For me I don't recommend beginners to invest in an ICO, better start in a simple bounty campaign, in this way you don't have to put investment, you can earn rewards and have an income without taking the risk of your money.

Ethereum is working good and the ethereum team work prove himself in the market thats why mostly ICO delivery's coins in Ethereum wallet but bitcoin is a founder member of crypto market and it's promising in all ways in this market so bitcoin is better than ethereum.
I do not believe that ethereum is better than bitcoin, we know that bitcoin has more investors and its growth cannot overcome by ethereum so for me its the popularity of bitcoin make it to be the leader and number one of all coins. |

I live in Russia and we began to open a lot of cafes and restaurants where you can pay with bitcoins and ether, as well as in some stores have introduced such a payment.
I am from Philippines, and its not yet happening in here, I hope we can have a cafes and restaurants where they accept crypto as payments. I heard that its applicable already in other countries and I am hoping that in the near future my country will adopt the same aspects.. |

I think the prices of bitcoin and other altcoins have generally similar movements. But in the last few months, I can not see similarity between the price of bitcoin and an another altcoin, for example ethereum. In my opinion, the next movements can maybe show us some differences. It is precisely if I observe that the relationship between altcoin and bitcoin is very closely related so that they influence each other. in a state of bitcoin dropped where many altcoins were affected and fell. although there are also altcoins that survive but are relatively very few. I notice that if bitcoin is down, all the altcoins follow. Its like a domino effect in the crypto world, Its been long months that we have struggled for the market price and it don't even go up to a high point we expect. I hope before the year ends it will definitely rise up again. |

ethereum is best qualified to altcoin. for investment certainly, it would be a good thing to have in the middle of a large number of another altcoin. But if you do want to switch into the ethereum then better don't forget bitcoin with ease. keep bitcoin for investment because as good as any ethereum however bitcoin remains the most superior in investment.
I don't think you need to convert your bitcoin to ethereum, Bitcoin is more popular in the market and is the leader of crypto, they both have the capacity to give you huge amount of profit, so why need to switch when you can earn doing both. |

I believe that it is better and easier to use long-term investments. Because it will not take much time and you can do it yourself with the main job. The main thing is to invest correctly. I prefer to invest in bitcoin of course if there is capital, if not, then it can be in ethereum or litecoin.

Most likely by the end of the year as in the past year, the price will increase for all coins. And to stable growth there is not much left. My advice is to wait.
BER months is coming if you can wait a little bit more time, do not sell your coins yet, hae more patience, you can gain more profit when you learn how to wait. This is not yet the right time to sell. |

That's true. But primarily it depends on what kind of bounty work you are doing. I prefer to do some signatures compaign. Good bounty is not so easy to find, because some of them are scam project, but if you find something good i think it will be a real box Chocolate.
You just have to be choosy sometimes so you will not be a victim of so called scammers here, there are many good bounties and we need to be smart in choosing some of it. And when you find a good one, you can have a box of chocolates when rewards come. |

Altcoins to buy you can see on CMC or similar sites, in my opinion it would be so much better than to listen somebody's else opinion because there is just a statistic, and nothing else subjective. Listen to others is good because you have an idea about the coin but don't depends your altcoin to them. Buy a coin that you already research and you already believe that have a future. There are too many altcoins that they say are good but make sure you do your own research about it. Ethereum and bitcoin are the two top coins in the market and is already popular and can sure give us good profit. So better go for the trusted one. |

if you plan to do trading then its fine, but if you want to do long term trading or holding, its better to store it to hardware wallet like trezor or nano ledger. it is better than using online wallet, it is too risky. |

OK so I bought ETH a while back when it was 600 dollars.
Now that ETH is 275 is it a good move to sell my ETH and buy back in? Wouldnt profit be faster when market picks up like that or not?

you must decide what you must do, but if it's me, I'd rather wait for the ethereum price to get back of the amount I bought it than selling it, you can also buy more ethereum today since its price is very low. |

I recently returned to the world of crypto and noticed something wrong right away, I couldn't put my finger on it until now.
Poor people are ruining crypto. so many people just in the game to get rich and buy lambos, posting broken english or poorly translated post like " what coin x1000 this week, I need ferrari countach"
the forum is filled with these people trying to make pennies spamming shitcoins and scam ICO's
these people dont mine or invest in things they believe in but whatever they think will make them rich. Its like giving homeless people GPU's and telling them they print money.
I think this last correction was needed and many more to kill off a lot of shit coins and lame projects as well as get rid of these poor people in the game just trying to get rich.
"my 1070 only makes $2 a day now!" oh you poor baby! try mining years ago when 5$ a month was huge but didn't matter cause you believed in the project.

I believe that altcoins in principle, most of them have a successful technology. Of course in the near future, many violas will die, but many will only grow and it will happen soon

The biggest mistake for me that I sold out my bitcoins. I think that is is classical mistake for big number of people here. All who have started several years ago in cryptocurrency had the BTC and now it is really great money.
...and my biggest mistakes is HODLing... because this year I lost 70% of portfolio. And I am still holding those coins. So there so no easy or correct answer... people will always be unsatisfied. I will continue to hold it for couple of more year and hope for miracle. I feel you because I am also holding my coin even if the value of it decreases to 70% already, now my coins continue to drop and I don't know what I should do if I exchange it or still continue holding, I am confused already. |

looking at the prices of all the altcoins that are going down, I prefer to hold the top altcoins in coinmarketcap like ethereum, neo, eos, ripple, cardano, and bitcoincash.
I am holding bitcoin cash and also ethereum, these two coins is already known to the market and its popularity will make them rise up even if the value gets down. |
