number of a scam ICO’s out there that are increasing its number everyday.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How do you like about HITBTC exchange ..? on: May 17, 2018, 02:46:55 PM
In my experience, trading in hitbtc is a good market though. It is very easy to use and you can easily find your coin or token you want to trade or exchange. And also it has a good securty features. The negative side of hitbtc is you can only trade by hundred, it means that 99 is not tradeablein hitbtc. Also it has a low volume of trades in some coins.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason for selling NEO on: May 17, 2018, 02:20:38 PM
I kept NEO for more than 6 months, today I sell them too much I think they will soon collapse in price. I am sure that by investing in another altcoin I will get more money and experience.
I suggest you to keep holding your NEO and don’t be weak as so see that it’s price is dropping down because it is normal in crypto currencies. There are lot of ICO’s that are in Neo platform so there is a potential in this coin that will give you some assurance with your investment. It’s a good coin to invest just hold it.
86  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Market Manipulation on: May 17, 2018, 02:09:39 PM
If you've been around the cryptosphere, you've probably heard both camps on whether BTC is manipulated. Many say it's the "weak hands", others blame large institutions, while other's say it's all that MT GOX guy doing another dump? What do you think? Is it manipulated? Please include your reasoning on the matter.
I think my answer is yes. But not that totally manipulated, if you look at the market, the price of bitcoin will rise up when the demand is huge and some weak hands selling them off. There are people with huge bags of bitcoins hold it for long time even when they sell it, the price will go down but not that down. But still bitcoins price is still on the right track it has price corrections and hard forks. This proves that it can’t be totally manipulated.
87  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why bitcoin gone too much deep?? on: May 17, 2018, 01:47:55 PM
Hello btctalk.i am in this cryptoworld since from many months but i never seen this much deep of btc so i have some questions related to it.

1) why bitcoin price gone this much down?
2)why bitcoin price fluctuate too much?
3)which features affect on the fluctuations of price of btc?
4)Is bitcoin price affect on  altcoins? If yes then which altcoins price get affected by it ànd which are not?
5)when  we should see the price increament in BTC?

I’l try to answer your questions.
1. Bitcoins price is volatile it can be high or it can be down, however there are some factors that can affect bitcoins price that would lead to price down, like negative news and crypto bans in some countries and other social media spreading FUDs to the public. But if you take a look on the past years since bitcoin was created this price down is commonly happens every year so you have to deal with it.
2. Because of the market demands, buy orders and sell orders in the market.
3. It has the same thought with your question number 2.
4. Yes, because bitcoin is the first crypto currency and almost all alts are affected because they are all alternate to bitcoin.
5. Let us wait for the right time, Bitcoins price is unpredictable so better be vigilant because any time bitcoin will skyrocket.
I hope i answer it.
88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Depending your future in bitcoin... on: May 17, 2018, 01:54:59 AM
I guess you are right. But remember even business has risks at it’s own and you will never know whether it will success or not. You can’t depend your future in something, but you can work it all out, same in bitcoin you can’t rely on it but you can deal with it and someday it will give you profit enough for your future.
89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy and Hold vs. Market Timing : Which is Better? on: May 13, 2018, 09:44:43 AM
Buy and hold strategies are often recommended for long-term investors who have time to ride out the ups and downs in the markets over a period of years. They are also typically appropriate for novice or uneducated investors who do not understand the markets but still need long-term growth or income.

Market timing strategies may work in any time frame as long as the market is timed correctly. This, of course, does not always happen, and no timing strategy has ever shown itself to be foolproof.

