Bitcoin still exist in our country. And is now known by some banks. We also have our own app where you can directly convert bitcoin and ethereum to our local currency. It's more convinient, you can purchase online and pay bills online using btc.

The media in our country also warned people to be careful on investing in bitcoin, not because bitcoin is dangerous but some people behind it were scammers, they were just using the word "bitcoin" to attract more investors.

Nope. Not unless it is banned by your government and is punishable by law, then it would be illegal. But eventhough it was not supported by your government as long as it is not banned in your country, then there's nothing to worry about.

Bitcoin is indeed a life changer. But I am more thankful for this forum. I accidently found this site after some scams. But honestly, I earned more money from bounties than trading. Coz I'm just a small time trader. And I am also planningto join a campaign again soon.

Bitcoin was launched in 2007. It's 10 years and still no country has approved Bitcoin ??  and in 2018, 2nd richest man "Warren Buffet" said "bitcoin will end up badly" Do you have any basis for saying that there is no country that has approved bitcoin? I think you have to research first before saying that. |

It depends on the country, coz in our country, bitcoin is not actually supported by our government nor banned. But from time to time media is airing some warning about bitcoin scams, they aren't saying that bitcoin is fake but they just revealed some scams that are using the word "bitcoin" to attract investors.

I had a blood clot on my brain in late January and stroked out.By the time I got out of hospitals rehab a month later I’m seeing 85% losses, with no end in site. I can’t ride this rollercoaster any lower. I’ll be happy to escape with some profits now rather than ending up underwater. Good luck to all.
It's up to you if you think this is your exit point. But looking back on the price chart. I don't know how'd it be possible to have 85% losses on your part if your coins were kept since January.  |

I have read a lot of articles saying that "this" or "that" coin might replace bitcoin, but nothing even comes close to what bitcoin has achieved. They just want to create buzz to somehow increase the value of their coin.

I think it's close to impossible. Coz when the btc price drops a lot of investors is waiting for the lowest possible price before they buy btc, and some newbies were waiting for their right entry point, that will make the price higher. Maybe the only time that the btc will have zero value is when it is totally banned in all of the countries, coz for sure people will withdrew all their investment. But I don't think that will happen in our time.

I think this is too risky. BTC might recover soon but if the due date for the payment of your school fees is within next month, there is no guarantee that you'll get all of your money back or it will gain some profit. Since you have an account here in this forum, I think it will be better if you'll join some bounty campaign. It would also be a great help for your school expenses.
