83  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin the best investment at the moment? on: February 12, 2022, 08:25:11 AM
Many people have said that bitcoin has been a very good investment recently and has been in great demand but it should also be understood that bitcoin also carries a high risk so it is worth paying attention to. as we can see now where the market has shown that the market is bearish at the moment, which means we have to understand very well that it has a high level of risk, but by understanding the basic concepts of bitcoin, then we can minimize the occurrence of big risks.
84  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador Rejects IMF Call to Abandon Bitcoin as Legal Tender on: February 04, 2022, 01:36:41 PM
The government of El Salvador has rejected a recommendation by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to drop bitcoin as legal tender in the country.

The IMF urged El Salvador last week to drop bitcoin’s use as legal tender and dissolve Fidebitcoin, the $150 million trust fund created for the Bitcoin law.

El Salvador’s Finance Minister Alejandro Zelaya told a local television station that bitcoin is an issue of “sovereignty.” According to the media, he “angrily” said:

No international organization is going to make us do anything, anything at all.

“Countries are sovereign nations and they take sovereign decisions about public policy,” the finance minister added.

How is this going to affect the economy of El-Salvador, will IMF take any legal action against them or just allow them to have their way?
The IMF cannot pressure the country of El Salvador to stop using bitcoin as a legal tender. I think El Salvador's policies are unanimous and strengthened in the laws of his government, so it is not easy for outsiders to influence the financial system which they have recorded in the laws of their country.
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Investment against inflation on: January 29, 2022, 03:46:42 AM
If all the people around will be aware of his own story, this will pave way to widen the acceptance and adoption of crypto that will be the best solution to fight with the endless rising inflation.

Yes, that is true. And I hope that while it is being accepted and adopted, it is also being studied as well. Because investing alone won’t be enough to make it grow and become successful. An investor must also know how to play and make moves in the market, when and ho much should be risked or kept in particular circumstances.
I think before you decide to invest in crypto or in all types of investment, you must have good knowledge about it so you can make it grow. It would be useless if you only invest without setting a goal to be achieve.

However, investing in crypto, or bitcoin, will definitely hedge against inflation. Hopefully, this great story will open our eyes that bitcoin is the perfect investment right now so we can regain the growth of our economic condition and that we will not always struggle from the negative effects that this pandemic has brought to us.

Many people experience stress when inflation occurs in a country. especially for those who cannot control their finances when they are rich and only realize when their difficulties occur. investing in bitcoin is one of the supporting factors in helping fight inflation and a very powerful way for now.
86  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is $34k the bottom?? on: January 26, 2022, 07:43:12 AM
You have a strong support zone on your chat and a reversal candle got formed after retesting the same zone twice but could that be a strong confirmation that the market wouldn't fall further. The answer is wait to see where the next candle will point towards still bear in mind we are in the bear season and so even if the candle could go up it would only consolidate and if the selling pressure gets high enough it would fall further
Historically yes, that’s a strong support and analysis but the situation now is really different and becomes more unpredictable. Though the price becomes more stable on $36k as of posting, there’s still a chance that it can go lower and I see as well the price of $30k to become the next support level. We will see this after the Chinese New year, hoping for a good reversal.

currently bitcoin has not seen strong support so it is possible to go down again in the next few days. This decline is not the end of bitcoin, because this decline is only a market price correction at the end of the stock economic cycle. So we just have to wait, when bitcoin gets support again and everyone is waiting for bitcoin to bounce back after falling a few weeks ago.
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is El Salvador in debt because of the bitcoin price drop? on: January 26, 2022, 07:32:24 AM
All eyes are on them, especially those countries that are planning to do what they have done regarding bitcoins. In my opinion, they are doing exactly right buying in the dip and continue holding it until the price will recover again. since their debt has increased this year compared to last, I'm sure they considering other opportunities and ways to counter that problem and bitcoins will become one of their main solutions.

El Salvador will be the real test of effectiveness of bitcoin adoption and that's why no doubt that all eyes are on them. Not just that, it is also because El Salvador is the first country that made a solid decision of adopting bitcoin however I may not doubt also that it could be in fall of debt today because of the dumped price of bitcoin. But it's just because the cryptocurrency is something like this, volatile and unpredictable. I am very optimistic that it will going to bounce back and hopefully El Salvador could recover too.

I don't think El Salvador is likely to fall after the market crashed yesterday, because El Salvador in making a decision before legalizing bitcoin as a legal medium of exchange, of course, has created a special team in dealing with negative issues regarding the decline in the price of bitcoin in the future and when bitcoin should be sold and when. bitcoins have to be bought and of course they have a plan B in case the market goes bad in the future.
88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is valuable? on: January 26, 2022, 07:25:04 AM
For example, several people have no money, but want to play a few games of mahjong, and then make an appointment for a card of poker to represent one dollar. Poker then generates a dollar value. The value it carries at the moment is the mutual promise of several people, and its function is to calculate the quantity.
In today's digital age, the immutable properties of the Bitcoin database accurately carry the mutual promises of Bitcoin holders, which can quickly calculate the quantity and transfer each other.
As a final note, Bitcoin is hard to come by, and if 21 million people buy one each, they will never be able to buy it again.

something that is modern and unique, so that it is in great demand by everyone, let alone by everyone even at the world level, then it will be very valuable. bitcoin has now become the spearhead of the speaker of investors in the world, where they have switched from local stock investors to digital money investors and bitcoin is a popular trend in the investment media today.
89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Investment against inflation on: January 26, 2022, 07:19:35 AM
This is a very inspiring story, a story of how believing in the potential of Bitcoin has presented an opportunity that could bridge even the economic challenges brought by the pandemic. I am glad to know that the restaurant owner has now been embracing Bitcoin on his utmost power, like the provision of Bitcoin ATM in all of his restaurant branches. I hope that this could be a way for the people of Canada, and even the establishments to recognize the power of crypto and to start trying to adapt, especially that there has been some issues going around about the banks rejecting of blocking crypto transactions.

