82  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Cheapest USB miners for beginner? on: November 28, 2013, 06:08:28 PM
roi may not work yeah.. but even ignoring btc.. the prices iv seen are insanely high.

unfortunately blades are out of my league - 500$ to invest into those jus tto start/give btc minign a try is just too much - and i dont have that much free money or btc anyways.
83  Economy / Computer hardware / Cheapest USB miners for beginner? on: November 28, 2013, 05:43:40 PM
Im lookign  through trreads and stuff but mostly i see high price  high GHS stuff, sold out stuff or scams.

I cant filter out whats even worth lookign at.

The 333mhs block erupters are way too expensive ( with postage - on ebay they go for nearly 70$ - thats liek 2 years for 'ROI).

Is there anything currently around thats even remotely worth lookign at  at low price range?
84  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Bi•Fury | 5+ GH/s USB Miner [FASTEST USB MINER IN THE WORLD][IN STOCK!] on: November 28, 2013, 05:32:32 PM
Do your prices even scale with btc value?

500$ for 5ghs usb? no thanks.
85  Other / Beginners & Help / Block erupters absolutely waste of money now? on: November 28, 2013, 04:50:14 PM
So i checked ebay for some - for "hobby" trying  and such and saw the costs of gettign one - 333mhs 60$ + 20$ for shipping.

80$ for 333mhs.

At current rate and increasing difficulty it could take up to one and a half years 24/7 to break even.

I could use cex and rent 1GHS for less then that.

89  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Petition to stop minecraft server. on: November 19, 2013, 11:04:12 PM

"  weekly limit is 0.2... most dont even reach .1 or 0.05. " Where do you see this? Get the facts straight. There's no terms of service or privacy small print that secure anything here. Obvious scam, and his out of pocket investments don't surprise me when its hundreds of dollars for a game that's 26 dollars. Pay a little, to keep it running until somebody else give him more paypal. It ruins the spirit of Mojang. A game developer that seems non profit. Some of the children might buy drugs with it. That's my final answer, even this assumption is not ordinary since the conversation run deeper than the logs of the server.

Wait what the hell are you talking about? Its hard statistics.

http://www.minecraftcc.com/index.php?threads/get-paid-to-play-minecraft.4613/
or:
Quote
The payout is currently 35 satoshi's per block placed or mined. A satoshi is a small fraction of a bitcoin. 100,000 satoshi's (about 2,800 modified blocks) is currently worth about [IMG], so it doesn't take much play time to add up! The minimum payout is 50,000 satoshi's (or 0.0005 BTC), so you must mine at least 1,429 blocks before you will see your first payout. The maximum payout per week is 0.20 BTC. Any blocks mined beyond that amount in a single week will not be paid, ever

and:
http://www.minecraftcc.com/mine4btc/  - most of those in top have played for monts - thousands of hours spent ingame.

AND iv played there for weeks.

Scam is somethign that scams money from people instead of giving them. He just doesnt pay out of hes pocket. Hes also a dedicated BTC miner with ASIC-s. ITs very effective advertising that gets plenty of new players each day.

Mojang is FAR from non profit. 20€for a game and merchandise is not non profit.

Drugs? They could buy it with money they get from summerjobs and parents aswell.

So what did you get banned for? Went and griefed or did some botting-stripmining to abuse the payout?

Your whole  thread has 0 credibility. New accoutn, crappy photoshop and made up facts.
90  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Petition to stop minecraft server. on: November 18, 2013, 11:37:16 PM
Feels like someoen who got banned for griefing or similar .. trying to go for a payback.

Hes whole topic is complete bullshit.

Nooen makes 100 a day... weekly limit is 0.2... most dont even reach .1 or 0.05.

And there is plenty of 18+ playing there aswell.

Whats he got against children actually makign money in the internet instead of wasting it?
You make it sound as if the owner uses kids to make money... HE PAYS THEM out of hes own pocket - he doesnt make any profit offthe server, even vip doesnt bring in as much as he pays out.

