My strategy in trading is I will set my coin in sell when it is pump and buy when it is dump or low. In that case you will able to earn in trading.
For me, I like trading with less valuable coins like Litecoin for short term because Litecoin is going very well these days. On the other hand there is nothing better than Bitcoin for long term but reaching at that position will take me some time more. I'm not one who would invest in precious metals, but I have noticed that a good amount of the older generations are pretty keen in investing in these metals. They see it as a way to bet against the market, and a security that will always be safe -- even in the times of a market downturn/country failure as a whole.
I personally wouldn't even want to buy these metals in those events, as I don't see the reason to. I'd rather invest in securities that go up when the market shits itself (Payroll lending companies and so on and so forth)

I think because they dare not speculate, do not take risks with this very risky investment. gold is low risk, but gold growth is very slow. Its not about the risk , its about their mindset, most of this older people who live in early generations is not knowledgeable about cryptocurrency so they still prefer that traditional way which is gold and silver. |

The Bitcoin has the huge price last December 2017 . And the price suddenly changed this year. Many members and especially those active traders have been disappointed with the sudden drop in bitcoin price. That's why people are often comparing the price of bitcoin last year.
We can not predict the price of Bitcoin this year. It's too early to say that the cryptomarkets are not in depths and gradually returns into the light. So i'm still waiting what is the good news happen in this year.