bitcoin has a strong power in dealing with inflation in a country. bitcoin has a different movement with some fiat currencies which are the benchmark for world inflation. when inflation increases, the price of bitcoin goes up, so our investment is always safe to invest.
90  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin run up is coming on: January 15, 2022, 02:44:59 PM
Many of us understand that the price of Bitcoin will go up but many of us cannot afford to buy more. Again, the speed of the market is often hostile. The market has suffered a lot at the time when we thought that the market could cross $100k in the middle of this year. There are many blue whales who want to come together and control the market. But general investors do not do anything. But since the market is starting to get out of a bad situation, we will naturally see an improvement.
It will come, that was for sure. It is just we need to extend our patience and keep positive for the incoming. Maybe, these blue whales could help it out and push the market to bullish again, I was on that hope and looking forward to being happened. What I see for now is the sun going to shine again, after in troubled we got to see the sun back to its light again. I think we are even more thankful how holders keep their coins intact than selling them off last year.

bitcoin will be bullrun, have to stay for the next few weeks, please be patient and keep the coin well and safe. The first quarter of 2022 is still two weeks away, so it's only natural that the current financial period is still in the preparation stage. currently bitcoin is refueling enough before the bear market can break new ATH at a later point.
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fear is not Real. on: January 15, 2022, 02:38:34 PM
Fear is real when you think it is something scary and fear is not real when you are able to control that fear with an opportunity. many people fail in investing when they are always afraid of the occurrence of losses and loss of assets, while they are able to control that fear by investing in the right coins, so that now they become rich and become the most successful people in the world.
92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pakistani Central banks wants to ban crypto on: January 15, 2022, 02:30:23 PM
the banning of bitcoins in several countries and now that the central bank of pakistan wants to try to ban cryptocurrencies, I'm only limited to issues that try to influence the current bitcoin market price. although it is true that the bitcoin ban in Pakistan has not had much of an effect on bitcoin's recent growth. because bitcoin is worldwide and many other countries are trying to make bitcoin a legal medium of exchange.
93  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you get stronger? on: January 15, 2022, 02:16:43 PM
I think your strength is in your expertise in choosing which coins are being pumped high, you can't choose arbitrarily, many shitcoins have become scams and have never been pumped at all. So if you want to invest there is a good understanding of the basic concepts of each coin, the level of sponsorship and the team that runs it.
94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin may not experience blood bath on: January 15, 2022, 01:18:01 PM
Bitcoin's decline this year cannot be a bloody growth, because this decline is only influenced by external factors and is not too extreme. maybe the first Q1 of this year the bear market is coming to an end,, need to wait for time a big pump will happen soon.
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin needs more women. on: January 14, 2022, 04:25:46 PM
investing in crypto as far as I know there are no specific rules regarding gender and anyone can participate in bitcoin investments, especially women. but in general what we see that dominates in the bitcoin market are men and partly there is a group of women who are involved in the crypto market but they are rarely published in the media.
96  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin ever get regulated on: January 14, 2022, 12:45:32 PM
The government cannot regulate the market price of bitcoin, although it can legalize bitcoin as a legal currency. bitcoin can be the digital currency of the whole world and not some countries, so countries can use bitcoin as a medium of exchange only, but cannot control bitcoin.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BlockChain and Bitcoin on: January 14, 2022, 09:29:11 AM
I don't think bitcoin is from the blockchain framework we've been talking about. because in the past bitcoin was present, the new blockchain was mentioned so far. blockchain is only a supporter born in the future in the process of digital money transactions. before blockchain was created in the concept of digital money bitcoin was included in commodity assets and now bitcoin has been included in the legal medium of exchange in certain countries.
98  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My bitcoin achievement on: January 14, 2022, 09:17:28 AM
I'm happy to hear about your achievements so far, I'm also motivated to invest in bitcoin and try to achieve success in the future with you. I'm waiting for a big whale to catch a bear market which is currently quiet and your achievement is a benchmark for me to be patient in a bear market.
99  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Prophesy on: January 13, 2022, 04:24:48 AM
bitcoin will be in the spotlight in the next few weeks as many investors have closed the old books and now a new chapter of investment for the new period of 2022 has begun. Bitcoin is giving a good signal at the moment although bitcoin still looks bleak in a bear market.
100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a commodity market ? on: January 13, 2022, 03:53:24 AM
I think we are just coming back to the whole gold vs bitcoin debate here and the thing I keep coming back to is that bitcoin is a commodity, a currency and other things. It really can’t be defined. In my opinion it’s in an asset class all of its own.  I also believe it’s a hedge asset, as many people are using it as that (maybe not as stable as gold but more upside).

I agree with you, Bitcoin is hard to explain if it's a commodity or a currency or whatever. However, if we follow as Satoshi said, Bitcoin is a commodity. when we make BTC a commodity, there will be no threat to FIAT currencies in any countries. Like in my country for example, if BTC is considered a currency, then BTC should not be used in Indonesia. However, since it is a commodity and accepted by the government as a commodity, it is legal to trade BTC. So, in the end, BTC is BTC, where its function will be different according to the point of view of each individual.

I agree with you, bitcoin now has many functions in the crypto world. bitcoin when interpreted as a commodity, then bitcoin is included in a commodity asset, but on the other hand bitcoin has been used as a legal medium of exchange in several countries, so bitcoin is included in the category of legal medium of exchange.