Next time  follow the rules and dont get banned.

91  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Sites similar to coinad and bitvisitor on: November 09, 2013, 04:58:36 PM
btc clicks isnt worth it - high payout 0.001, and basically  cant do anythign withotu gettign "premium" - which costs WAAAAY more then you earn (10 days 0.01).
Ur lucky if you make min payout withint the 10 days.
92  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Sites similar to coinad and bitvisitor on: November 09, 2013, 01:44:43 PM
seems like with the increasing btcc price... bitvisitor has died out - i havent had any paid sites to view for 2 days now.
93  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / GPU mining - load 64% and under on: November 08, 2013, 09:13:56 PM
Tried with both script and sha - however cgminer  doesnt seem to go above 64% gpu load. high intensity etc can "crash" or slow down pc but load is still pretty low.

for example:
cgminer -o stratum+tcp://x:3334 -u x.1 -p x -k poclbm -I 6 -w 256

it feels like wasting  third of potential power.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] profit switching auto-exchanging pool - middlecoin.com on: October 30, 2013, 08:16:03 PM
guiminer uses SHA

It most likely accepted the work but it was rejected/never finished.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] profit switching auto-exchanging pool - middlecoin.com on: October 30, 2013, 05:55:48 PM
took a few minutes for me.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] profit switching auto-exchanging pool - middlecoin.com on: October 30, 2013, 05:04:30 PM
it feels low.. even tho i dont run 24/7 with ultimate setup - i can  still get roughly 320 WU/m

But it barely even crawls to reach close to the min payout.

I tried mining feathercoin yday for about   5h to compare and  after exhanging it seem to pay out more for the time wasted then i gained off middlecoin.

Doesnt middlecoin include ftc.letc and such... or does it simply magically "cut off" a portion of mined coins before trading for own profit (since we dont knwo what we mine and how much)?

If its supposed to automine best altcoin, then how come when i mine a single altcoin in a pool.. i can make more BTC?
97  Economy / Invites & Accounts / WTS Path of Exile goods or whole account on: October 30, 2013, 04:43:08 PM
The account has bronze supporter status since CBT.

I havent played it for quite a while (got bored).

Highest char is 47 archer.

Besides bunch of gear on multiple storage pages (rare possibly stored stuff  that had interesting stats) with the "currency" stuff - few gcp, chaotic and other stuff.

Might sell the items but whoel account would be easier (dont have to dl the client and sell stuff - not planning to play it anymore).
Due to multiple updates and such - the passive tree has most likely reset ages ago aswell - so feel free to adjust it the way you want.

If there is any interest in it at all. Great for people who want to start with it (more storage space and items to start with so less farming needed for a while).
98  Economy / Invites & Accounts / WTS defiance + season pass account on: October 30, 2013, 04:12:06 PM
Its a preorder with a season pass.

Havent played it for many months now (basically after the series season 1 was over).

Titles, preorder stuff.. .dont think anyone cares about those much (red dodge, soem hats, titles and inv space and such).

I cant recall my ego but above 2k more then likely - dont even have the client installed to check anymore.
Oh and should still be the leader of the clan "Votanis Collective" (lore related name) - inactive or not.. no idea.

Is there any interest in this at all?
The cheapest prices i see are at 30€ (since it includes the season pass).

BTC(like 0.2 btc? not that up to date with its exhange rates) or i might just exhange it for  Minecraft gift code (not account - i like my own name!!).
99  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Recover wallet/ add address to new wallet? on: October 30, 2013, 03:47:02 PM
yeah so the  coins are lost then. the wallet.dat is 1kb - basically empty file, there is nothing to recover from it.
100  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Recover wallet/ add address to new wallet? on: October 30, 2013, 03:35:45 PM
dump how... the wallet.dat itself is corrupted  when i removed the corrupt file and restarted the client it had a new wallet address.