Which investment strategy do you prefer?
For me i choose buy and hold, because im not pro in trading, holding a coin especially bitcoin is worth it, i know this coin will give me profit not that huge but enough for my capital. Im not dreaming of something big in return but if given the opportunity why not? Holding is the best strategy for a newbie like me.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why should you choose Etherium? on: May 12, 2018, 12:42:45 PM
There are many coins and token in the market but why people buying Ethereum?
I see in it that it will rise up among other alts in the market. There are lot of reasons why people choosing ethereum and use it, because many ICO’s are ERC20 it means that using ethereum platform they can send and buy from these ICO’s that is why it is more demanding among other alts.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano on: May 11, 2018, 01:40:06 PM
Personally i like the roadmap of this coin, and its future projects along the way. If you are trying to invest in it, do it as soon as possible before they update their roadmap because it will pump after the update is already finish. Cardano(ADA) is one of the best coin in the market to invest.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty rewards Sell Immediately? or HODL! on: May 11, 2018, 01:26:09 PM
I have participated in a bounty campaign as of now. I am curious that when every ICO bounty rewards I join when it hit on an exchange after a day, the price of the token goes way below its price. As for me a bounty hunter, what is the best decision if I received my bounty rewards, do I need to sell it immediately? or hold it for more 2-5 months.
Most bounty hunters sell off their coins or tokens after they receive their token after the ICO ends, because there they make a living, if you want to hold your token as a bounty hunter, good for you. But 2 to 3 months is way short period of time of holding. Prices of an ICO depends on the coin you have receive, if you think that you’re coin has a future then hold it until it rise again, but if you think that slowly it becoming shitcoin then you should sell it off in the right time.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I currently have 5 ETH. I should buy an ICO on: May 11, 2018, 01:17:24 PM

I currently have 5 ETH. I should buy an ICO. I need advice from you. please give me a list of trusted ico

Try to check this https://topicolist.com/
If you have that amount of ETH investing is one option that will give you enough money in return but there are lot of risks to encounter, i suggest to take your time to investigate and search the ICO that you’re planning to invest. It’s a bit risky but if the ICO you invest succeed then your investment is worth it.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: shall i convert my bitcoins to ethereum? on: May 11, 2018, 01:05:43 PM
I suggest not to do it. Converting your bitcoin to ethereum is a bad idea because these two coins are highly stable coin in the market and worth holding. If you have enough money in your pocket why not buying another investment like ethereum? And if you don’t have enough money, better to stay in bitcoin because it will give you profit.
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why do people insist on comparing bitcoin with unrelated altcoins? on: May 11, 2018, 08:01:14 AM
if you hand around bitcointalk for at least a week you can see the most common newbie created topic here is about bitcoin versus some other altcoin which usually does not even have anything in common with bitcoin!

for example the most common one is ethereum which is a token with an unlimited supply and dark future.
some examples

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3525529.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3240520.0

all newbies.
is this the new way of advertising it? like they used in early days when they spammed our inboxes about it?
are they having trouble pumping it again?
I think they comparing bitcoin to other coins in the market because they want the coin or token they’re holding become what bitcoin had. As we can see in each coin its has different function and different usage so there is no point in comparing it to another coin especially in bitcoin. I think you are right when you say that it is a new way of advertising of coin, so people can notice the coin their mention that being compared to bitcoin.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCN to the moon!!!! on: May 11, 2018, 07:55:12 AM
Yes whales are great price manipulaors, as i see that it pumped so hard i’m so afraid to invest in it because of it’s sudden pump. I am afraid to be in the middle of the price pump and left behind because whales sell off their coin. It is just a common coin in the market i don’t see any special in this coin that is why im doubting to invest.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what do you think is the best altcoins? on: May 10, 2018, 03:51:48 AM
Benefits? I think all coins have benefits in return but giving you huge gain in these coins is needed to be choose wisely. There are few stable altcoins in the market, XVG, Litecoin, and Ethereum are best altcoins choice. If you have enough research of an alts you are planning to invest don’t hesitate to invest in it especially on these top coins because it wil give you profit in due time span.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / BCN to the moon!!!! on: May 10, 2018, 03:44:36 AM
As we can see the price of BCN (bytecoin) it’s mooned up to 0.0000022190 btc from 0.0000005000 btc. I wonder what drives BCN to the moon? And what happen to this coin why is it pumping so hard today? Any reason about this?
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DID YOU EVER FALL INTO THE FOMO TRAP? on: May 09, 2018, 11:28:21 PM
Yes a lot of beginners and newbies fall in FOMO, As of me i personally fall for it. Because of the eagerness to gain profit, afraid being behind the waves of th price hike, i bought some coin that pump hard but in the end i loose my investment because it hardly falls down. Sometimes Fomo isn’t that bad but you have to wisely deal with it.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding habit on: May 09, 2018, 01:35:45 PM
Honestly as a bounty hunter i don’t sell off my tokens after the ICO sales, i cannot blame them to sell their coins or token after the main sale because of the need of money of these bounty hunters, some of them they make a living by doing bounties so after the end of ico they usually sell quickly and gain small profit and apply again. I think this can’t be changed anymore, however we have to deal with it.
