81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: The End of Money as We Know It documentary is out! on: July 14, 2015, 08:44:55 PM
Great trailer it was good enough for me to pay for it and help out this type of production and I know already what I'm going to be watching this weekend, I'm sure we are going to get to see a good amount of articles for this one.
82  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 9 million USD per month is looking for ways to jump into Bitcoin on: July 14, 2015, 08:30:32 PM
Backpage aint stupid, see that "how do I buy",

Backpage is not stupid.

Yup... having that link is important to every merchant accepting bitcoin.

key to give a high % of ther ad users to get bitcoin pretty easy, with all the revenue that backpage brings on their monthly terms we would see a good amount of adoption in this coming months.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: News: Putin on: July 14, 2015, 08:26:10 PM
i really doubt that russia will have bitcoin as the currency in their country after so much time of banning it and not letting people to use it but well see

well not the complete country but do to some of financial restrictions some of this high rank political members of the current putin government will be looking for a way or tool to move most of the oil money they have.
84  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transaction Times SUCK on: July 14, 2015, 08:22:53 PM
I think a 1 to 5 minute confirmation would be great, i just dont know about how they go about restructuring the block reward in that case to have more blocks with in a less period of time with less reward.
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: I hacked (database) Bitcoin private keys but i cant get the money out :( ????? ? on: July 14, 2015, 08:20:16 PM
most likely people would just stay away from this type of activity due to the over board questions of this individual asking for help but still able to ripoff some private keys.
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: News: Putin on: July 14, 2015, 07:38:39 PM
putin just realize he can evade a SWIFT ban with bitcoin Huh

most likely some one mention bitcoin around hes financial advisory reunions and he could be now thinking about making some moves, lets say he has about 2 billion usd on active reserve he wants to move around the globe freely bitcoin would do just the trick.
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Controversial Backpage.com Warmly Welcomes Bitcoin on: July 14, 2015, 06:40:36 PM
The monthy revenue ads from backpage is just great, with a 2 million usd dollars a month this could bring a good bump in bitcoin buys from the ad buyers

i have never used backpage before but looking at how money it makes is a wow factor.
88  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why my cloud mining payment is pending for over a day now ? on: July 14, 2015, 06:35:01 PM
Did you already made a ticked with them they should be well aware of the high volume transactions and had at lease paid a bit more on the transaction fee to secure at lease confirmations.
89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It truely begins on: July 14, 2015, 06:14:38 PM
I dont see this as being good news, we all know that backpage is mainly used for prostitutes, yes i have no problem with bitcoins and prostitutes, I do have a problem with the fact that backpage is known for having under aged prostitutes listed, if anything happens and bitcoin was used, it would further taint the bad reputation we have

But whether you pay in btc or cash changes nothing.  I am starting to think that the bad press for bitcoins is encouraged by banks, because anyone knows that you can still buy prostitutes with cash, you don't need cryptos for that.

It could actually be mostly in 2013 and 2014 a good amount of bank did try to make bitcoin look like a ponzy or just plain called it to volatile over and over again and the same phrases is not backed anything or anyone, who should we trust, i say now not the banks lol.
90  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: New website to sell BTC..seems kinda fishy on: July 14, 2015, 06:03:33 PM
Pretty hard to believe you could make a good deal of money if its actually true, someone also posted a thread about it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1122275.0;topicseen
so dont know I'm not going to try it.

mostly the greedy people will begin with it just to take a gamble at it.
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: News: Putin on: July 14, 2015, 05:59:33 PM
Putin could use bitcoin to overcome some of the nato and usa restrictions, this could be pretty big if it actually happens, Russia has more then the bitcoin market cap to move around like a bag of coins in days or weeks, transactions would be huge.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Universal-Wallet] Coinomi (BIP44 compatible) on: July 14, 2015, 04:43:23 PM
Quick questions, so after adding support for a coin the compile android app has to be submitted to the coinomi staff the the official apk on the google store gets updated or do we just submit the apk our self to the google store?
93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It truely begins on: July 14, 2015, 04:14:53 PM
This is the point where we have keep on holding has more and more people begin to see what bitcoin can offer, I'm not going to say I'm glad the Greece drama happen and a lot of people got to experience a reality check of what can the government do to its people but it was a great sample to what this new economy model has become.
94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It truely begins on: July 14, 2015, 03:11:46 PM

I agree. One of the biggest selling points of bitcoin is that it's free of this sort of censorship from banks or credit card companies and they only shoot themselves in the foot when they do this sort of thing and it spreads adoption to bitcoin in the process. Hopefully more companies will get involved whether they're censored or whether they're just sick of paying extortionate fees to payment processors and credit card companies.

The problem is that unless you get paid in cash, you still need banks to gain acces to bitcoin.

I think it is a brave but wise move from back page. It will also greatly increase bitcoin users if they need to pay them in bitcoin for the ads.

I competely agree we need a way for people to buy BTC with out having to touch the pigs that run the banks.

The bitcoin adoption is slow but is surely turning heads, having banks, corporations and governments worry about loosing their monetary power over its people the biggest thing is that this not a one country effort but we are from earth united has one with bitcoin we could gain everything we have lost.
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if people stop running nodes ? on: July 14, 2015, 02:12:03 PM
I'am not sure what "protecting" network means when we run nodes . but what if people stop running nodes what exactly going to happen ?

Bitcoin is free.
Nodes are free.

You can't stop free things easely ...

Bitcoin may be free however running nodes is not, maybe you are using a Free wallet (Bitcoin Core) but you will have to run it for 24/7 to help the Network and that's costs electricity which means money .

Money is always going to be there, bitcoin has not yet tap into all our aspects of life, the governments and their fiat still rule the main parts of real life services, if you want to counter electricity usage using the sun and wind would give you freedom from the electricity corporations.

we are all free to take advantage from the sun and wind we just choose not too, either because of limitations or lack of will to do so.
96  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why nodes are not upgrading? on: July 14, 2015, 02:05:41 PM
Most likely not everyone will update but setup a new node just to test out the improvements before updating their complete set of nodes or which ever they have setup with older versions, i get it that it could be pretty annoying the rebuilding process and i guess they have to counter this type of fire backs from the community with a easy upgrade setup for nodes.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is at a turning point, evolving much more quickly than some observers re on: July 14, 2015, 01:59:32 PM
Maybe Bitcoin will be worth $1000 in the future...I hope so  Roll Eyes

I'm sure Bitcoin will be worth more than $1000 if we give it time. the price have reached $1200 before, so it's not wrong to expect more in the following years.

heck if bitcoin keep getting more positive news like this, maybe we can expect it this year.  Cool

I'm more then sure that bitcoin will become something more then a price to reach, has adoption becomes bigger and some countries economies become disrupted by their debts the people will be able to keep their freedom from fail economies just by using bitcoin.
98  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATM Bypasses Capital Controls in Greece on: July 14, 2015, 01:55:05 PM
The average Greek just wants some goddamn cash so they can stick some food in their mouths. The ones who were bright enough to see all this coming sent their money abroad a long, long time ago.

The Greeks are providing a reason why other people should take BTC seriously. They themselves are too far gone to make proper use of it now.

Yea, i bet a lot of people took a hard check in what a government could do to its people and how bitcoin could solve this types of issue, just imagine a country that has no power over people money has no power at all.
99  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Every 3 days a block will take more than 1 hour to solve. Can anything be done? on: July 14, 2015, 01:50:50 PM
This could me more likely a time report delay in some pools or chart measurements it could variate for minutes or seconds, then again i see a lot of fast blocks under 11 minutes a part.
100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transaction Times SUCK on: July 14, 2015, 01:44:24 PM
